Had everything we needed for our stay in Plymouth, unfortunately a Noreaster cut our trip short and had to evacuate. I still give this place 5 stars because they are friendly, had the food and wine we wanted and it was convenient. I truly hope they didnt have any damage to their store.

Pro: store is open late.Con: the scales on the self check out are calibrated such that a reusable bag in the bagging area will throw an error. So, if you plan on using reusable bags, make sure you leave them in the cart and pack them after checkout.

Got flowers from here, they were AMAZING!!! I couldnt have found a more beautiful flower bouquet from anywhere. I still cant believe what I got and I wouldnt believe this if it werent me but it was only $38 with tax (and in a vase too)! The other flowers I found online were almost exactly the same and they were local as well but cost $125 and that was for the smaller size. The size I got would have been $189! Unbelievable! I visited the pharmacy today and had great customer service. The pharmacist went out of his way to transfer my prescription quickly. He also gave me a shingles shot. Very professional. He then helped me to get the best price on both the transfer and shot. Thank you Sharon.

When they switched all the aisles around I had a little trouble finding everything at first, of course. Im starting to get used to it now, not sure why they did it though. Its not as if it made it any easier. Hmmmmm????

A large chain grocery store, with lots of options, from food, to sunscreen to a small organic selection.Their produce selection was good. I’m spoiled and am used to a higher standard with more local and organic choices.Their seafood selection was ok. With the location in Cape Cod, I would have thought they would have a better selection. Fresh was ok, lots of frozen items...This store does not have a liquor license. Not even beer or wine. This dropped a star for me. Not as convenient.

This stop and shop had everything you could want if in a rental home. It had fresh hot and cold food and a full bakery loved it

They had everything we needed it was not crowded everyone was practicing social distancing. They announced how many people were currently in the store and the capacity of people they were allowed to have. Great Variety of food and other necessities

Expensive without a wide selection but convenient for small purchases

They have lots of specialty things like Raw Honey, vitamin E oil & nice garden center. The only issue is that they dont have anyone in the garden center to check you out. Have go back thru store to check out. Just small inconvenience.

I live in Taunton and the difference between the two stop & shops is night and day the stop & shop in Plymouth in Kingston is so much nicer cleaner and their deli slices your meat and cheese the way you ask the meat and seafood department is so so much better

Just think some stuff is way higher priced then other stores

I prefer Stop & Shop for most of my grocery shopping and theyve done pretty well keeping things stocked during the pandemic. But I dont understand why their freezer section has been bare for weeks when Market Basket and Walmart are able to keep theirs full.

Nicely appointed chain store convenient to Rt. 3. Clean and fairly well-stocked. Bit dont expect to find cheese for nachos on a playoff game day.

Nice place with friendly people working there. Very fresh food, from fresh seafood to beautiful vegetables. Theres a nice selection of everything. A little pricey is the only reason I gave it three stars, everything else was on point. Theres a nice local feeling about the place.

Far too expensive, especially when compared with Market Basket right down the street. The prices are by far the biggest problem but the obnoxious, offensively unnecessary presence of a robot scanning floors for spills comes in a close second. It adds an unwanted taste of the 21st century with its noises and physical appearance. The fact that it has been given eyes is a transparent and insulting attempt to make people accept it as no big deal. Go to Market Basket where the prices are much better and there are actual humans working.

This is the only place I go food shopping. They have a lot of good items including a whole bunch of new gluten-free egg-free and peanut free variety Foods whole grains organic like you name at Stop & Shop. My son has a peanut allergy so its wonderful to know that I can get him brownie mix and cake mix there that he will be able to eat it. Its nice to see them taking a healthier approach to things

With Good ex my prescriptions were cheaper here than elsewhere. Insurance was not necessary,yet they take multiple plans. The food isles are clean and well stocked. Cashiers were quick and friendly

Was visiting family in the area a few weeks back and needed to get some baking supplies and dessert for a small gathering last minute. It has good hours and was open pretty late (after 9PM on a Friday night). That said, many of the items we purchased were on sale but our Stop and Shop card would not work and we did not have time to track down an employee (we were at self-checkout) and argue over it. I typical avoid shopping at stop and shop since the prices are higher than pretty much anywhere else (though the selection is nice there). Next time, as long as it is open, Ill be shopping at Market Basket. Cheaper for the same items and a better selection, plus you dont need to worry about a card working to get a great price.Store was organized, neat, and clean though. And we found almost everything we were shopping for so... worth 3 stars to me.

I admit that I abandoned the Plymouth Stop & Shop when the newer, larger Market Basket opened. They close earlier, though, so a few times, Ive had to return to Stop & Shop. My experiences made me rethink my decision to leave -- except for the lack of prepared hot and refrigerated foods at MB. If Stop & Shop would improve in that area, Id probably go back there most of the time. If they have what you want, its a good store.

Too many other grocers in the area that are far better than this place and where the prices wont make you put a second mortgage on your house. They also seem too short staff their stores and overwork the employees they have on the floor. What a shame

Recently changed the store offering more products. Pretty good selection. I like that you can add coupons to your card through an app. It makes using coupons much more convenient. I also appreciate the gas points!

One of the better Stop & Shops in the South Shore area. The Natures Promise (Organic) section proves more expansive upon each visit, and the store hours are more convenient than your average location as well.

The fine lady I asked for help to show me protein powder today walked with me and we both determined that the store did not have the particular brand however we talked and she was extremely helpful and I quizzed her about employment with this company and how it Compares with Whole Foods Market and I believe they being the employer are nice people that offer a nice service with very good if not above-average benefits.

My visit is always pleasant. I love the buy one get one free. The staff walk you to the item, if I cant find it. I asked a staffer where was an item. She said Ill show you I said no thats ok. Just tell me what aisle. She insists on walking me to the item. I retired from Wal-Mart. I was a salary member of management. I was impressed!!

Was good for what I want

Stop & Shop Top quality and selection. The store is large so, if youre not in a hurry great, has every thing you need. If not in the mood, grab what you absolutely, need and save the rest for another trip.

The pharmacy staff are all amazing. They answer your questions & are just so friendly. I dont shop there but I do go to the pharmacy.

Its a Stop & Shop. I work at one. Thankfully ours is too small for a Marty, as theirs was stuck in aisle 6, demanding a clean up, for the entire 15 minutes i was in the store.

I shop here alot but today i went in to return hair products i bought and i do not have a reciept, i had 2 hair products she told me i cannot return them at all so i asked her can i return one for store credit than she said no i asked to speak with a manager and she said the manager told me im not allowed to return anything over 20$ i said thats ridiculous. ..she scanned one and slammed it on counter and rolled her eyes and said no i cannot return these now this is the second time i went there and she has been completely rude to me and disrespectful and with everyone else shes smiling and nice, i just moved here from 2 hours away and i know its the way i look and i know thats why she is acting that way, im sure she is assuming i stole them...because of the way i look. Im an adult im not a teenager i have a child i bust my a** everyday for her to be this disrespectful to me. Ive been going there for months...and do money orders all the time for rent. I dont know what her issue is but im really upset with the type of people you have working there especially ones who judge by someones looks. Never again will i shop here especially after she denied me to speak with a manager.
