This place was charged with charged with price gouging awhile back. Had to get gas and couldnt remember which gas station was charged with price gouging as there is 2 gas stations right there at Ann Arbor Rd exit off I 275. This place is a freaking joke. 30 cents higher than the shell gas station across the street. Us and another guy said screw this and went across the street for gas.

Terrible management and service. The staff here do not listen to their customers and are rude. I will be glad to drive far out of my way to a station that cares about its customers and business. I will never stop here for gas, car wash, or goods ever again.

Terrible car wash. Better than nothing, but it’s dated and doesn’t do a good job.

One star for the horrible condition of your lot.Ive been living just down the road from this BP for 5 years and the lot condition has just go worse every year.Huge potholes, and no that is not an exaggeration.Youre one of the few stations around me that sells premium 93 octane gasoline that my car and other performance cars like it require. These types of cars are expensive and owners do not like driving them around and sometimes accidentally in, huge potholes They can do very expensive damage to rims, tires and suspensionBP is supposed to be a top tier fuel provider and I believe your parking lot should reflect that.

Using the gas pumps here is like playing a text adventure game from the 1980s, kind of like Zork the Gasoline Edition or something. Thats how badly designed the gas pump interactive menus are.For example, heres one screen you get as you work your way through pumping gas:Option: Swipe next loyalty cardChoices: Done, HELP, Bonus Points, CANCEL.Putting aside the dubious word order in the option line, what am I supposed to push if I dont have a loyalty card? Done? No, Im not done. Bonus Points? Why is that even there? CANCEL? No, I dont want to cancel my gas purchase. HELP? Well, yes, but that hardly seems to be inspiring confidence now, does it? Nothing makes sense. And why are two choices in all caps and two not in all caps? Is this some sort of secret code or something? Could you possibly make this any more confusing?I wont spoil it for you by telling you the correct answer, which I regularly get wrong anyway.Even funnier is that they actually had to make a special sign that they stuck beside the screen to explain to people how to use the screen to earn rewards at the pump, and the instructions start with Press Cancel. Hahaha. For someone who often designs user interfaces at work, this is remarkably good humor.Ive attached photos of the screens, but the real experience is much better.

The guy working at the counter was an F-ing dick! He got vulgar with an elderly man that asked why he needs to show his ID for him to buy tobacco. Then he tried to charge me 75 more for two pops when the sign said that its 2/$2. BP has always had a piss poor reputation. Sound to me they F-ing mentally ill.

Whats up with your cracked and heaving concrete parking lot? Cant you afford to fix it? Im surprised the city of Plymouth doesnt tell you to fix it. Lame. You get 0 stars for leaving it like this for years and years. Im going elsewhere until you fix it...could be awhile.

Been using this car wash for about a year and have paint coming off on my rear bumper and my new registration tab is half gone. The sprayer is to high psi. I feel dumb that I kept using it. Hopefully I can get a new tab sticker it was only a week old november registered and now a painted bumper. Never again
