Store was clean and bright. Front end staff was friendly. The shelves however were not very well stocked. Good luck trying to find anyone to help you find something on the floor if your looking for something in particular.

Never brought my custom framing business back here because after two trips to your location a very enthusiastic wonderful employee Mars sold me a job that the next employee, very non enthusiastic (who explained Mars was gone) said it wasn’t possible. Not sure why?!?

Higher prices, since its a specialty store. I found the same stuff at the Dollar store and Walmart for cheaper.

I went in to get a good pair of scissors. Its such a big craft store, I asked an employee where I could find them so I wouldnt be there all day looking for them. She pointed me in the right direction and told me the aisle letter and number. I found them and got the pair I wanted to buy (they had several different kinds). What a great BIG craft store! Someday when I have more time Id like to look at everything they have.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, and I love that their website tells you exactly which aisle their products are in so if youre not able to/comfortable with asking for assistance, you dont have to!

Omg this is the best Michaels Ive ever been in. I wish the one in Joliet was as good as this one. This store had so much home decor and design stuff it was amazing. Very clean and well organized and the staff was do friendly and helpful.

This places online ordering system is such a joke. I saw they had an item I needed for an event I was going to available online and said it was available to pickup at the store via curbside due to the states covid-19 plan.I placed an order around 1 PM so I could get it later on in the day. It was only one item too. It had been 4.5 hours with no confirmation email or anything. I called the store to check on the order, they said they will get on the order and fulfill it ASAP. I respectfully told them thank you for doing this and let them handle it.I finally get an email an hour later, telling me the order was cancelled. I was very annoyed as I needed the particular product for something I had to do the next day. Good thing a friend offered to let me use theirs so I could do what I needed to do.This is an unreliable company and I will never be doing business with them again. Called another store nearby in Hanover to see if they could help and they hung up on me. Very disrespectful to someone who wants to give you their business.

There were 8 people in line for the registers with 2 registers open when 2 of the women working here announced they were stepping out and the 2 women running the registers were alone in the store with the long line at the registers. Then one of the cashiers stepped away from the register to sanitize carts. Perhaps a better strategy would’ve been for the two clowns that left to have stayed and helped get through the busy time at the registers. And the ding dong that left her register should have stayed put and cash people out. Ridiculous way to run a retail business. I hate coming to this store and only do so because my daughter loves it here.

I find great values. I need lots of beads. There are always beautiful glass,stone,metal beads. The staff is interested in the items I make. They are very supportive. I recommend Michaels to friends and family.

Lots of stuff. Personally I dont like how it smells but it does scream crafts when you smell it. The store is laid out in a simple way. The problem that I see, and this goes for all the stores on this strip, very few cashiers. There is always only one and there is always a line.

Great store for decorating and for hobbies. Look for and wait for sales, they are amazing. Too much stock sourced from China. Maybe theyll start looking at sourcing from other emerging economy countries.

This has been my go to spot for art and craft supplies for quite awhile. The employees have always been friendly and accommodating (Im disabled) and Ive even had a lot of pleasant conversations with other customers while browsing for paint. The bathroom is also easy to use in a wheelchair and always clean.

Even though they didnt have the clay I needed I was able to get an employee to help me look and see if they did within a minute of walking in the store. That saved me from walking around for awhile playing wheres Waldo trying to find something thats not there.

The people are friendly and the store has way more to choose from.

This store has everything a crafter would be looking for, even hard to find items. I needed a specific gold paint for outdoor lettering, usual only found online. This store had the exact item, and more to choose from. Very clean and great sales. Easy to find just off Rt 3.
