I had an excellent first experience with Serious Cycles. They were very friendly and explained everything they were doing thoroughly. I brought my bike in for derailleur adjustment only to find out that I needed a new cassette. They had a replacement on the shelf, amongst many other components. They installed it and adjusted the derailleur very quickly. The mechanic even gave me a quick lesson on derailleur adjustment so that I can dial it in myself in the future. Easily the best bike shop Ive been to and is now going to be my go-to choice for parts and service!

Got my bike tuned up here and they did not complete what they said on the website. It clearly states that the tune up includes degreasing and lubricating the gears, and cleaning and polishing the bike. I got two bikes tuned up and neither looked like it had been touched. Components of the bikes do run smoother than when I brought them in so some work was completed, but for $90 each, and with the website clearly stating theyll be cleaned, I was very upset to see that they werent, because now I dont know what else they didnt do as part of the package that I was paying for. Current stance is that I wont be back for repeat service.

These guys saved the day, I would give six stars if I could!My friends and I were riding from Boston to Provincetown on Labor Day weekend and hit a flat tire about a mile from the shop. Folks in the town called the shop to report we were stranded on the road and a nice lady picked up our bike to be fixed at the shop. We headed on our way and the bike hit a flat again about a mile later! Nate from the shop came out in his truck with some much needed roadside assistance and fixed the bike up again. He (and Serious Cycles) saved the day and we ended up making the full 120mi ride before sundown. Cannot thank you all enough!

Great shop. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have purchased 2 bikes from them and all my gear over the years. I also use them for services as well and always get a great job. Cant say enough good things about these guys. Highly recommended.

Best bike shop around! Extremely helpful and convenient. Excellent staff and very friendly dog! They are positioned right outside the Pine Hills mtb trails and they have a free multi tool and pump station for use. 10/10 service would recommend

I got a pretty decent used bike and brought it in for a tuneup. They were so friendly and affordable! My bike looks and rides like new!

My derailleur was not shifting correctly so I was searching for a bike repair shop. Based on reviews, i went to Serious Cycles which was quite a long distance away. Boy was I glad I came to Serious Cycles!I met Seth and he understood the problem right away, and proposed a course of action. Not only that, he realized I came from far away so he offered to work on it right away so that I dont have to make a second trip to pick up the bike. Where would you find that kind of service these days?!After a cup of coffee down the street, I came back and the bike was fixed. Not only that, we identified an issue with the kickstand and THAT was fixed as well. Everything was done perfectly and for LESS than the estimate. Wow!If you value quality work and great service for very reasonable cost, Serious Cycles is the place and Seth is the man!

These guys are absolute pros. My friends and I went to MA for a long bike trip and my 20+ year old bikes derailleur was completely destroyed. The staff immediately took the challenge in replacing a part that hasnt been made in years while explaining everything to me--all at a reasonable price. I only wish bike shops around me were as courteous.

Called Serious Cycles after a handlebarr extension on my bike (Montague) came apart as I was riding (luckily uphill) and after googling an install video of the device it quickly became apparent it was improperly installed by a bike shop in Belmont. I live in Plymouth and no way I wanted to make 2 round trips to Belmont so I called Serious (talked to Seth) and they werent familiar with this particular handlebar extension nor were they a dealer for my bike, but suggested I bring the bike in, which I did. Seth quickly determined the device was indeed improperly installed and suggested a different type. He removed the old one and installed the new one while I waited (which really surprised me...how many times do people actually help right away, generally you have to drop off) Within 20 minutes I was on my way with the bike in better shape than it ever was. Great service and pricing, I highly recommend Serious Cycles. AAAA++++
