We bought a mattress and had very good service, they were able to meet our needs.

My husband and I love our new LazyBoy recliner. It is super comfortable and the fabric is very beautiful. I was pleased to see LazyBoy is made in Tennessee. The store is filled with lovely furniture in a variety of styles. Do yourself a favor and head to Plymouth for your next furniture purchase.

Good deal on mattress nice and friendly service

Not friendly or helpful. Purchased a day bed for my elderly mother. Specifically told them it could not be taller than couch height. Even had them measure mattress and add the bed frame height . Since they did not have the bed frame in stock we trusted they new the bed height. Ordered and when it came in it was way too tall. At least 12 inches taller than a couch. Complete waste of $1,200 and when I complained was basically told that mattress was not returnable and nothing they could do. So much for customer service. I would not have been upset had they not measured and told me it would be couch height.

Quality furniture and comfy beds. I would definitely stop here if I were redoing my house. I always find something that I really like.

Excellent shopping experience! Very patient - answered questions and was there when I needed them, but let me look around alone, unlike some other furniture salespeople. We were very happy with the service. They were very friendly and professional. We walked in and bought two chairs and were able to get them the very same day. Workers were very professional and got the job done very quickly. We feel that we got good value for our money.

Edited after they got in contact with the person the recliner was gifted to and saw it was a manufacturer defect.I personally am done with this company because they only cared about their services after seeing a 1 star review on Facebook, they didnt care before that when they were called 3 times the same day it was delivered.Sold us a recliner that wouldnt recline.Made no effort to warn us about a no return policy.Im only giving 2 stars now because they fix it by letting the person it was gifted to get a new recliner and gave an in store certificate for the extra money that wasnt used on the new recliner.

Everyone was very helpful and the furniture is beautiful! The delivery men were so courteous and went out of their way to help set up our living room.

I recieved excellent service from this place until they took my money! buyers beware!! We had a bed delivered today with the Ease bed frame, after setting it up it did not work correctly but they left the bed here anyway and after they called Tech Support they came to the conclusion it needed a new remote BUT that was not the case when I came home from work it took me 10 minutes to fix the problem, the problem was in the installation of the bed. After calling to complain I received horrible service from a rude sale person, the woman who answered the phone didnt seem to care about my issue and passed the buck over to the owner instead who did not answer the phone number I was given. I am very disappointed with this company after spending 4k here (including 50 for installation) i will never return, such a shame.

This project began with the return of original twin beds used by the Duke and Duchess of Windsor when they visited Culver, Indiana in the late 1940s!Marilyn Banfich steered me in the right direction to complete a difficult renovation, beginning with restoring these beds, which were in very poor condition.Marilyn was always encouraging, never pushy-even when I lagged behind in the timing.She made the project SO very enjoyable, and was such a delight to work with.
