I’ve been a customer and fan for several years. They are just absolutely the best store in Manomet. Every customer gets treated right. Matt, Tom or Mark. They all treat you great. And a newer female employee, don’t know the name yet, but same attitude. Starts st the top, love Aubuchon.

Called to ask when they were closing on July 4, got there with 15 mins to spare and they were closed. I understand wanting to start your holiday, but thats just wrong. Cost us 35 mins driving.

I have faithfully been coming here for the 2 1/2 years and today I go in for hydraulic cement and couldn’t find it so I asked a guy there working he says “yes we have it but it’s downstairs so your gonna have to wait a few minutes until I can get down there to grab it” after waiting 20 minutes when he walked around making personal calls on his cell phone I decided to go to Home Depot and will never go back here ever again

This is the one aubuchon I dread going to all the time all the people that work at this store act like they hate their job and god forbid you ask them a question or to help with mixing paint and they sigh and look at you like you have 10 heads !!! This store has the most ignorant and unwelcoming people I have ever been in contact with at a store I would rather drive to carver or sandwich which is 30 min in the opposite direction then go to this one that is 5 min away from my house and not to mention they have barley anything in this store

Great service - a wonderful old time hardware store where the employees know their business - they dont just greet you like the box stores and have no idea where things are or what they are for.

The all the guys that work in the hardware are polite, professional and always helpful. They have everything you need for home repairs.
