This was my first time at this place in Pomona and I was helped by Cassandra she was a very nice and patient young lady she help me choose the best flavor and she even offered for me to try some of the ice cream I wasn’t sure of getting. Per customer service was excellent I will be coming back again thank you Cassandra for the best customer service I’ve had all day.

This place is awesome. They have a large variety of goodies comparing to other locations. Their agua frescas are 😋 delicious. In addition, this place is always clean.

This is our go to on a nice evening. Pre pandemic they had you in and out but with everthing going on its a wait but dont let that stop you from going and grabbing a paleta or agua.

Their paletas are amazing. I highly recommend the Mexican chocolate, Chocobanano, Cappuccino, Rompopo, Jamaica, Zarzamora (blackberry), Mango, Piña colada. You really cant go wrong.

I love coming here with my family as often as I can. The selection of ice cream is very different than a traditional ice cream shop and much more delicious. They also have a very vast variety of deserts. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I really enjoy this place the staff was really friendly.. But the prices are little high for a scoop of ice cream its like $5-6 .. But they do have tons of flavors so that a plus.. They have a little bit of everything I would be going back.. But it would be nice if the had a happy hour special

Very BAD customer service. The ladies working act like if they were the ones paying for everything you ask for. I couldnt ask for a lid without getting a dirty look. I stood there for about 10 mins without someone saying ill be with you shortly, or have you been helped ? Although there was nobody in line and 3 girls were working. This is the third time i get very bad customer service. Will NOT be going here again

My last experience was very horrible at this location I was helped by a short Lady that was very rude unprofessional was pressuring me to hurry up with my order I don’t appreciate being pressure when ordering my order she keep asking me is that it is that Is that all she should find another job this job isn’t fit for her would rate 0 stars if I could

Bionicos were da bomb!! Also bought 6 different flavored paletas for friends. Everyone said they tasted great too! Fruit was fresh and didn’t skimp on ingredients. First time there, will definitely try again

The young Mexican guy who kind of looks chubby, maybe 19-22 years old is a very, very rude! I cant believe he gives attitude when I told him he missed chile on my corn and he said no I didnt, you didnt tell me dude if you dont like working there, dont! Go do something you love, cmon man!!

Ive gone their twice & the ice cream was delicious..but service sucks. No greeting wen U walk in or even a Well B right with U. This past week I went again & was standing in front off the dam agua frescas for 10min. Or more & NO~BODY said a word to ME even though their was like 3girls working & it wasnt BZ & their was NO line @ all. Customer Service IS Verry Important to ME & I will not B going their again, plenty of other Michoacanas or ice cream spots I can take MY business to.

The dude between the ages of 19-22 is very disrespectful. He served me last week. My esquite as kind of crunchy, tasted old. But thats okay cause it happens sometimes. The real issue here was the guy just looks like his ugl-y girlfriend just broke up with him or something cause that guy is just a plain jacka**!
