A wonderful bagel and breakfast shop! We enjoyed great breakfast sandwiches from here. We also enjoyed the mini bagels - the perfect size and nicely topped on both sides! The customer service is outstanding. On multiple occasions they offered to make extra of and set aside an item that was in short supply - I just needed to give them a heads up.

We have tried every bagel place around and we feel that this place comes out on top for the following reasons...- Bagels are very good quality. Freshly baked, soft dough on the inside, good crisp outside. Flavours are bold, toppings on the outside, such as everything mix, are even. Dont seem to use food dyes like at other places.- Good size, not too big.- Cost -$8.99 for a dozen.- Customer service is very good, friendly staff. Can be a little slow in summer when theyre doing a lot of hot orders off the grill. Agree with others on here that they shouldnt charge extra for toasting a bagel, but Ive never ordered a fresh bagel to be toasted! Tony (the owner) remembers us and always has a quick chat.- Flavors. All the usuals, plus doubles like Double Cinnamon raisin. The French toast, which are nice but could have a better topping, maybe a crunch rather than a simple glaze. Blueberry in summer only, wish it was all year.This place is very good and has been around forever in a competitive market. Easy to see why this place survives when others like New York bagel on Route 88 have gone out of business.

If you say you are on Door Dash, then honor that. I run a very busy doctors office and we all looked forward to getting your food. I took A LOT of time to enter the order and it went through no problem. I then get an email from Door Dash saying that theyre not currently taking orders. Very disappointed. One of the top bagel shops in Point Pleasant. Great bagels/smears as well as the NJ classic: pork roll egg & cheese. Coffee is pretty average, but serviceable though. Its a super local place, no frills inside and a bit dingy...I wouldnt suggest eating here if you dont want to smell like fried eggs :)

The quality of food is non existent. All four of the bagels we ordered were so chewy that you could barely bite through them. (Mind you I’m 25yrs old saying this and not elderly.) Took a long time to make the food which was almost not edible. Over priced, bad service, hair in my sons eggs and bagels tuff as leather. If your looking for an enjoyable experience go somewhere else.Reply to Delicious Bagels Comment: Time is irrelevant to quality. With that many years in the business I would expect any well respected company to at least apologize for the negative experience. But instead you call your customers liars. Ive gone here for several years but today my wife stood for 30 minutes for an egg sandwich, and it wasnt even done the way she asked. When she told the owner that she waited 30 minutes for one sandwich he barked back Well, were busy! Well, youve just lost two customers and many others who were complaining alongside of her today. Get organized guys and come up with another way to handle crowds or youll lose your reputation! Today you lost two loyal customers, mainly because of your rudeness!

This will be the last time I come here. I patiently waited with alot of other frustrated patrons who waited up to 30 minutes for their order. Mine was for ONE EGG SANDWICH. I was not happy but I wasnt rude either when I told the owner I just want you to know I waited 30 minutes for this one sandwich. He snapped back at me, Well, were busy! Really?! Ive owned a catering company and there is no excuse for being rude because you dont have a plan to handle crowds. Youve lost a long time customer, mainly Because of how rude you were. I saw your response to someone elses 1 Star Review and you were obnoxious to him, too, so Im sure youll do the same thing to me. But trust me, word gets around. I told 6 people standing in line today and they all walked out. Just acknowledge that you werent prepared for the crowds and politely apologize for making me wait. Its pretty simple.

This place should be called Disgusting Bagels. While waiting for my breakfast sandwich I watched the girls behind the counter touch their hair, handle money and then use their dirty hands to touch customers bagels. One girl was scratching her head as a customer was deciding what they wanted and used the same hand to package up a dozen bagels. Not one person used gloves or anything when touching peoples food. Absolutely disgusting. I will never be coming back here again.

Every chance I get to come back to NJ this is the first place I go to get my food fix. Amazing bagels at a great price.

I wouldnt even rate this place 1 star. The worst staff. (Not to mention it changes every week) Ive never been to a place that consistently messes up orders. How do you mess up a pork roll & cheese is beyond me. Prime location is the only plus. Someone needs to buy it out and restart.
