I took my mother here to look at wigs and Nancy greeted us at the door. As we explained that my mom is losing her hair because of heath issues Nancy sprung into gear. It didn’t take long for us to completely trust her. She was delightful. My mom got a beautiful wig and will be going back for a different one she had her eye on.

RUDE! RUDE!! RUDE!!! I will never give that woman one dime of my money! I would choose zero stars if that were an option.I called first to see if they were open. Then I realized I forgot to ask a question and called back. She picked up the phone, called me by my first name (obviously has caller ID) said Oh come on now then hung up. I never even said a word. It left me with a weird feeling but I realize accidents happen and maybe she didnt mean to do that so I went there anyway. I walked in and told her I wanted to buy a wig and started to look around. She started picking and choosing everything for me including the style and color, calling it youre color (whats my color?) and made itobvious she didnt want me to look at anything else. I picked up a wig box and she snatched it out of my hands and put it back on the shelf. I wasnt trying to steal anything. At one point she wanted to get around me and instead of saying excuse me she said move very harshly. I never gave her a price range, she had no idea how much I wanted to spend but she told me to come back Wednesday with more money, said something about lunch, opened the door and motioned for me to leave. I didnt even spend ten minutes in there but was more than happy to go. I went to the car and Googled wigs near me and found a place within a couple of miles that I am so pleased with. I bought a wig but not from Crown, she can kiss my you know what! I would never treat a person that way.

I alway to this place for most if not all. The ower is all wsy nice to me with a warm & welcoming smile. She all ways know what your looking for even if you dont know the name of the product. She has ever thing you need for your hair.

So I was traveling and had a hair emergency. This was the only place opened that popped up on Google. Yes, the exterior leaves a bit to be desired... but... the owner was there and provided soo much guidance. Im definitely impressed. Though, I dont live close if I ever find myself near the area again Id visit just because.

Its very small and packed. I hate that I cant take my time and browse because they followed me around. I know that they dont know that I work hard and dont have a reason to steal but I will not EVER shop there again.

Bad customer service. They are not interested in selling, they just want you to LEAVE!!!!!

This place is horrible. She doesnt respect people or their money. She only cares about herself and her business.. she doesnt cut any breaks on her prices.. not even on her mannequin wigs. I asked her does she even try to give back to the community and she stared at me with a blank face.

Ive never been treated as bad as I was treated at a place of business as I was here! I will NEVER return as long as I live! 1st, it was hot as hades in the store. 2nd, they only allow you to try on 3 wigs maximum. 3rd, the owner has to put the wigs on you, youre not allowed to handle them yourself! Oh, and did I mention that she follows you around the entire store!?Lastly, and what tipped me off, while styling the wig with my fingers to see how I would look in the wig, the owner snatched the wig off my head and went off on me because she said I didnt need to stroke the hair that many times! She said I just kept stroking and stroking it. It took EVERYTHING in me to not knock her upside her head!! But, I politely paid the $1.08 for the mandatory wig cap I had to purchase to try on my 3 wigs, and left!I want to say she was racist but I believe its more than that; shes customerist!! She obviously hates her business, potential customers and herself, to act how she did for no reason at all. Im more than polite and respectful and her treatment of me was not warranted. Do NOT patronize this business under any circumstances. They need to be shut down yesterday!

Used to shop here regularly 8 years ago. Came back recently on a Sunday and remembered why I stopped patronizing this place. Rude, rude, rude service. The products and hair are old and stale as if it were the same hair in the store since 2010. They follow you around the store and wont let you try on wigs, unless they put it on your head. I kept asking for a human hair wig and she kept insisting I buy some dried up/frizzy synthetic wig taken off of a dusty wig head on display. When the wig purchase didnt work out, I considered a hair weave. Their weave hair options are limited and the options available are old crusty hair. Ive never left a store more agitated and disregarded.

Have alot to choose from. But I cant shop when someone is following me everywhere i go. Everything i touch is oh yes i like that, thats good, you want it? You should get it its annoying.

I gave it to stars because of the customer service the lady and the man who owned the face they have a tendency to follow people around and act as if theyre always trying to take something their selection of hair this is for the black women who wear wigs and weaves not so good so my recommendation would be to try and find somewhere better where you can receive better customer service with the better selection of hair

If your black I would recommend you don’t go to this store. Buy from people who appreciate your business . The owner which is husband and wife are very racist! The male was digging in his nose the whole time and the lady literally followed me around the whole store. When I was looking for makeup she was so close that I bumped in to her. Like can I look around I usually go to the one across the street but I wanted to check them out because they have more hair . It’s like you trying to sell to black women but want to watch them like hawks . It’s not a good business. Stop supporting racist companies !! 😊

Its not in the friendliest part of town but they do have some great prices on human hair extensions and other accessories. No nonsense Asian owners have always been nice to me but I can understand their vigilance of other customers considering the crappy neighborhood its in.

This place of Business is Asian owned. I had a horrible experience shopping here. The Asian woman followed me throughout the small store and boldly stared at me while I shopped . As a Black person, please do not spend any money at this store. Racists Asians. Buy your hair online. These Asian owners are making too much money from people in America. Who are in the community for a profits only. Will contact the NAACP.

I cant put 0 stars otherwise I would. Very bad store. I went in with my girlfriend and immediately got approached by the Asian owner. She just starred at us both and was very very rude. She went against my hair preference and judged. I will never return there and would highly not recommend this place!!

Gave them 1 star because they exist. This is the most racist establishment I have encountered in my 48years of living. As a business that has established itself in the African American community you would think that they would treat people with more respect. As licensed professional hairstylist to be followed around the store told not to touch anything is a shame and an insult. I cant believe people still spend money in this place . BOYCOTT!!!!!!!! I exchanged a cellophane color that was watered down and old.They did exchange it but they made me feel like i put water in it. I am a stylist and there is no need for me to lie over a $5 product

Open on Sundays which is typically when my daughter gets her hair braided and the braid hair is 30 bucks for 8 packs of hair which is N ok price although Ive paid less in LA.
