A new booster water pump was installed to replace a broken one. Wes was knowledge, courteous and installed the pump quickly. He tested it to make sure everything was working properly

Had a hot water heater installed. Could not have gone better. Also they had a student from upper Cape Regional working learning from the tech. I am a fellow contractor in the Plymouth area, and after getting into a pickle with a system installed a few years back Stefani Plumbing and Heating came to the rescue. Brian, the office manager was very responsive and answered any/all questions I had. He sent a technician out (Mike) right on time with a smile on his face. I knew I was in good hands from the second I made contact with Brian, and felt well taken care of throughout the process. Mike was very cordial and knowledgeable. He kept everything neat and clean and finished the job in a timely fashion. Thank you so much to the guys at Stefani. The service I received was a 12/10 and I will certainly be calling them for anything in the future.

I called to have a plumber come out to service a leak in our toilet. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and very informative. The plumber came out and assessed the situation told me what he thought was going on, even waited a little bit to make sure it was what he thought. He fixed the leak but explained everything that he was doing so I could understand.He was very professional and very personable. I even had my two young grandsons here who are obsessed with tools and he was so nice to them even letting them see his cool toolbox!!!I will definitely use Stefani again and I would recommend them to anyone who asked, great company.

With an outdated configuration of my well pressure tank and the plumbing with it, coinciding with acidic water that was leeching copper from my pipes- the home was in trouble.Brian Mace came out to diagnose the issue and came up with several resolutions. His team headed by Wes installed a new pressure tank, new plumbing, and installed a non-backwashing acid neutralizer. Wes was a professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. I needed immediate service to replace my kitchen sink faucet that broke causing no water service. Wes showed up within one hour after I called and very professionaly and acurately replaced the faucet per my request for a special model. He was very friendly and polite. Walt arrived on-time to repair/replace several leaks in our cold water feed line. He was personable, efficient and moved right along. I threw him a curve when I told him about a last minute leak on the water heater but he took it all in stride and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Very happy with the service! Wes came out to our home for a leaking pipe and was very friendly. He took the time to show me exactly where the problem was coming from and to educate me a bit on the type of pipe we have have and how to prevent leaks in the future. Tom and his team were extremely professional and thorough with our boiler system conversion. They were very helpful with following through on MASS SAVE rebate as well. Dave was very meticulous and detailed with his work. We highly recommend Stefani Plumbing.

I called for a clogged pipe. Someone arrived next day to look at it. The technician had no snake and did absolutely nothing. Still charged me the service fee and recommended I call someone else. Will not call again or recommend to anyone. Poor service
