The seafood and meat did not handle well enough and always had strong taste.Over all prices are much higher than market in Alhambra city and Monterey Park.
They have “ASIAN PRODUCTS” more than I expected. I got many items that I’ve been searching for a long time from this store. Staffs were really friendly and tried to help as you needed. There were restrooms at the right Connor but you need to get the KEY at Cashier.
They sell rancid products and tell you its your fault for buying it. Dont shop here. Go to 99 Cent Ranch. Better quality items for less.
Great options of grocery, meat and fresh/fish items. With options of having meat and fish cut to size.
My go to shop for fresh shrimp. Store smells like raw meat and fish. Be prepared for the odor unlike other grocery stores.
This market is awesome, they got all of asian and international goods and food, they also have a you pick we fry fish section, visit to know the spot.
This Convenient store provide items mostly from Far East Asia such as Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesian.- parking lot = there is plenty of parking lot but is too tight and sometime there’s homeless and come suddenly to you and ask u for a change- when u get inside the store u can smell something different, idk may be something wrong with my nose.At the back there is seafood section and some item u can ask for cook/Fried in place, in the right side is for vegetable sectionEvery Saturday and Sunday there is small Stan who sell some food such as onde onde pretty much nice.OverAllFor the price is vary and depending the itemsSome is little pricey and don’t forget to have a look the expired date. 😬😬
I enjoy going in to get stocked up on asian food supplies( teas, noodles, sauses, dried mushrooms) and an occasional sample of fresh bao.
You can find everything and they even Cook the fish of your choice very good veggies and imports produce and meat market very nice place to buy your market...
So close and convenient place to find most ingredients for asian dishes. Does need a remodeling tho.
This place is too crowded and could use a serious remodel. They have stacks of product on the aisles that block customer flow, their bays and flooring are worn down and sticky and there arent enough workers around to assist the people who need it. Ive seen 99Cent stores cleaner than this. But at least they carry things you cant find without driving all the way to Orange County. (Which might be worth the drive after seeing how many out of stock items there are here)
Large selection of spices needed for Healthy living.
The fry fish was good
Good customer service.
Good supply of asian food, close by friendly employees and plenty of parking. Be mindful in the parking lot as with many locations in Southern California there are homeless people lurking about.
Needs to be cleaned out kinda didnt want to buy anything due to how dirty it was and weird smell I know there is fish in there but that dont smell fresh.
I love this shop especially the meat and fish store. You cant believe I got water yam used for Ijebu Ikokore. The Ikokore I made was so delicious.
They have more selections than most. Grateful
Iike the seafood there.
Only place that sells my favorite snacks. Mochi ( many flavors ) from Mais Bakery. So yummy and delicious.
This place is just like El super they have a horrible selection of produce of products thank you very much I wont shop there no more either its a shame to what theyve done the supermarkets these days stater Brothers its number one stater Brothers is number one theyre not overpriced like El super
Been a regular to this market all my life. They have great variety of oriental products.Lots of ramen noodles to try out from Thai to Korean and more.Great drinks and snacks as well!Whenever I shop here, I never leave without Tisane thai tea. Hands down the best thai tea ever created. I will fight with anyone about this (not literally). And try out their kung-fu noodles too. Its literally called that. One of my fav.
Its great, I like to get my fried fish here. They have a lot of other things that a regular store wouldnt.
Meat very good
Hey Thanks For Serving Me. Best Of Luck. Friends.
The place where you can find international meals (like phó and certain mexican plates) The fried fish is cooked to crisp. I have been shopping since 2000 and no complaint friendly people
Most of the time you get in there you get out fast very nice people
Yeah. Fresh Red snapper and fried too...Yummy. I took it home add my finishing touches and it was delish esvovished dish with yellow yam bought at the Jamaican market..💥💥
Luv this place every weekend they sell food right by the front door already cooked shrimp awesome
We arrived at this restaurant for a meeting. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very successful. The staff members were very polite and we had a great feeling. The meal was yummy. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Highly recommended.
Too much low level things from China. They are not clean, not fresh, not healthy, not good!
Thats a typical Asian grocery store. It has everything you need.
Everything thing you need for great Vietnamese meals. Meat and seafood department are ran by expert butchers and cutters. Friendly staff and good prices.
I can find specialty items, thai tea, any tea you need, Asian market food!
At Fish section, pple servicing arent friendly.
You looking for fresh fish here is the best
I love the man in the water store
Old vegetables and rude service
The store itself needs some TLC, but I come here to find good quality, hard to find produce and spices!
Only asian market around us. Cheaper than 99 ranch, not as clean however, store looks and feels run down. But again cheaper than the other asian market by a bit.
Okay, just walked out from this spot even though crowded on a Saturday like most supermarkets, o am definitely going back. Okay people, if your looking for fresh produce, meats, and interesting finds this is the spot. Everything is fresh, stocked, prepped, and ready to go. It is an outdated store but that doesnt matter to me the prices and quality are amazing.
Place need to be cleaned top to bottom but good fish
Always a great stop for ingredients
Great place in Pomona area for Asain foods.
Nice little shop
Though Im a big fan of 99 Ranch Market, this Vietnamese Market is truly my favorite of them all. it is quite a drive for us to come here but hes certainly worth my time. The produce is truly the best in town dont be fooled by the Neighborhood once you enter is truly a Treasure Island if you are a fan of Southeast Asian food. please help the business by coming here to shop. I do hope the business world get better soon
Great Asian supermarket. Has a lot of what you would need. I found 90% of everything I needed. Im pretty use to the sgv supermarkets. But this place has the seasonings that you need.
Love the deep fried fish
Awesome place, prices are amazing and everyone is super kind and helpful. Will definitely be revisiting
Amazing! Super friendly and kind staff! Variety of items and food. :)
They need to learn english/ spanish. Or hire someone that can talk fluent english, other than that the fish fry is good...
There was a fish fight lol with the customers and the folks cleaning the fish. Usually I buy Red Snapper fish but they only had huge ones so no bueno
They got shrimps and good lil hors doeuvres when u walk in on the weekends.
I go here to get fresh sea food. Its very good!
They have all your Asian food needs.Fresh meat and fresh seafood.
The food was delicious and definitely a spot worth trying. We ordered the Chicken Pad a Thai (spicy), Beef Rending, and the rot. We highly recommend the Beef Rending and the Pad Thai!
This pretty cool place to shop if youre looking for Asian/exotic foods and snacks. What not to expect in this place is Cleanliness and organizational of the products or merchandise.
Great place to find Asian food, spices, snacks, vegetables, fruite, candies. You can get fresh fish and they will cook for you.For Indonesian you may find a lot of selection of Indonesian product such as spices, snacks, chili souce, sweet soy souce, margarine, instant noodle, meses emping, keripik tempe, kerupuk.
Hoa Binh is always great to go n buy their fish. They put uo signs on their fishes if it is wild caught or farm raised; that is always good to know so that way you can pick the good fishes. They need to expand their store cause it us too narrow on the aisles.
Just dirty place
I love getting my curry powder, butter cookies, plantain and other items from here. I look forward to trying other items too!
I love asian markets and this is the closest one to me but last time I went they had crayfish which were in a big gray Tub and half of them were dead and they smelled rotten. None of the workers even bothered to remove the dead ones so I avoided the fish that day.
Love buying my sea for here
Fresh food. Good price.
All shopper.should double check the price.the put the sign price and when u check out on the cashier.the price is more EXPENSIVE than the one the put in the listing price
Good service
They take long time to fry fish
Great market you can find pretty much anything Asian. From spices to meat and veggies. Their meat is great quality.
Great place easy parking and they always have the freshest vegetables!
Great store and the fish is one of the freshest. They also sell a great selection of asain products you wouldnt find in your local grocery store.
Great ethnic supermarket that offers a good selection for Asian dishes. Fishes are fresh with free deep frying. Not a cleanest place but it has almost everything that you need for a good Asian meal.
You can find everything you need to make an authentic Asian dish. I found everything I needed for Tom yum goong. Lost one star because not all aisles are labeled correctly, but at least they are in English. I been to other markets where very few signs are in English.
Great seafood place
No waterer no toilet paper food .. milk nothing.. just dog food left. They should just merge with Petco where the pets go.. sorry I went
This place is okay. It has an okay selection. Not great, because I cant find some things I use regularly. They do have quite a bit of different types of produce. I think the store could smell more fresh and be more clean looking. However it is the closet Asian store I can find around here with enough selection.
Its ok but inside the store it smells really disgusting
They have the best fish and some of the weird stuff, like buche, liver, hearts and some of the hard to find fresh vegetables
This where I always buy my titus fish and crab nice store
Like coming here for the freshly made baguettes and like buying ingredients for pho soup along with buying asian beers..
We have been coming here for 18 yrs but in the two yrs this place is no longer clean and smells horrible especially near the meat, the meat smells bad. Produce looks bad too. So if you are gonna shop here for packed food or canned food, check the expiration date! It looks like they cut back on staff to restock and check dates. Also didnt see security working either.
You can always find something there. On the weekends they sell egg rolls and they are delicious
Its a nice place to find international seasonings and food. I like the store, but... They really should clean the cobwebs all over the ceiling on ceiling tiles in the front of the store. In some businesses things such as cobwebs get overlooked. But the amount of cobwebs that are hanging is ridiculous. No one wants to get bit by a spider while shopping.
Its an interesting place but at the moment you walk in it wreaks the smell of raw fish and i tried to ignore the smell. Still an interesting place
Dropped off lunch
Pretty much the closest Asian market in the Pomona,la Verne, Montclair area.Selection is good.Wish this place was a little better kept though.Giving this 4 stars because there are not a lot of options in this area
Efficient but the oil for fried fish needs to be changed frequently. Dirty oil.
Nice!
They have all the ingredients for pho and spring rolls.
Got all your unique asian vegetables and products.
