I got an horchata iced latte with almond milk. It was very delicious! The only reason I’m giving a 4 star review is because I wish they could do substitute milk on the frappes. One of the workers did explained that the available frappe flavors are pre maid and they use regular milk. They do have drive through available, which is a plus. This was my second visit to Tierra Mia and I have to say that Im always impressed. The coffee is so much better than Starbucks, staff is polite and friendly and knowing that Im going to be in their neighborhood so I can swing by again always brings a smile to my face. Definitely worth stopping in here.

Great customer service! I ordered the Coco loco and it was very coconutty which I loved. It was a bit sweet for me, but thats just my preference. The drive thru was wayyy too long so I just headed inside and it took about 10 minutes to get my drinks plus there was no line inside.

I highly recommend this place it’s so good this is literally my favorite coffee shop 😊

I made two trips to this coffee shop while I was vacationing in California. The cold Frappuccino was ok I ordered a Mazapán and it didn’t taste like coffee just straight up Mazapán but it was good. I’m a coffee lover I come from Washington State I wanted something that tasted like coffee so I went for a second time and order a hot horchata coffee, it was super delicious every sip was worth it!

So good highly recommend got the mocha Mexicano, horchata iced latte, and a vanilla cream

My wife and I visited today on a recommendation from a friend. We drove out from Fontana, CA. We were pleased with the coffee (Pumpkin Spiced Latte & Mexican Moca). They only have muffins and danishes for breakfast. We were hoping they had breakfast sandwiches to go with our coffees. The barrista was very friendly and we asked her for some local recommendations for breakfast sandwiches. She suggested Some Crust Bakery in Clairemont. We appreciated the wonderful customer service. I would love to work with the owner on creating a joint venture partnership to offer breakfast options in the future. We will be back very soon. Thank you 😊

I have found my new coffee shop. Being a first time customer you never know what to order or how the menu works. Both times I have went the girl working the drive thru has been so sweet and super patient with me. She always helps me in ordering the right coffee and is totally kind knowing I am not familiar with their menu. I love this place along with their customer service!!!!!!!!

My sister ordered coffee for us from this place. I got an almond milk vanilla latte. Tasted very fresh and smooth. Prices were reasonable and great/fast service.

I went earlier and got the mocha mexicano. It was delicious and perfect. It tasted like Abuelita chocolate milk with coffee. I got it with the oat milk. They have amazing beverages if you havent tried it you need to asap you wont be disappointed!

I waited 20 minutes in line, the slowest service ever, i got to work at 8, the líne did not move, after 15 minutes it moved only 1 person, they take 15 minutes with each person. coffe is great but service is awful.

They use loose leaf teas for their chai and its delicious! Their expresso is crisp and bold. If you are more of a sweet tooth try their horchata ice blended. Service is great.

I ask for a chocolate chip muffin.and they gave me a chocolate croissant, if they ran out. They should of said, not just give it to me.didnt care for it, but the coffees are always good.

Great place to get a delicious coffee drink, just wish they would open inside cause the line does get long and its on the side of the street.

The drive thru line was looking like in-n-out, cars were spilling out on the streets. One of the barista was outside taking orders so it made the wait faster than most coffee drive thru lines (if you know what I mean). We ordered there most popular drinks horchata iced latte and frappuccino. Both were delicious but I wish the latte had more horchata flavor. Overall the customer service was good and will be returning.

Ok, so I gave this place 2 stars because their honey vanilla latte was delicious! But I was so disappointed in their customer service. Seemed to me, a lot of young kids who didn’t care (I am 33 years old). I had never been there but I babysit 2 kiddos and they convinced me to take them. I took two kids plus my 6mo old baby. We ordered drinks and pastries. We drove away and realized we didn’t have some of our pastries. We turned around (thankfully we weren’t that far) and there was a line for drive through. We happened to catch an employee walking in (my baby was screaming by now). I said excuse me, told him we were missing purchased items and handed him my receipt. He handed it back to me and told me to go through the drive through. I asked if he would be able to send someone out with the pastries— I had a screaming baby and the drive through line was getting longer. He told me “ok.” We waited for about 10Minutes and no one came out. I couldn’t get out of the car and had to go back in the drive through line and wait another 5 minutes (15 minutes now).Like I said, it was delicious but I probably would not return because the service felt like kids who didn’t care about the establishment or it’s customers.

My go to for after work pick me up or treat yourself days. I love the hot chocolate frappe. It tastes like the abuelita hot chocolate in a frozen blended form. They also have muffins that are surprisingly really good since I dont really like muffins.

Ive never had a bad experience at any Tierra Mia location but the coffee and service at this one is exceptional! Keep up the great work everyone! 👍🏼🙂

Im really not a Horchata fan, their Horchata frappe is FIRE🔥🔥🔥and their dolce de leche muffin, WOW!!!!! I pretend theyre 30 miles away (actually its only 3.9 mi away) so Im not there morning noon and night😂😂

The only reason why I give it a star is because I saw an employee remove the coffee with his mom without a glove the ground coffee from the machine and he saw me. It is my first time I visit Tierra Mia a or starbucks client to which I will return. I asked to speak to the manager and my surprise was that he was the manager. I told him you have to wear gloves if you are going to touch the coffee with your hands and he replied the only ones who wear gloves are the cashiers because they take the money. See others and everyone would wear gloves except the manager and who gives the example, I told him this is in a pandemic, you must use and he only answered me by moving his eyes upwards, have a good day and I ignore myself, I hope that I was doing, I hope someone can explain What is important to him, what is it to take care of us and if you as a client read this, be careful going to this site, the manager does not care about the pandemic and you could get sick

I come to this location at least 3 times per week. If they opened earlier I would be here every day. The Blue berry muffin is to die for!! A regular latte and the BBM are my usual. Today I tried a Coco Loco Latte it is very tasty 😋 Everyone that I have encountered have been wonderful. The drive up window and areas visible from my vehicle look clean and organized. Maybe because I always get there at opening🤣. Todays encounter was no different. It was rather pleasant. I tried to give the girl a tip, it was only a dollar .10 (the change from my latte plus a dollar) the girl handed it back to me. I said to her oh, you dont want the tip? She laughed and handed me my coffee. So, I drove away. I dont know if she was upset that is was so little. But $1.10 tip on a $4.95 bill seemed ok. I dont know. Ill save up and go back another day.

Everything good you heard about this place is true. The drinks are great and made with love. The staff is friendly. There is a reason this place usually has a long line and its because its a very great and popular place to get authentic chicano style coffee. People drive far for this place. Blessed enough to have one so close. My go to is mocha mexicano and a tres leches muffin. If your debating what to get as your first order go with that!

Great frappes, quick service, very friendly staff

Been several times and to a few different location too. Always flavorful and delicious. That includes their coffee, mixed drinks and muffins. Their flavors of pumpkin spice and caramel actually taste like those flavors instead of Starbucks over syrupie glumps on the bottom of the cups. My favorite place to go for coffee and a muffin!

They are drive thru only due to covid. I am very happy with this because it takes worry and cleaning time off of the employees who are always very energetic.There are at least 4 employees every time I am there so drinks come out very quick and line goes fast.I have tried many menu items and they are all wonderful and unique from other places. I would highly recommend.

Food and drinks are great. Customer service is okay, employees look like they play around and sometimes have an attitude. Not all of them, only very few.

Was really happy with my strawberries and cream. It was really good and you could actually taste the strawberries. However, this location doesnt have the greatest, or safest, access. My car was inches from being hit by a big rig as I waited in line on Indian Hill. Theres not enough space to enter the parking lot with all the cars in the way too. And the guy directing traffic makes the entire line go in reverse when someone blocks the drive way for the place next door, almost causing accidents. It was 10pm and you know damn well no one is going to go in that small plaza at that time.

I was so excited to try out this coffee shop, but I ended up disappointed. First of all, they were out of everything and I couldnt get what I actually wanted. Second the girl working the drive thru window kept cutting me off and got my order wrong, so I ended up paying for something I didnt order or want. The drinks were really good, but I wont be returning due to poor customer service.

First Time going to Tierra Mia and I was ultimately intimidated by the long line. It was not as bad as I expected and waited only about 35-40 minutes. I received a Mazapan Frappe and a Dulce De Leche Latte. The frapped was cold and not watered down like starbucks and the latte was at a perfect temperature between warm and hot. I would definitely go again.

So delicious! I always get the marzapan frappes and guava pastry. Its been my morning staple during quarantine. Warning: the line is long but its worth it. I like that they have a person guiding the traffic but Id recommend the person taking the orders to move up so that it moves faster.
