Found this little piece of gold on my trip to the cities. They have so many options for waffles it can look overwhelming, but the server suggested I try the When pigs fly waffle. I am so beyond glad I did! The egg sandwich was also delicious and very creative! If you are in the cities,I highly suggest you go and try this out!

The amount of waffle options they have is amazing! Theres 3 different categories: sweet, fruity, and savory. We had the bacon+cheddar, candied pecan+honey, grilled cheese, and finally apple crisp. All 4 were fantastic :) They have great espresso also. We even bought some waffle mix to bring home! Great food and drink alone around, friendly staff, and super convenient location.

I am a regular at Starbucks, but I also like to support local business so decided to stop by(03/11/2020 ~9:00 AM). The Buzz in Plymouth. ( I work in the neighborhood)Staff: FriendlyPrice: Same as Starbucks 4.14 for Small Soy Cappuccino, so I was expecting the same level of quality.Disappointment :1) I payed with my credit card- I usually like to tip ~10-15% at the coffee shops ( 20% is for restaurants. Amount of effort = % of the tip ). Slide my card and the tip options were $1, $2, $3 (Shouldnt this be more like 10%, 15%, 20%) ... thats 25% of my coffee. I know tipping is not mandatory, but now it guilty trip. Anyways, I do $1. So now its $5.14 for a single cup of coffee.2) The coffee taste OK, definitely not worth $5.143) Got back to my car.The cup felt very light so I opened the lid and found the cup was only 2/3rd full.For $5.14 a cup of coffee, It was a disappointing experience. I am sure am not the only one that felt this way.Its not the point of $$ but of what you pay and what you get.

I’ve been to the Burnsville location many times. I’m happy they opened the Plymouth location, because it’s convenient to meet my cousin there. Basically it just means more opportunities for eating waffles, which is an awesome thing when it comes to Buzz’s waffles. This location also has a waffle menu that is never ending. I don’t need a menu. I found perfection on my third visit to Buzz in the form of the Bacon Cheddar waffle. I can’t stray from it. It holds me hostage. Today’s BC waffle was perfect- light, fluffy, and filled with just enough cheese and bacon. The cafe is easy to get to and the parking lot offers an abundance of spots. The cafe itself is well-lit, comfortable, and much roomier than Burnsville. The employees were fantastic. Very friendly, patient, efficient, and organized. It was a Great time eating waffles with family today. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Soy Mocha is delicious. Im glad I found this little cafe to have a meeting at! Friendly service, and a nice atmosphere!

We were on the road, wanted good coffee and maybe breakfast. The Buzz was perfect. Close to the highway, super friendly and helpful staff and good coffee (latte and regular). Breakfast was another nice surprise. A low carb breakfast bowl (Greek) and a breakfast wrap (Western). Fresh and tasty. Thank you Buzz!

These waffles are awesome and the owner is super friendly I definitely recommend trying the brown sugar bacon waffle.

Best waffles of anywhere! I usually get the Vegan Texas waffle and it so good and savory. The cinnamon bun waffle is great too. They have an extensive vegan waffle menu and it is awesome. Love it! Great coffee too.

Finally a good coffee shop in the western burbs. I really enjoyed my cappuccino. Glad to see they use UP Minneapolis coffee roasters which is my favorite coffee roaster in the metro. They also use good milk. Gluten free waffles were fantastic. Blown away with their waffle selection

Just moved to the area and thought id try this local cafe. Pretty unassuming from the outside and even when i walked in i was a little skeptical. Dont judge a book by its cover. Wow the breakfast burrito was amazing. They do it panini style (grilled), which is the best way to do breakfast burritos in my opinion. They have tons of different options too. Havent tried the waffles yet, but they have like over 100 different types. I think if these guys improved their marketing a little bit they would be much busier. Coffee was good too! Ill be back for more breakfast burritos. Could you guys add chorizo as an option??

Ordered takeout due to the pandemic. They allow in-person orders, 5 people in the cafe at a time as of May 10th. The person at the register was really nice and helpful. And WOW at those vegan options!!! I got a vegan coffee and the Hawaiian vegan waffle, and let me tell you, they do NOT skimp out on the vegan meat on the dish. Super good! I’m most definitely coming back.

Great service, great chai tea latte, but the vegan waffle I ordered was a little undercooked and disappointing.

What an awesome find! This is a cute little local cafe with THREE PAGES worth of waffle flavors - most of which can be made gluten free! Being someone with Celiac Disease, I always appreciate a restaurant that offers gluten free food. I had the gluten free Butter Beer waffle (like from Harry Potter) and it was sooo good! I was really impressed! The waffle was very fluffy and light. It had an abundance of delicious flavors. There are lunch items as well. Really reasonable prices. Friendly service and cozy, coffee-shop environment. I am so glad I found this place and I will return!

Everyone is really friendly and the waffles are great, but all the times Ive gone there, my waffle order has only been completely right once. Ill keep going, because the waffles are amazing, but it does get frustrating. My recommendation would be to repeat your exact order at least twice. :)

Staff is super friendly and the coffee is great! They also have a ton of seating and plug in spaces so you can be productive while enjoying your coffee. Great atmosphere and experience!

Really friendly staff. The club sandwich was good. It was nearly empty at lunch time. They could have more comfortable chairs to sit on.

Came here and it was pretty busy but that gave us time to look over the vast selection of waffles on the menu. I got a white raspberry mocha and it was very delicious. We ordered some waffles for breakfast and we all loved them. We loved the flavors and how unique they were. Its a small place but totally worth the wait even if its busy.

WAFFLES. WERE. AMAZING! I had the BBQ chicken (Texas Chicken) was the most craziest/kookiest thing that I have ever ate. Easily 5 stars for the food and drink! Service was a little slow but the waffles were so damn good! Will definitely come back and devour another one!

Stopped by for lunch and ordered a sandwich. The sandwich was fine for the price. Bread was a bit dry, but food was decent. Counter staff was very friendly. Ambiance is a bit sterile. Focus is on waffles but they are a bit expensive for my taste. Altogether I liked the place and it is a welcome replacement to the former Einstiens shop but I dont see a lot for me to return personally, but it may grow on me in time. I wish for the best.

Fabulous place! I was looking for a nearby coffee spot and was delighted to discover their large vegan waffle menu. I tried the Briezy, and it was the best waffle Ive ever had, vegan or not! Highly recommend.

Amazing vegan waffles and the hospitality made my morning much more enjoyable! Also, they have oat milk which is hard to come by in local coffee shops, but so much better than almond or coconut milk for those steering clear of animal products.

I work close by and frequent The Buzz. Everything i have tried has been delicious and served by the kindest staff imaginable. Sandwiches and smoothies are amazing, and i always leave a happy and full customer.

Great waffles! being a new restaurant there seemed to be some issues that were still being worked out with the flow, but it was really busy when I got there. A table by the windows opened up by the time I ordered - there was a tower plug so if I brought my laptop plenty of plugins for working. Good selection of specialty coffees. Overall cute specialty coffee shop and love the waffle menu

This place is a neighborhood hidden gem. I have been here 3 times tried 3 different vegan waffle options (Cajun, Raspberry, Chicken/Cran/Walnut) and have not been disappointed. The service is friendly and I love that they are a small business offering unique Gluten Free and Vegan Options in the suburbs. Highly Recommend.

Stopped in this morning on my way to work at Chevrolet of Wayzata to get a cold press coffee ordered a medium and the owner gave me a large which was awesome! The cold press I had is amazing and so many flavor shots available! Definitely a hidden gem of plymouth! Love the small business coffee shops!

The waffles are nothing special. Not particularly crispy or malty. My order took a long time even though there was only one other customer. The place is noisy from a refrigerated case with a loud compressor, too-loud music, and lots of hard surfaces. The decor is stark. The coffee was so-so. The hours are inconveniently short. There is some problem with the Wi-Fi service that apparently prevents anyone from using it with a computer. You can connect to it with phone, but there is some incompatibility with commonly used PC browsers.

I am SO HAPPY that there is finally a coffee shop super close to where I work. Staff is always super friendly, drinks are awesome. Definitely my new favorite go-to spot for my pre-work caffeine fix.

Sorry to say she was very disappointed. Probably okay if you want Vegan waffles, which she didnt, she had the toppings alone (on lettuce?) She could eat only a few bites because she said it tasted horrible.

I love this location and have had quite a few items off the menu. The breakfast sandwich was fire and my probably my favorite thing. Had the breakfast bowl and it didnt seem like nearly as much food. Reuben could have had more meat but next time ill just have to order double. Quesadillas are also very tasty. I will patronize this place as i love their menu and location. Still need to try the waffles but the coffee is always top notch.Employees have been very nice I hope to see it busy sometime!

BEST customer service Ive had in a very long time.Ordered a Vegan peanut butter and banana waffle with the peanut butter on the side. When the barista came to my table she handed me a to-go box and explained she had accidentally put the PB on the waffle and would be bringing out my correct order, but wanted me to take the one with PB already on it home as an apology.

Wild rice soup was great. Tuna sandwich was too goopy - they used wayyy to much mayo. Too few chips. My iced tea wasn’t ready with my food so I had to ask for it. When it was ready, she told me from the counter. One other person in the store. She probably should have brought it to me? Bathrooms need attention.

Stopped by this morning for some coffee and breakfast and it was amazing. Both the coffee and food were great and it doesnt break the bank. The barista was very pleasant to chat with and very helpful when trying to figure out what I wanted. I will be coming back.

Minnetonka location - Food was good but the restaurant was filthy. One bathroom was closed. The floors were sticky and dirty. The one operational bathroom was dirty. Really just gross to be eating in a place like this. The restaurant has potential and we really hope it turns things around but it probably needs a new manager who cares.

I love this business! they have wonderful waffles and amazing vegan options. they dont have a full staff yet and employees seem to be harrassed by customers while they work as fast as possible. they handle it well. my vegan chai was delicious and a perfect mix of sweet and savory. super kind staff and clean. absolutely wonderful!
