They currently only do signature bowls if you order in store. If you want customized bowl, you have to order ahead online. Store looks clean, and signage are clear and helpful for safety health protocols.We ordered the spicy and salmon bowl, and thai milk tea with tapioca pearls. We didnt have to wait long for the order since they werent busy.Pricing was okay for the serving portion. The bowls were flavorful and semi-filling; and the boba tea was refreshing.

First time experience ordering from here and probably my last. Went inside and ordered a house bowl and was told to wait outside. Waited for 20 minutes until one of the workers came outside and asked if I was waiting for an order. Turns out my order was ready, sitting at a pick up table inside without my knowledge. How was I supposed to know this?? They gave me a ticket but no instructions. Before I ordered, I saw them go to the door and handed the previous customer their order so I thought they would do the same. Not sure why its my responsibility to keep going in and out of the store to check the table to see if my order is done when theyre making me wait outside. Instructions for pick up should be communicated to customers when ordering inside. Since they have signs everywhere that we have to wait outside, they should be clear about customers having to come back in and out to check and pick up their order on the table. Something definitely needs to be changed about their routine, there was bunch of people waiting outside not knowing if their orders were ready or not. Overall, the milk tea was powdery, portions were not worth $20, pieces of sashimi was very small. I would recommend going to Song Tea and Poke in Blaine instead.

I paid $20 for a customize 3 protein bowl. When my brother in law picked up my order, the front staff said they didnt see my order come through... they had him show an email, when I obviously sent them a screenshot of my order and it had my name on it. They need to get their system check if they do not see outside orders like from DoorDash come through. The portion I got was SO SMALL for the amount I paid. Protein cost extra $2-4 more dollars and it was a disappointment. I got spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and regular salmon and you barely saw any protein. Why is it that the customize Poke bowl is SMALLER than their MENU Poke Bowls?. I requested for spicy Mayo and sweet soy sauce and got some sweet chili sauce like the dipping sauce for egg rolls. You can get better Poke bowls and price elsewhere. Last time ordering from them. Greedy poke bowl place. Need better portion size and their staff needs to double check on their end as well before handing off food to customers.

I’ve gotten Poke bowls here a bunch of times. They are always delicious! Lately I feel like the portions have gotten smaller. I normally add on cream cheese which is a $1 up charge… which I’m fine paying. But with my most recent order I received one small chunk of cream cheese. Not worth the up charge. The poke bowl was delicious as usual though.

This place is awesome! The tuna poke was on point, very flavorful and the tuna was fresh and nicely prepared. I also had the tropical smoothy, it was also excellent. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Portion size is smaller than other similar places in the metro, but prices are more or less on point. Flavor is great overall. My Thai Tea didnt have any Boba in it, but the online ordering process could be to blame there. A good option that beats the tar out of the Arbys just across the road.

Everything was so good. It was worth every penny. Easy online ordering. I am glad they have gluten free option. We picked up our order but delivery is offered.

Terrible value. This is the amount of salmon they give you for double protein.

Arrive at store, forced to order online to get what I want with extra ingredients so it would be filling enough. Not a busy time, but still had to sit for 30 minutes. After I asked about status, it was clear they had not even started working on it yet. The forced online ordering is huge inconvenience. Bowl was tasty, but still tiny after going through all the work to try getting something substantial

We tried Poke House for the first time tonight and were absolutely thrilled. We had the Rainbow Bowl and the Spicy Bowl and both were fresh and nicely portioned and flavorful. We also had a Sunrise Smoothie which Im told was delicious and I satisfied my Classic Milk Tea craving. Well definitely be back!

Had a late night poke run with a group of friends after a day of ski and snowboard. definitely a memorable meal to end the day off! shoutout to that one staff who made like 10 orders for us at 9pm that day. food was amazing and super delicious, any combination you order will be perfect. bowls and cups come in small cute designs. love this place, definitely will come back for second.

Ordered online. Pick up was ready on time. Spouse brought it home and mine order was WRONG! spicy Mayo smothered all over everything. And of course there’s no contact us info on the website and they were closed by the time we noticed the mistake. Simple orders with simple instructions shouldn’t be that damn hard to figure out. Greatly disappointed.Updated - so despite some communication issues between store and corporate level things were made right. The food is is wonderful and the store staff was very helpful and sympathetic.

Overall, the flavor of my poke bowl was good but it was missing items. I ordered the Yum Yum shrimp and requested that jalapenos were added (which I had to pay more for) and never received them. In addition, it stated that this particular bowl should have had cream cheese and there was none. I ordered through DoorDash so I did not have an opportunity to have them correct the mistakes.

Wow! Id never had Poke before so I cant speak to the authenticity... But I had a great meal here! The level of customization is amazing, the ingredients super high quality, and the sauces were really flavorful!

The food here is so fricken smack that my taste buds have a meltdown from dancing salmon to the dragon bowl it has my stomach satisfied but then I look at the drinks and youd think you cant have the best of both worlds well dont lie to yourself you can milk, flavored, slushies, smoothies god dang this place is fuego 5 stars hands down worth the wait will be a regular from here on 🙌

Worst customer service, confused staff, my order was to go and another customer picked up my order before I got back inside, they have a sign that says wait outside. Never mind about fact that I waited 40mins in total because after ordering online my order was still not ready when I got there. I was also told another customer picked up my food by mistake.

I love poke but I was a little disappointed to have corn and imitation crab in my bowl. I think Aloha Poke is delicious but I wont give them my business. I hope Poke House can develop a similar product so I can happily give my business to this cute little spot.

Was greeted by and unenthusiastic guy who seemed like a careless college kid with long gray hair and blonde faded tips, after taking our order he was picking his ear right in front of us and then made our Boba for us. Also the poke was a actual small portion of the actual poke fish portion, everything else was just filler lettuce and sauce, The containers seem to be more dense than the actual food that is served in it.

I wanted to give it 4 stars instead but since this is a new business I want to help ot out. Soup was trash, the main meal is awesome, just avoid the sides and you should be happy :). The bowl was really good they did miss 1 meat tho, not a big deal just tell them and they can fix it for you. They need to tweak a couple thing and it should be okay.Ps if I come back this review may change.

Got the Mocha Milk Tea with coffee jellies and Coconut Milk Tea with tapioca bubbles, both half sweet. They were very good. Easily one of the best in the twin cities area. We also got the Sushi Burrito style Spicy Bowl. It was actually better than I expected and a little spicier, which was great. We used to travel further for bubble tea, but we are very glad that we found a great place so close by. Cant believe we just found out about it!

Miso soup is the best I have had period. Also the house Poke Bowl is amazing! You gotta try this place

The yum yum Shrimp bowl is to die for! It has everything I love! We had a poke bowl near my old house not as good. Just moved to Golden Valley it is just of hwy 55 in the Cub parking lot! They practice social distancing, and friendly service! We just moved here, and had it twice this week! So fresh!!! They Boba tea, but I have not tried it yet.

The drink is too watery and they only give you two boba pearls. I had a terrible experience here every time I ordered. I would’ve chalked it up to one bad experience but this happened two more times. Ive tried a lot of Sushi burritos, wanting to enjoy them more than I did, then I came to Poke House. Poke House lets you build your own sushi burrito by checking off ingredients in on the menu (so much easier than trying to verbally rattle off your order). My burrito was fantastic! It was the perfect fusion of sushi ingredients and the burrito format.The poke bowls are, of course, also great.Look around when you get inside. The menu is well communicated in the signage. The staff is friendly and patient even with an oblivious white dude like me. They let me know that the burrito will take longer, but it still came out in a reasonable time. Im sure it could take longer during peak hours, but it was pretty empty when we were there. Music is upbeat. Atmosphere is comfortable. Eat in or take out.Will definitely come back!

I ordered a large taro milk tea and was given a small. I immediately noticed and asked to get the size I paid for. I didnt try it until I got home, and sadly the drink was watery. There was no sweetness, no taro flavor. It was watered down milk. It was so disappointing and a waste of money.

Ive gotten hooked on ordering poke bowls from here through door dash since dine in service has been shut down everywhere and they are SO GOOD. Best Ive had. The ginger dressing is so tasty! Ill keep supporting them and really hope they stick around until I can come enjoy it in the dining room.

Large portion servings of excellent food. They have bubble tea options with blended fruit instead of cheap powder which is all too common.Very clean environment. Excellent cleanliness practices even when no one is thought to be paying attention - for electronic orders where no one was at the counter watching, they were very good about being clean. Accommodating to our large group. In short, this is a place I can trust the quality of the food, but you certainly have to pay to get this level of quality.

One of my new favorite places! Love the sushiritos and the infinite combos I make. I have introduced half a dozen people and they’ve all enjoyed their meals, too. The boba drinks are far superior to others I’ve had, too.

The fish was fresh and my Poke bowl tasted great overall. They have little sheets to fill out for your order and it sped the process along. I also had bubble tea but it tasted powdery and it was OK overall. Great place for lunch

Food was okay. Portions are perhaps a bit small for the price of the bowl/burrito. Thai tea slushy had a nice texture, but tasted more like a sugar cookie than Thai tea. I used their online ordering system, and wound up having to wait 35 minutes past the time I requested (and which was given as an option in the ordering system). Overall, kind of a disappointing experience.
