These guys killed it! I asked a question via the website contact us link and they responded with 30 minutes at 9:30p.m.! I purchased an iron address number from Bushere and Son. I was sent a UPS confirmation number and somehow UPS managed to lose the package prior to delivery. After a UPS lost piece investigation, Charles at Bushere and Son remade and remailed the address number. All is good now and I cant thank Charles enough for the great communication throughout the process. ~ Side note: Over the last couple of months Ive purchased 3 items through Bushere and Son and quality is A+.
