This store mixes retail sales with counter sales in the same line! If you have your article chosen (lets say a fuse) from the floor, they make you wait until they assist the customers that need parts (lets say discs, brake pads, etc.) from behind the counter. Talking about going backwards!

Called in to request a part and they told me they had it in stock. Arrived to pick up the part and they told me that the system said they had it in stock but in reality it wasnt the case. Guess this place is going out of business just like the CVS nextdoor.

Its always good to come here to look for parts and accessories for your car or truck. Also, theres a also a nice variety of products in the aisles. You can find from spray paints, different types of glues and even some candies and beverages. The staff works hard, they are very professional and knowledgeable. The last two times Ive come to this store Mrs. Acevedo has been helpful and kind. She works efficiently and is eager to help, always following the established safety precautions due to COVID-19. I really appreciate all the help the other guys had lend me too in one moment or another.
