First time using Colony Tire in Plymouth NC. I was able to get an appointment within 5 days. All staff was courteous and attentive even though it was very busy when I was there at 1pm. I had my oil changed, tires rotated and front end alignment done within an hour. When my vehicle was ready they called to notify me. The price was very reasonable and I was checked out and got back into my car within 10 minutes. I will definitely use them again.

My 76 year old parents have been on a 3 week leaf peeping tour up the East Coast from West Tennessee to Canada and back down again. Today, in the final days of their journey, they woke to a flat tire. AAA got the spare on and they came to your shop to check it out before getting on the road. Jamie helped them immediately, ahead of the people already there! so they could get back on the road. He didnt take advantage, gouge or trick them into more service than they needed. He fixed their tire, charged them less than $20 and sent two elderly, exhausted and road weary travelers back on their way in under an hour.Jamie deserves a pat on the back from a daughter who worries about her parents on the open road.Thanks Jamie!!

Fantastic tire shop! The owner was incredibly polite. And let me air up my own tires free of charge. If Im ever back in North Carolina and I need a tire change or repair Im definitely going to be stopping here!

I was pleasantly greeted immediately upon entering the door. An appointment was made ahead of time, so all I had to do was give my keys, take a seat, and wait for my new tires. Very pleased with the tire warrant given (which was explained in detail). It took no time at all (less than an hour). This place is a gem! I highly recommend! By way, made an appointment for an oil change while I was there. They are now the“go-to” for all my vehicle needs!

I love Colony Tires and Service of Plymouth,NC. When you walk in they greet you and are very polite to you.If you need something for you vehicle and they dont have it. They will let you know when you can come back in to get it done. If something happens and you cant make your appointment they will reschedule with no problem. My place to be for my van. I had a blowout on the way to beach. Called them at 3:30 on the eve of July 4th. They had several tire options in stock. They got me right in and had the tire replaced in less than 15 minutes. Nice gentlemen behind the counter, and the friendly technician let my pup stay in the car while he installed the new tire. Very pleasant experience. Happy to do business with you. America.

This was my first visit. I made an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They took care of my car as soon as I arrived and were done within 45 minutes. I was very impressed. I never had service so timely and quick. I didnt have a ride so I had to wait and I was thankful to be in and out quickly. The waiting area is roomy and there is a TV. They have free WiFi but I didnt use it. Overall very impressed.

Had an appointment for car inspection. I was there on time and I was out very quickly. Great service, and the lady at the desk was very nice also.

They take wonderful care of my vehicle and theyre scheduling is fantastic and they get your car in and get your car out quickly.. Their prices are within the norm...

Serpentine belt replaced at a good price. It did not fix the problem I was having. My other problem of loud grinding noise, then sometimes hearing that noise and not being able to brake properly, was not found. It did not do it during the test drive, and they said they didnt find anything. I dont feel too safe driving it, especially not on a long drive. Staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Just couldnt find my problem.

We stopped at three places in town needing an emergency tire rotation because we need to get our truck lined up. Colony tire is the only place that would give us 10 mins of service. Very friendly and quick!

Their behavior upon my arrival was extreme helpfulness and consideration and an overt attempt to satisfy and please the customer. This was confirmed when they refused to charge me labor costs for 30 min to change leaky valve in tire. Extra effort to satisfy.

We were traveling to the Outerbanks through Raleigh and our check engine light came on a couple of miles west of Jamesville NC. Trying to locate a suitable auto repair shop close to us, we came across Colony Tire and Service. We called them and they were incredibly accomodating to us. They got us checked in quickly and ran a diagnostic on our vehicle. Turns out it was just the fuel cap not tightened all the way through. When we went up to the counter to pay, all the kind gentleman told us was to have a good vacation (no charge). Now thats what I call service and kindness. Thank you.
