Outstanding shipping. Very straight forward (exactly what I like...)... IN-and-OUT in about 30min... the forklift/warehouse guy was spot in with his shipping numbers/info. Super light weight (at about 15k)... the forklift guy brought out the paper work to me...Awesome work here guys!Defiantly coming back!

Poultry heated waterer is of poor design. About half the time you spill all of the water inside the coop. The plastic is not ridged enough for the handling you must do to fill it. Can not tell on the ability to keep from freezing as water does not stay in the waterer long enough. Need be able to fill from top not bottom.

This is my second heated birdbath purchase. I should have stopped with one. This one must have been made by a 10 year old. Such shoddy work. Looks like it was made from scraps with gouges in the wood and rough that gave me several splinters. I will NEVER buy from them again. I have learned my $100 lesson. I am very disappointed and feel like using it for firewood! I would give it no star if I could!

Trash product. Sadly I didn’t save my receipt so I’ll have to put the heated poultry waterer in the trash. Perhaps I’ll use it as a trash can as that’s all it’s good for unless you enjoy cleaning your coop after it comes apart and soaks everything for the 5th time. I fail to see the innovative part of your product.

Bought quite a few heated rabbit water bottles. They broke after not much use. Junk. Some leak, some are coming apart, and every last cap broke. flimsy plastic & poor design. Called customer service and they really don’t care.Updated after their reply: Customer service offered to sell me more caps. Period. I was within the warranty period. I did not have my receipt and they basically told me to kick rocks.

Bought an automatic egg turner, did not work out of the box, bad Chinese motor I guess, called and ask about new motor, talked to apathetic women on the phone, bottom line don’t buy Cheap Chinese products
