I just had to let you know. We came to your farm the day after Thanksgiving for the first time. Everything was amazing and we got the most beautiful tree! It has stood majestically in our home for more than a month. We could not stop expressing to each other how beautiful it was. I stopped watering it the week before Christmas, knowing we would take it down on New Year’s Day due to our schedule. This tree could have stayed up AT LEAST another 2 weeks and still not lost a needle. We took the tree out and I thought for sure there would be piles of needles across the floor....nope. Yes there were some, but nothing like trees from years past. The tree is now outside for the birds and small animals to use for cover and so we can still admire it. I thank you so much for growing such a wonderful tree! In a year that brought so much misery, this tree lit up our Christmas in a way you will never know! Glyn and Kathy Beech

Really love this place. They have a horse drawn carriage and a tractor to carry your tree back up from the nursery. You get and axe and a sled to cut and transport the tree. $50 for cutting your own tree and they wrap it up for you.

Let me just say that weve cut our tree here every year for the past 15 years. Back in the day it used to be shoulder to shoulder Balsams for miles. Im not sure I can say the same as we settled for a shorter 8 foot Frasier this year after hopelessly searching for hours. The quality of the trees is definitely declining, not nearly as much selection as 15 years ago, not sure whats going on with the empty fields and the once fantastic tree farm, but theres still more selection here than other nearby farms. We found that out because we went to LeBlancs, then came back after being desperate. Please, plant more Balsams!

One of our Christmas traditionsI have been traveling the Grove hollow from Concord New Hampshire for the past twenty-two years. My wife and I go with mysons and their families. We take a ride on the horse-drawn Hay wagon, drink hot chocolate and take our time walking through the beautiful fields of Christmas trees. We watch our grandchildren run through the rows of Christmas trees trying to find that perfect trees, and the anticipation of Christmas day. The excitement and their eyes is priceless. You can probably guess for my statement its definitely a place to stop and find that special tree for yourself.

Charming place. Warm wonderful staff. Beautiful full trees. Low prices. Glove Hollow allows you to choose among thousands of trees of all sizes. Pick the tree you want and cut it down. If you need help there is plenty of staff to help you. It is a wonderful experience. I travel 100 miles each year to buy my tree here. Glove Hollow is a vestige of the best of old New Hampshire.

I heard about Glove Hollow through a friend, and while were south of Concord and going to to Plymouth is a hike, its 100% worth it!!! They have sooooo many trees to choose from, different kinds, different heights, there is something for everyone! We often have trouble narrowing it down to the one perfect one, but Im just picky. I think wed be happy with any of the finalists. This year will be our fourth year going to Glove Hollow for our Christmas tree. The kids love coming with us, sledding and playing when its snowy, or hiking through the farm when its dry. The horse and buggy is a favorite for my three girls, and even my son, and the driver patiently answers all their questions. (The cocoa, bathrooms, and warm fire are favorites too!) Their set up is perfect... they provide saws and sleds to carry your tree back to the bundling area, where they bore a hole in the tree and bind it for travel for only a couple of bucks. Buy their tree stand if you expect to keep going back, its so worth it! They actually have a machine that stands the tree up straight and then they drill the hole in the trunk for you so when you get home all you have to do is put it up and enjoy it.I recommend Glove Hollow Tree Farm to everyone. Their prices cant be beat, and neither can the memories you make as a family.

My husband and I have been going to Glove Hollow Christmas Tree Farm since we moved to NH 20 yrs ago. It has always been a great experience for us. So happy that this is one of the first traditions we started when we moved here from Fl. It starts with us seeing Mike Aherns smiling face and nice that he remembers us. Even after all these years we still check the map to see which trees are growing where. Then the fun begins, my husband following me around with the saw that the farm provides and me loving every tree that I see and telling him to remember where it is while I keep searching for the perfect tree. The choice is hard since all the trees are shaped so beautifully and in such good shape. I finally make my decision and my husband cuts down our PERFECT tree, and we always take pictures . It is fun to watch all the happy families starting or carrying on their Christmas tree cutting tradition. Most important to us besides finding the perfect tree is the fact that every tree we have ever gotten here is in great condition and lasts as long as we need it to, we leave our tree up from Thanksgiving week up til the end of January and have never worried about it drying out. My advice is to start your family tradition at Glove Hollow Christmas Tree Farm. We have never taken the hayride down to the trees but families seem to really enjoy it and the kids love to see the animals that are there. Wishing you many happy Christmases and the fun of having traditions.🎄🎄🎄

Glove Hollow has been our Family Christmas kick off for over 20yrs! We fell in love with the nostalgia of this place. Everything about it; the friendly service (they all smile), sleigh and tractor rides (depending on the weather) From the cutting of your own trees to sliding down the hill in a large black tube, to the petting of farm animals they have thought of everything to make each member of your family happy. There are so many wonderful, healthy trees to choose from as well as wreaths and kissing balls! They also have custom tree stands which makes setting up at home quick and easy! The whole experience wraps up in a warm cabin with hot cocoa and candy canes while you wait to check out! We love it and we highly recommend it!!

My family has been cutting our Christmas tree at Glove Hollow for as long as I can remember, its a family tradition we look forward to every year! Im always impressed by the care they put into their trees, so many sizes to choose from and theyre all shaped beautifully! The owners of the farm put a great deal of thoughtfulness into the experience, providing horse drawn wagon rides down to the trees, they have plenty of saws available (great for us since we always forget ours!), and sleds are provided to haul your tree out. The wagon will take you and your tree back to the baling area. We always enjoy some hot cocoa in the warming hut before we pay for our tree, the candy canes provided for stirring are a super nice touch! Theres a fun slide for the kids to enjoy and dont miss a visit with the goats! Many years ago we purchased one of their stands and I would 100% recommend to everyone to make the same investment. Each year we have the trunk of our tree drilled so it fits on the spike in the stand, we also have it baled for easy transport. Once we get back home, its only a matter of minutes for set up! Place the stand in the corner, put the tree on the spike in the stand, fill the stand with water (it holds a TON of water, which is great!), and then cut the baling off.. The tree is perfectly straight in the stand every time! We cut every year on Thanksgiving weekend and leave our tree up well past the Epiphany and its always as beautiful as the end of the season as it is at the beginning, very little needle loss. I guarantee you wont be disappointed by a visit to Glove Hollow!

My husband and I have been visiting Glove Hollow Tree Farm long before we were married. More than 20 years and three kids later it has become a beloved family tradition. My husband and I love the selection of beautiful trees; and the price while our kids love all the extras like the horse drawn wagon ride to the field, the sled they get to ride on until we find the perfect tree, the huge culvert slide, the tree house, the goats and of course the hot chocolate! About five years ago we invested in a spike stand and our lives were changed. We have our tree pre-drilled and wrapped before we leave and when we get home we simply place the tree on the stand and cut it loose, perfectly straight every time and SO easy! Were already looking forward to this years visit!!

With all the rave reviews we were disappointed by the lack of staff and precut selection was small with small trees. We had wanted precut but ended up having to cut our own. To pick our tree we had to walk quit a long distance with small children. 2 fields later we finally found a decent size tree. There’s no staff by the trees giving direction in the fields. Not going back :(
