Since we first used Restech we always appreciate their efforts to continue ongoing top notch service supporting our systems. Their scheduler is often able to give us tips to solve our problems and works hard to schedule us asap and their technicians are clearly experts in getting the job done.

Generally, Jared and company were easy to work with during the initial installation, through our builder. Though, we had to negotiate final pricing by getting competing bids which revealed that thier intial proposal was about 50‰ too high. Unfortunately they stubbed out the wrong fiber optic cable into our house which caused a major, major headache with Century Link. In the end their work was not salvageable and we were left with a worthless installation and no access to fiber optic internet. They promised to credit us the cost of the initial install and also rerun the botched fiber cable. However after multiple requests for them to honor the refund and make the repair, they never come through on their promise; we gave up. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a qualified installer as these guys seem to be dubious amateurs.

I have had several companies out to my home to service our home theater and Savant system. Res Tech is the only company that could take care of the issues. Chrissy is excellent at giving quality service even on the weekends and evenings. The excellent technicians are just generally nice people who are knowledgeable. During COVID, they all wear their mask and socially distance themselves while working. Five stars.

We inherited a complex A/V system when we bought our condo. ResTech was there for all our questions, upgrades and service needs! They were great to work with and even helped to dismantle and recycle equipment when we moved. I highly recommend them!

Throughout our relationship with ResTech they have always been responsive and helpful. I especially appreciate the consultative approach and professional attitude. Res Tech was great in helping us with our media and audio system when we finished our lower level. They were able to provide us with Smart TV capabilities despite our outdated system. Great customer service and very patient when teaching a non tech savvy person about the system. We now have a great entertaining space to enjoy with our friends and family.

Feedback to share:a) The scheduler displays very rough manners, does not care about the customer problem, very harsh over the phone, and 100% of the time not in a good mood.b) Every time I call I am worried about hey, we are going to charge you 150 dollars/hour for a visit before we even understand what the issue isc) Despite having spent $ 30,000 dollars on equipment and install from Resteck when I built my house, I could buy more services and use more upgrades and visits if there was a way to engage without worrying about a hefty upfront charge.

Our townhome was built back in the 80s. Walls and ceilings were all finished. I had Restech set us up with cat 5 and cable TV in four rooms on three floors. Everything works and looks fantastic. These guys are amazing!

We recently purchased a GIANT television from ResTech. We were really excited, until we began to think through the logistics of wall-mounting the television and getting all the cables and power cords to it without them showing. We quickly realized that we in way over our head, and although wed originally told ResTech wed handle it, they were more than happy to assist. They literally couldnt have made it simpler and they took care everything in one appointment. Chrissy was great to work with on scheduling, and the guys onsite were super professional and helpful.
