I will recommend Big Frog to anyone and everyone looking for custom apparel, till the day I die! I had the most wonderful experience. Afterconsidering both mainstream and local custom apparel companies, I found Big Frog. My order was time sensitive and Julia (at Big Frog) helped answer my every question and concern while being EXTREMELY prompt. I talked to her on Wednesday, gave her my order total on Thursday and picked up the finished product Friday afternoon. It was INCREDIBLE! They even have a graphic designer to help execute your ideas. Renee (at Big Frog) created my graphic into something even better than I could have imagined. She made sure the logos and lettering were proportional and aligned correctly on the sweatshirt. The big online stores dont have someone to make sure it looks good! Also there was no minimum on my order, the big online companies usually make you order a minimum of ~48, but not at Big Frog! I know Ill be needing more custom apparel in the future and I wont be going anywhere but Big Frog!!

They also correctly placed the images for me; this is not an option with online shirt designers, where you must place your images on the shirt yourself. I ended up with great shirts. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick turn and nice quality t-shirts. We ordered about 20 shirts for a fundraising event and then came back and ordered another dozen because everyone liked them so much.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They heard my needs and seemed to sincerely care about meeting all of them—including helping me find a shirt that fit all my objectives (weight, color, performance) and getting it all done on time. The only challenge was when it came to guessing how the inks would look on the final design as they are not using a traditional screen printing method. Overall though it was a very enjoyable experience and I would use them again.

What Ive liked most about Big Frog is how genuinely nice everyone is to work with, regardless of the size of my orders. The designers are always welcoming my feedback and allowing me to make changes to my designs. There was a woman there, maybe the store manager, who totally touched my heart. I stopped in the day after my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer, wanting to get her a custom t-shirt from her daughter. I felt like Big Frog stopped the presses and made our tiny little 3 t-shirt order feel like a priority, even though it clearly wasnt a financial priority. Great experience. I went to the store just a few minutes after they were closed and was still helped by the staff. I gave them an idea of what I had in mind and it was able to be created within 10 minutes which turned out amazing. The quality is great and the printing was spot on. A great feature was that they save what was created in case I wanted it again in the future. I went back and got over 10 more shirts/hoodies made and was very excited. The only thing that kills me is the pricing is kind of high for what I wanted.

What a talented graphics team at Big Frog of Plymouth! I wanted to promote new products and catch phrases via the t-shirt billboard at networking events and trade shows. Ive been encouraging all my colleagues to make a call to Big Frog and get promotional t-shirts working on their behalf too.

I liked how friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable the staff was. I was impressed with how they designed my idea on the computer. I enjoyed the choices of colors and items. I also liked how they allowed me to make one item rather than a large quantity for a reasonable price. I thought it was interesting how they imbed the fabric with dye rather than screen print it on. That eliminates cracking and peeling that could possibly happen over time. Overall, I am really happy and would recommend it to anyone!
