Im a professional mechanic and after many years of buying parts autozone has only gotten better the service and selection is top of the line and returns are always taken care of to my satisfaction.

My car wouldn’t start and I was across the street from autozone. I wanted them to help me using machine to see what wrong with it so I can know if it was a battery or something so I can buy and get it fix but the lady there wouldn’t help me across the street. She only help if I park in front of her store which I couldn’t do so obviously. She being helpless and lazy. Never going there again.

Ok, helped answer my questions and identified problems. Unfortunately the part was out of stock.

Billy M. Came over to ask my cousin and I if we needed help. He didnt know if they stocked vanilla ozium or not, so we settled for what they had. Then we waited to be checked out while he wandered around.. once we asked him to check us he went and helped a few other people before getting back to us to check out ONE item! Poor customer service but thanks for having ozium.

It was a smooth quick visit for my thermostat I believe Autozone goes the extra mile for customers.

Was told I needed alternator by guy at AutoZone. Turn out I needed voltage regulator. Now Ive spent my money and problem isnt resolved. Im sure I could return the alternator but its a lot of work in this cold .. not pleased and not going back except to get the part I ordered and paid for already.

There are parts here you can definitely find cheaper, but they have any part you could need. Although it may need to be ordered, whatever and whenever you need the part, theyll get it to you. Most of the staff has great knowledge about cars, and they have a lot of free services you need to take advantage of!

Very helpful to say the least. Ponca is a small town and Mike and Anthony (to name just a few) are not afraid to help out to get you what you need, no matter where the parts have to come from. I have been in there a lot lately and never had a bad experience.

Dont go without your vehicle if you can get it to the store, I recently ordered a radiator over the phone course giving the proper information for the engine size ect. all connections were good but went to reassemble and the fan shroud would Not fit .THE radiator was 1.125 too wide dang

I own a 1981 GMC pick up, I have trouble finding parts sometimes, Mike the mngr. at Auto Zone could not get a part I needed so he told me where I could find it. I appreciate the time he took to help me even though he wasnt making any money on the part. I use Auto Zone whenever I can.
