Saw some Vodka on sale & when they rang it up at the register was $2.00 more than the sale price. The person at the register said the price was correct. I walked over, pulled the sale ticket and walked back to the register. Was told I had to go online & register to get the sale price. I told them thats pretty lame and she said she would give me the sale price, but if I wanted future sale prices, I need to go online. I did not see anything on the sale sticker that said I had to register for anything. They should fix this or put up signs to let people know. The gal at the register was nice, but two stars for the inconvenience.

Of all the places to be profiled, I never imagined it would be the liquor store. I decided to just try this place as it’s very close by but boy do I regret it! As soon as I walked in I was uncomfortable followed by an employee whom when I turn to confront asks me in an off putting tone “can I help you find something?” I tell him no and go about my trip thinking it was strange nobody else had been hit with the same treatment as the employees sat around on their phones. It didn’t dawn on me it was because I was black until I confronted the two and the guilt showed. 0/10 I’ll NEVER be back and they should be ashamed.

Its got the basics! If its for a quick stop, you should be able to get everything you need. But if youre going speciality sticks? The May not have what youre looking for.Staff is great and knows the place pretty well!

How can people even detect the differences to justify this many different variants of booze? Good clean well laid out store, friendly help, prices cover a wide range and seem reasonable. The help is friendly and seems knowledgeable. I just utterly fail to grasp the concept of liquor stores this big, and some are even bigger. It is just water, alcohol and tiny traces of impurities that give it flavor, how can you fill a store this size or larger with different products? How can they really vary in value from under 10 bucks a bottle to over $200? Thats just among the distilled products. Beer price range is similar but an order of magnitude lower. And wine is just beyond my comprehension.

Great place and great prices. You will always find something good at sids. They have your normal selections at great prices, and some other great options you don’t find at your typical liquor store. I would certainly recommend this place for all liquor and beer purchases.

Used to get the 30 pack of cheap beer in the purple cube, as it was the cheapest beer in the area and I didnt drink for taste, but rather to get drunk while playing video games. Now that I quit drinking (two years next month) the place is sort of pointless. I went in here to get my wife a bottle of some fruit flavored drink she wanted a few weeks ago and it was decent enough priced and she said it gave her a good buzz. Pretty good selection if youre just looking for relatively cheap booze to get you trashed while trash talking.

On two of my last three visits they were out of Sierra India Pale. Both times they simply said theyd changed their ordering. Not even a perfunctory sorry, (That would have kept my business. Just we changed the way we order. In all my visits to the store Ive never an employee smile, or be remotely customer-friendly. As my grandfather used to say, thats a helluva way to run a railroad.

Placed order got confirmation, went to pick it up and..... we are sorry we don’t have anything for you.Total wine is the place to go, better prices, better service and more modern.Beware of the Tuesday dash and wine and whiskey Wednesday.Worth the trip out of your way to total wine.

Top notch liquor store. Prices on some beverages are higher than normal but others are less so it usually works out. Manager (or possibly owner?) has been happy to order certain hard-to-find rums for me in the past and just calls me when they arrive.

Staff didnt know anything about champagne. Sold my husband a Extra Dry bottle, telling him the dryer, the sweeter. Had to make a second stop. This should be a very basic requirement for working at this store.

I am not sure what has happened to this store, but the level of service has been declining month over month. I and my wife have used this store for over two years, and yesterday it was the final drop. The owner of the store, I believe his name is Steve or it may be something different I was too upset to remember, told me that he does not want my business. Again that is after I’ve told him that we have been coming in to his store for some time now. What’s more interesting is the reason why he said he does not want my business. There was a miss presentation of the price on the bottle of wine, and it was not just one bottle placed in the wrong spot, that spot was stocked 4 bottles deep in two rows. It was obviously a fault of the store to stack the product on the shelf that does not belong there and miss represent the price point. So when you at the register you’ll just pay for it or won’t even notice, I think that this is the chance the owner of the store took. At that point I was buying over $60 worth of wine, and the store owner instead of trying to smooth the situation and offer something, and I mean something but saying I DON’T NEED YOU BUSINESS!. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY WHOLE LIFE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS STORE, YOU MIGHT BE TREATED JUST THE SAME. I WOULD NOT GO THERE EVEN IF THIS WOULD BE THE LAST LIQUOR STORE IN THE WHOLE STATE. Bad business practice and I hope and whish that this store goes out of business sometimes soon.

The employee trying to help me was ugly, rude, condescending and knew very little. She did a wonderful job of encouraging me to find a better liquor store to go to.

Prices seem pretty fair on first blush and they have a nice array of craft beers. Will be stopping back soon.
