I retired from Masterbrand cabinets in 2014 after 20 yrs of service, In 2018 I was hired as supervisor referred by a Salesman friend who stated they needed some help, from day one I noticed the place was a mess immediately the employees started to tell me how they were mistreated by the owner Bill Roan and how they were rush about moving faster and not to worry about quality, the place was disorganized trash everywhere and very unsafe place to work, I started to comunícate this to HR but as they said is what the management wants, I started organizing and cleaning some areas but Mr Roan didn’t like that he instead asked me to get to work and forget about helping the employees I knew this was not the place for me and a month later HR call me into the office to let me know someone else was going to take my place since the replacement was somebody who work there before and he was going to do what the owners wanted and ignored the safety and welfare of the employees which I was not going to do, terrible place I’m surprised they still on business👎

I wish I could rate this place with 0 stars. If you’re a costumer go to other place, this company treats their employees so badly. Nobody should work in a place like this. As a costumer I’m not going to put my money in a place that doesn’t give their employees the respect they deserve
