The guys in the shop are great. NO complaint from a workmanship standpoint. The issue I had is with the ownership. Rude, unprofessional and tried to price gouge me on the estimate. I even received a call from their manager apologizing for how unprofessional the owner is. Apparently this is their reputation and is a common complaint. I had to finish the last steps of my restoration myself.

Fixed a dent in the wood on my chest of drawers. Made it awesome!! Highly recommended.

I am giving them 5 stars because they did an outstanding refinishing job on our mahogany wood front door. They matched the color perfectly to the original stain color and we have a metal grill on door also and that turned out perfect too. Workmanship was great. Sandra Fatt was a gem and so was Jim and Paul.

Mgmt crosses wires with staff. He said/she said--get any quote or proposal in writing; you take your piece there, theyre gonna start to work on it, THEN call to let you know theyve started. And, they apparently do good work, but they are NOT reasonable nor flexible on pricing, even if there is a misunderstanding.
