Excellent service at this FedEx shipping facility I shipped a wedding dress and hours later found that I was scammed got the shipment stopped and was returned to me within a week.

Customer service was mediocre at best. The person seemed annoyed when I entered the store because he had to step away from the TV show he was watching. He charged me $1.50 to print a label from my email, which I didnt appreciate but I get it, their running a business. But I definitely didnt appreciate the tone in which the message was communicated. Charging for a service is one thing but please dont include the negative attitude for free. Its just not worth it. Needless to say I will not be conducting future business at this establishment.
