I get the best customer service at Dunn Brothers Coffee in Plymouth. Besides coffee drinks I have enjoyed many food items including blueberry muffins, lemon poppyseed muffins, breakfast burrito, yogurt parfait, cinnamon coffee cake, egg and sausage biscuit sandwich and a cream cheese pastry. When I buy fresh roasted ground coffee, I get $2 off my chai tea latte. Its all very custom and customer centric. They even offer gluten-free breakfast sandwiches. I love the convenience of their drive-thru service. Its my favorite coffee shop in the Twin Cities. Please Note: They are only open until 2 pm for the time being.

Nothing better than fresh roasted coffee. Also fresh baked muffins and made to order croissant sandwiches are better than all the other coffee shops Ive tried.

Ive worked at this shop on and off for the last 7 years. I came back temporarily to help out and its turned into 2.5 solid years back in action because Im so attached.Great coffee, tasty treats, awesome staff and laid-back atmosphere are what always bring me back.Theres plenty of big chain coffee places around, but this place has a comfort to it that no bucks or bou could do. Love it!

Best place to get properly roasted beans in the Plymouth, Wayzata area. They always have a good selection, understand and take seriously the art of roasting. Staff is super nice and you get a free coffee or 2 dollars off with your purchase of beans.

This is a nice place to relax and have a good tea or whatever you like to drink. I been to this place a few time, and each time a enjoy my time there. I have tried few different drinks here and never was disappointed. The food is also great! I would recommend this place to anyone who just want to chill and relax.

Love this location. Always my go to coffee place. Even with a Starbucks across the street, they still have maintained good business. The baristas always make good suggestions on different drinks and things to change. Pastries are always well stocked. Love my caramelized almond latte! Delicious;

Their sandwiches and breakfast wraps are amazing! Whether you choose a grilled cheese croissant or a biscuit sandwich, theyre all very tasty. I go here at least 2-3 times a week for either a growler refill of their Infinite Black Cold Brew, a breakfast wrap with the best turkey bacon Ive ever had or a lavender vanilla latte.

If you want a great cup of coffee, stop in here! Wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff.

Weak tasting Chai Tea Latte. Told the staff immediately and they told me it’s supposed to be that way. Great Nitro Cold Brew though!

These folks are just the BEST! The staff is not only the friendliest, but theyll quickly become good friends. Hard workers but always eager to get to know the customers. Best coffee around. And great atmosphere with outside patio for summertime and a warm fireplace for the other 9 months.

I have stopped here several times at different hours. The drinks are very good and the service is excellent. I have worked with Ashley several other of the staff and they have always been very kind and made excellent drinks.

No bike rack. Not even a pole to lock your bike to. Come on guys, youre a coffee shop...please get a rack.Rode across the street to Starbucks. And guess what. They had one.

Cute, clean, and great employees that are happy and helpful. I went here because it was next to the nail salon I was going to, but ended up spending more time than intended just chatting with a friend in their outdoor seating area and drinking coffee with a breakfast wrap.

Small location, but very clean and bright. Friendly staff. They do have a little patio if you want to enjoy your coffee outside.

Great place. I usually go there with my 6yrs old son to have a hot chocolate and play chess with him. We like very much spend an hour close to the fireplace (a gas one).

A rare five star rating for the Dunn Brothers, one of our best local coffeehouses. They still roast and sell small batches. This is a fine example of good customer service with a smile. I recently bot a 1/2 pound of the Salvadorian Santa Ana. Labeled as a light roast I think it closer to medium but a very nice taste and a welcome change from my usual French roast.

Im a big fan of Dunn Bros coffee, and this location in particular. The staff are friendly and the service is great. The coffee, as always, is freshly roasted and wonderful. Ill continue to visit this location on a regular basis.

I had a 1:00 appointment, for pedi/Mani and finally was helped at 1:25. Her pedi was great until I noticed she took off to separators and put them back in the drawer and closed it. She put the tools back in a blue case and nothing was sanitized.I went in with finger nails a ¼ over the top of my fingers, and she cut them to the quick, and 2 bleed. I changed to a barely notice pink as not to draw attention to them. This was not my first time there, but it IS my last!

Lucky me: I stopped at my fave Dunn Bros. today in Plymouth. Since it was Christmas Eve, Santas Little Barista were in costume and good form. Lattes were being served fast and furious. Tables and chairs were filled with customers. Owner Bill was roasting Costa Rican and Ethiopian, and the atmosphere was in keeping with this happy season. Service at this Dunns is always friendly and fun. Java drinks are prepared with care and élan. How many stars can we give it? 5? 6? How bout 10?!
