Great customer service! Quick response of my email inquiries. Store manager called back to follow up. I ordered a Get Well Soon basket for my fiance.

I was in there tonight. The two women working were completely rude and disrespectful. Ordered my ice cream and she asked me what size and totally walked away before I could answer. Then walked back and asked me what size I said. They didn’t look as if they wanted to be there. The store looked dirty. The containers for the spoons were dirt. I thought it was for spoons for tasting. Asked for a clean spoon and the second container looks just as dirty. awful experience and I don’t see myself coming back.

I just got two quarts from this location the other day. I ordered cookie dough... and when I went to scoop some at home it was plain vanilla. Of course the girl working there pulled the tray from the window and put it on the back counter so I couldnt see what she was doing when she filled the containers.

Literally every time my fiancee and I go, there is something wrong with our order. Its so frustrating to order online, pick up, only to have the completely wrong ice cream. Not one ingredient correct, and its one of their signature creations! I have never gotten my order where nothing was wrong with it. I dont know why we keep going back. My first job was at an ice cream shop, it isnt hard to follow the ingredient list. These employees clearly dont pay attention and dont care. I think this is the one that broke the camels back. Shunned!

Twice this week we’ve stopped at the Plymouth Cold Stone’s. Twice we’ve been very aggravated. The girls working there are very rude to the customers and the way they put together the ingredients is awful. We used to be frequent flyers. They’ve lost our business. Plenty of other ice cream shops in town.

This review is not of the three employees who were on last night. Ive worked in similar industries in high school and usually the lack of training in these establishments is pretty common. I was told by a friend that her location caters to a lot of gluten free customers. Its super hard for me to go out and trust places when it comes to my allergy. But this year my husband and I have been trying to branch out and try places out.We walked in, I was looking around at the menu and couldnt really find anything deemed gluten free which is fine, so I decided to ask. I was told pretty much everything is gluten free minus three flavors. But Ive never been here and I noticed the mixing station being quickly wiped down every few orders. Nothing was really explained to me and honestly what was odd is I wasnt asked if this was an allergy or a preference which Im oddly enough always asked no matter where weve been.After feeling rather overwhelmed I decided to not order anything, I just cant risk it, its not fun getting glutened, trust me. Ive learned that I can usually tell if a station will be cleaned but I had a feeling this wasnt going to be the case. And for 7-10$ per ice cream I wasnt about to waste my money on something Id have to throw out.My hubby ordered an ice cream off the menu to be promptly told they didnt make chocolate ice cream? Just seemed odd, i worked for an ice cream shop in the city with far more foot traffic and we never had that issue. But I dont blame the employees, I just realized it aint worth the risk.

Weve found the quality inconsistent but its okay when youre craving a frappe on a hot day...

Me and my son were getting some ice cream and my son died! But 4 stars because the ice cream was good.

Website says non dairy options, drove my whole family there with 2 of us having a dairy allergy and there was no options for that, but everyone that had ice cream said it was good. Unfortunately 2 of us couldn’t have anything

Ice cream is great but this review is solely on how the night crew conducts business . Me and a few friends decided to get ice cream at around 9:15 pm (2/29/20) . I looked up on my phone what time cold stone closes which it stated 10 pm . When we pulled into the parking lot no exterior lights nor interior lights were on. I happened to see an employee through the window standing in the dark. So I decided to call the store which an employee answered . I asked her what time the store closed and she replied 10 pm which I said thank you and hung up. Within seconds we noticed the interior lights of the store turn on and an exterior “open” sign light up. You need to re evaluate your employee because they are costing you $ if they are prematurely closing . If I didn’t make a call I would of assumed they were closed and brought my business somewhere else.

Staff was rude and unapologetic. Suspect that they are underpaid. I will not support this location.

When the kids deserve a reward we get cold stone! The customer service is phenomenal. The ice cream is hand made right infront of you with whatever you want mixed in. I highly recommend cold stone creamery!
