I backed into a sign post that someone else knocked over into a parking spot from the lot next door. This damaged the rear bumper of my Lariat F-150. The bumper had to be replaced and all the electronic connections to my back-up alarm, trailer connections, license plate lights and the lowering mechanisms for my spare tire all had to be removed and replaced. Also they had to paint my 2 tone bumper. The repairs were perfect and I couldnt be happier. I did get a couple of estimates and found this place to be reasonable and also got the work done quickly.I will use them again should the need arise! Ted is an amazing business owner. He will go over and beyond for you. I hate to admit that I am a terrible driver and have been there quite a few times. He has always fixed the damage that the insurance company allows but he always Fixes my little fender bender’s that the insurance was never called for. this time I had lights out in the back of my truck and he replaced them for free . I also started a new job where I am working nine o’clock to six o’clock and he had a worker stay late for me so I was able to pick up my car . I strongly Recommend this business. Headliner came down in my car and the guys came up with a creative, cost effective way to solve the problem. They also buffed the headlights and fixed my bumper after hitting those concrete stops in parking lots. Car looks brand new! Great work

I was in a hit & run accident which resulted in a huge tire mark on my back door and needing to get my driver door replaced altogether. We brought the car and showed it to Ted on Monday. By Tuesday, he had already found a replacement door and we left it with him. Within 24 hours, it was done! My car looks brand new! The door looks better than when I bought the car and any mark from the accident is gone. I am still amazed at how quickly the work got done and how incredible the results are. Very friendly and communicative, the service was fantastic, and we definitely will be coming back the next time we need something done.

These are clear professionals knowledgeable in their craft. They navigated though the insurance maze to ensure no after market parts were installed and only factory replacement parts were used. This is extremely important when you lease a car which will be rigorously inspected prior to its return. Extremely happy.

Ted and his team did an amazing job fixing a dent on our 2004 Honda Element and were somehow able to match the paint perfectly on a 17 year old car. They even went above and beyond and repaired some door dings, etc. that was a pleasant surprise!

Great customer service and excellent craftsmanship to repair my 2019 red Acura RDX. Apparently the paint on newer vehicles requires a detailed, four-step process. Is there anything Ocean Bay autobody cant do?? These guys are awesome! Had a door handle that was busted, as soon as the part came in it was fixed in no time at all. Theyre really nice, it was a pleasure doing business with them. When my other door handle falls off (and it will eventually) I know exactly where to go.

Called AAA and was given two choices for bodywork. Ocean Bay was the closest so I called and brought car in. Jerry already had all the information on crash from AAA. He took pictures, did the estimate and emailed to it to AAA before I left the shop. Several hours later that same day, Jerry called with approval and I brought car in on Monday. 10AM Thursday the car was DONE! During repairs I received DAILY emails on status of repairs. NEVER had to call Ocean Bay. Picked it up, inspected work and the car looked better than before the accident.So easy, so friendly and so very professional.!
