Pretty good, I have a long trip to do every other week so I end up stopping by for a snack on the trip. Cant wait to be there again.

Always my place to stop and rest. Large area for autos to fill, park and get around. Plenty room for semis also. Large selection inside of snacks, hot food (breakfast, lunch), drinks, some clothing, books, souvenirs, semi goodies (CBs, etc). Clean bathrooms, has showers (havent used myself). Large selection of sunglasses, fast and friendly service. Subway inside also.

This is a nice pilot to stop at, can get very busy though. Always a pleasant experience when I stop here. Cashiers always greet people when they walk in which is always nice. When I had issues with the pump not accepting my code for double points, they took care of it to make sure I got them. Everything always looks clean bathrooms included. (Although on 12/13 there was no soap in the mens room.) This pilot has a subway attached and also has p.j. fresh items. Also has plenty of parking for trucks but remember at night it gets really full!!Overall a nice pilot to take a break at!!

Everyone is nice. The wifi is free but unfortunately if you try to watch Netflix or Prime it wont let you.

Pumps are older, but work. I had some difficulty, but perhaps the frigid cold was affecting the computerized part of the pump.The parking lot was a mess due to a snow storm from the previous days. Perhaps that is no fault of their own.I will review again on a better day. I visited on February 19, 2021.

The fuel pumps were clean, but the squeegees are worn. The parking lot has a wider than normal aisle making backing easy. Theres no WiFi at yet another location. The adverts for Premium WiFi are a lie. Isnt there a law about truth in advertising?

We rent a Prime spot from this location a few times a wk. And it was great in the beginning. Here lately its terrible. If I pay for a Prime spot then when we come for our spot; its time for you to roll on. You have the same options to pay just like us, you just choose not to. The workers shouldnt have to keep going out to tell you to leave the spot, you know damn well you didnt pay for. Everyone always trying to get something for nothing.

Weird store....got a cold bottled drink and a cup of ice, since I can not bring my mug in store to refill due to covid. Pilot always gives a free cup of ice if you buy a drink with it. I pay for my drink and get charged $.55. I asked about free ice. She says I can bring my mug In and fill it with ice. Walk over to subway in pilot, to get sand which and they won’t let you get refills. You have to ask for new cup. Just doesn’t make sense.

Quick stop that likely has what you need. Friendly staff that are helpful and caring.

I have been doing a lot of traveling back and forth from Chicago to Fort Wayne and I always stop at Pilot once coming to Fort Wayne once going back. I love going to the subway inside of it. I dont get too many snacks for my trip though because the prices are outrageous. I did get two NICE T-Shirts in there, 1 with Chicago on the outside and M i1 that was an Indiana t-shirt. Only $9 a piece

I just love this place! Sometimes when youre heading out of town and you realize you didnt gas up for a long trip they are in the perfect spot up on 60th Street exit off of i-29. Also sometimes when youre coming back from a long trip and youre super low on fuel theyre in the perfect spot again to gas up when youre coming in on fumes. But my favorite part about this place is those chicken strips they serve! So good! Theyre always hot and fresh and they make great road trip snacks.

It is a really good travel center. They have lots of stuff in the store that you may need in your road trip. To get good souvenirs of each State in a gas station store was a surprise. They have clean and well built Restrooms. And...For some reason I liked the coffee. Happy to discover how good Pilot Travel center is. :)

The restrooms are usually clean. Fairly good selection of coffee and fountain drinks. They just got rid of their only sugar free cappuccino and they dont seem to have any healthy food.

Makes me mad when the pump doesnt give me a receipt. 2 star for you.

The park is very nice and clean. The mountain bike trails were amazing. A good balance of tech and flow. The hiking trails were very scenic as well. The beach was closed due to being after labor day but I definitely will return in the spring to ride and swim.

This pilot has nice CLEAN restrooms, and the store was very nice as well. I did not use the shower but if they are as nice at the rest of the place thats great. I would give it 5 stars however the parking lot has more pot holes than our country roads!

Is there a no stars. This is/was the only truck stop in America that has ever tried to charge me 2 shower credits for a team shower. I know,I know, shower credits are free with fuel, but I purchase a lot of fuel. Everyone out there is trying to get in a drivers pocket, now our home away from home is trying too. God Bless America

The gas station side is fine. Nice friendly folks at the fuel desk, but if you get Subway... Dont bother asking for extra veggies. You wont get them. The lady manager with the black hair made my sandwich. Asked THREE times for more than the 6 olives she put on. The second time... She put 6 more. The third time... She put her hand in the bucket but closed her hand before she touched the olives and tried to say she put more on. The guy behind me also saw that and said I guess thats all youre getting. That will be the last time I get Subway. To charge as much as they do and then be chincy on everything else... Im done.

Good deals, cheaper has along this highway. It has everything you can think of because its a truck service station. Bathrooms, Laundry Machines, Showers, drinks, Subway Sandwiches, snacks, hot foods, and a decent Rewards program.

Its my official stop. I like they have the option of Whole Milk to add into the coffee, very hard to find. Normally the other places have only Creamer. The facility is always clean and staff friendly.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. I would have gave 5☆ but the parking lot needed to be plowed badly.

Good travel stop in between cities. Large area for large vehicles towing trailers. Easy to get to the gas pumps and get out of the station.

Wont be stopping at this place any more !!!! Showers .... Floor wet an attendant took mop from shower to shower. Subway .... 1/2 star. Then to top it off went to buy a cold drink an cashier thought her phone was more important than my money.... Her personal phone ..... Poor place. Now I remember why I never stopped there.

Crissy need to get some training, so rude, so unprofessional and if she doesnt like her job or if she doesnt know how to treat customer she go find another place, 01/29/2020 around 9 pm talks so rude, hold me till she finished with another customer even though was before him. I love the pilots, no matter where I travel, here in northern Indiana or down to Alabama. They usually have clean restrooms, there gas is usually cheaper and burns better in my car, and they have anything you want to eat or snack on . There is usually a fast food place attached to the side, and they have travel gifts. Its a one stop shop. If you have never stopped at a pilot, give it a try, youll like them!

For its category its extremely well run: the managers and staff really try to provide a good experience - and thats UNHEARD OF for gas stations & convenience stores.Ive been stopping here regularly for 4 years now, and they stay consistent.

Its my first time visiting this pilot. I will be back, mainly for the wonderful and devoted staff. Nice, polite, and extremely helpful.Especially a worker name Dustin. He was very helpful, and went out of his way to understand the issue and provide a solution.It is employees like him that make a company great.Thank you again.

Easy to get in and out for large trailers and campers. A variety of items and necessities to choose from. Better food choices than most Pilots. Bathrooms are clean. Traveling from 31 you may think you made the wrong turn but it is nicely tucked away as soon as you make the curve at the end of 9.

Nice place to stop. Clean fuel islands. The meet-and-greet is on point. Store is clean. Truck parking lot is clean.

Even though they are a little over priced i have to take into consideration it is a truck stop. Always have what i need. Not to mention cheapest gas around.

5/5 I travel highway 30 from one side of the state to the other at least once a month, and even more often around holidays or surrounding family events. The Pilot is always my go-to gas station on these trips because of their kind employees and convenience options. My favorite comfy pants are actually some flannel pants I got from here after I accidentally got gas on my jeans.

Large selection of food and drinks. Love the fountain pops and small ice! 💖 Bathrooms are always well kept and clean!

This was the worst experience of my life. The lady over charged me and when I asked for my money back she told me I had to go get another item and I told her I just wanted my money back I already got extra drinks. And she threw my money at me, and when I said I want my receipt she told me no and kept throwing it down and picking it up and I told her I wanted my receipt again and she yelled at me and told me to just wait for her manager and yelled at me again. She did all of this in front of my step daughter... She is lucky I’m a nice person and didn’t go off like I wanted to!

I periodically have to go there to do Financial transactions. They are always friendly and courteous. I know what I need to do and they know what I have to do and we complete our transaction in a very expedient manner.

This is our favorite stop between ft Wayne and Chicago. Friendly employees, very clean bathroom, great selection of affordable snacks. Ice cold drinks too. Also Subway restaurant on site.

This location stays extremely busy. Its well placed with easy access and the pumps are all in working order. It has a large lot but parking is often full.

Friendly staff, clean restrooms, and clean environment. Plenty of grass and parking to stop and stretch your legs! And best of all, always cheap gas. Cheapest premium gas Ive ever found! Make this a MUST stop when passing by!!!

This pilot is an older travel plaza. It has an outdoor restroom with key only access. It is just a covience store with truck and auto fuel pumps. This is great if you need fuel. Its okay, if you are traveling with the family and need fuel and potty breaks. The attendent was friendly enough, understanding, and helpful.

I always enjoy stopping here when Im in the area. It feels more like an airport than a gas station. Not sure why. Theres a Subway and tons of cool merchandise, especially for truckers. If you need to stop, if recommend this place.

I go here twice a week almost every week of the year. The store is always clean and the employees are always nice. Ive been meeting my sons father there for about 8 years (its in the middle of where we both live with our own families) and Ive never had a bad experience there.

Wonderful selection, someone always says hello when you get there, and there is a 24 hour subway which helps so much when it comes to going to work and coming back. Prices are a bit higher than other places but the convenience and staff makes it worth it.

I think by far the best truck stop between fort Wayne and south of the Michigan State line. They have many amenities that serve truckers. Great bathrooms!!!! They only thing that sucks is there is a parallel road before the highway that can cause some traffic delays and incidents.

Traveling over the road gets nerve wracking and tedious, but its got to be done. Having a place to eat, grab a hot shower, and lay down for the night eases that tension. Thjs place is friendly at all times. The showers are hot, there is usually food, and the people are always friendly. The store and bathrooms are always clean. I love visiting these Pilot stores.

This is the second time in a year that after using my credit card to purchase gas at the pump my card number was stolen. It was used in West Virginia but denied. Must be a scanner inside one or more of their pumps. Same time frame last time,2 days after use at this Pilot card number used in another state. Almost think it could be someone with access to pumps. I won`t be going there again.

Pilot is almost always clean. They sell a variety of items from food to trinkets. The employees at this location are courteous and funny.

The bathrooms were nasty and look like they havent been cleaned in weeks and had a horrible stench of urine... I bought a fountain pop and wanted a flavor add in and they were completely empty... the staff was friendly and greeted me as I walked in the door and the store itself was fairly clean but there were totes of products scattered around the store in the walking areas which seemed to be hazardous!! Definitely not one of the nicer pilot Travel Centers I have been to!!

Well, to tell you the truth I really dont remember stopping here recently but its a good location with plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out of.

Currently commuting from Benton Harbor to Fort Wayne for work & this has become my half way coffee stop! Everyone is so friendly in the morning I never leave without a smile on my face! The girls at the front really knows how to keep the lines moving!

Great place to stop to unload my deuce and a half. Clean bowls, clean showers and good coffee to load up on. Sammiches are amazing!t.

I live nearby and travel back and forth from home to work in Plymouth. They get about 95% of my business, would give 5 stars but whoever is in charge of having the coffee and breakfast products stocked and ready for the morning rush, needs to get out and look around and check on thier stations. Always love a good Pilot. Everything was clean and in order. All the roller foods were well stocked and priced right. Everything a trucker would need is supplied here.

Stopped here at 7:30 pm on a Monday and still a few spaces. Not a huge lot but about 60 or so spots. Showers were excellent, plenty of space and super clean. Subway was good too.

Place was clean, staff was very nice, maybe too nice. A UPS semi driver was in line bragging to whoever would listen how much he grossed each year ($111k, $119K). Cashier is waiting, he finally moves up towards the cashier and tosses his purchases at the cashier, sliding them across the counter so she has to catch them. He then flicks a bill at her with his fingers like he’s at a strip club. Very nice cashier, she refrained from flipping out on him, even sent him off with a greeting. Staff is awesome, UPS truck driver they have to serve, not so much, in fact, he is pretty slimy.

This is my regular stop when I head to western Michigan. The bathrooms are always clean, good gas prices, and anything you would want to grab to eat on a trip!

The store and restrooms are very clean. There is a lot of variety in the store both for food items and non-food items. I wonder why the American flag is no longer flown at the pilot store.

This is a nice truck stop on 30, right off the bypass. Clean with a good selection.

Sadly another Pilot which allows unlimited time to block the diesel island. Slow cashiers so my purchase (2 cashiers 2 people in line) took well past 10 minutes. There is ample semi parking so why allow the semis to block the pumps??? Had to back out after fueling.

The staff at Pilot was very courteous, compassionate, and generous. While other businesses sought to have me arrested through a cloud of Suspicion from being stranded from my bus. the staff at Pilot gave me free coffee generous shower time and let me know I am welcome to stay there as long as need be to find my bus. They also have nachos that rival Taco Bells across the street affordable Colombian roast and Ethiopian roast and Guatemalan roast coffee as well as two-for-one deals on Red Bull . I was treated courteous by all the staff through a 24-hour stay waiting on my bus to return the following day, which suggests the staff communicated to each other who I was, why I was there and to treat me with the utmost kindness which they did on every shift change. I would recommend this 24-hour pilot to anyone who would like a hot shower, a fresh-made meal, ready made donuts, and specials on coffee and Redbull. Five stars Plus!!! All praise and honor and glory to FATHER YAHAWAH and his Son, my God, Jesus Christ, LORD of LORDS and KING of KINGS.

I go in tired but the ladies one in particular that work on the morning shift makes me feel alert very friendly & helpful & fast at the same time youre in & out quickly and the COFFEE is always fresh those 2 reasons keep me coming back twice a week.I pass up other truck stops just to see and here the GOODMORNING & SMILE.That starts my day off good. I wish I could stop there daily.👌👌.

They need something other than Subway restaurants in there truck stops been to some with McDonalds, but the best ones have Arbys restaurant in them and some have there own lunch and breakfast kitchen and then make your meals up bye the fuel desk so its quick and easy to get a home cooked meal on the go!

I stopped here for gas. The gas powered my car and I was able to pay at the pump.

We were vacationing in Indiana and stopped at this Pilot/Subway for lunch. What a mistake. The folks manning the Subway on the day we visited are poorly trained, incompetent, or both.After placing our order for a 6 tuna sub (cut in half), Fritos corn chips, a soda, and 3 cookies the woman ran my card. I looked at the receipt and it was $13.86. I pointed out the overcharge immediately and, after she summoned help from the store manager because she didnt know what to do, the approach was to completely credit the previous sale and ring it up again.The second sale rung up at $13.33 which still wasnt right but they insisted it was. After standing at the counter for about 15 minutes trying to get them to look at the pricing posted on their menu board for a 6 tuna and chips/soda and $1.59 for 3 cookies and acknowledge $13.33 couldnt possibly be right the manager said were a corporate store and need to play by the rules and contain costs; youre free to take this up with the Pilot Corporate office.Then I asked for a cup. We need to charge 50-some cents for a cup she said. What? We ordered and paid for a soda dont we get a cup to put it in? But you have your own travel mugs. Yes, for ice water when we leave. Well use it for soda now. I thought we were caught up in an episode of Candid Camera! Finally, with some reluctance, we got a cup at no additional charge.Then I discovered there were only 2 cookies in the bag and I needed to revisit the counter. I said I ordered and paid for 3 cookies and got 2. Can I see your receipt? Sure enough, $1.59 for 3 cookies. Did you eat one? No, we may be in our 60s but were not senile.We would have left but my wife had started eating the sandwich leaving us with no recourse.We returned home from our vacation yesterday and on the credit card statement both the $13.86 and $13.33 charges stuck. There was no credit.I called the Pilot store manager, Matt, told our tale, and he politely provided a number for the corporate office. I called corporate and theyll have someone in their credit department call me back.Stay tuned...

Good truck stop and bit far off from Hwy 31 but good for Hwy 40 accessible. Good low price of gas
