Well, I guess its a good average Ford dealership. They have a really nice showroom and sellers that are eager to help. Inside the building you will also find the parts counter and of course, Motorcraft is the brand of choice. Also, technicians highly experienced on Ford repairs and maintenance are available.

The worst car-related customer service place in Puerto Rico. They never answer the phone in the parts area, the receptionist also does not do any management to help the customer, the Store Manager is never available to serve the customer. I have had to travel from Coamo to Ponce three times to find out the status of a piece and it has not arrived. In this way who wants to buy a Ford.

I do not recommend to anybody. A new vehicle was obtained there and received its maintenance there but later it emerged that it was missing seals and the dealer never resolved.

I called 2 times and they told me that I had to stop by the store to order the part because they dont have it there, they give me the cost of the part, ok. I decide to go and they never told me that from 12 to 1pm they are on a break (I arrived at 1209). After waiting almost 1 hour when I asked about the part that I was calling in the week, they tell me that they do not have the Mazda catalog and they can not sell me the part after I call 2 times and they made me stop by the store for nothing . The part I was looking for is from a 2001 Mazda Tribute v6 which I understand is the same engine as a Ford Escape.
Good service and speed in the repair of the vehicles. Mr. Jhosean service coordinator was very diligent in making my experience a bearable one after hitting over $ 6,000 for my car repair.

DO NOT BUY HERE!Terrible service since before Covid19 (which is what they use as an excuse now). I have problems with the transmission of a 2014 car, it has an extended warranty on it; first they present me with several inconveniences to diagnose it.* UPDATE *I presented my case to DACO, the diagnosis of several technicians outside the ford indicate to be the cloche of the transmission, while Ford Del Sur are the only ones to say that it is something else that has nothing to do with the cloche. I have asked them for evidence of the technical diagnosis and they say they dont work like that there (that is, they dont give you a copy of the diagnosis made by the technician).THEY ARE NOT TRANSPARENT AND ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.******** Last Update 4-Sep-2020It turned out that the diagnosis they gave me was from the dot com sleeve. I took my car to another Ford dealer and everything pointed to the problem being a simple repair; while in this shameful service center even the trouble codes that my car was pulling were invented ... Today I was surprised with the staff of Ford of the South, they never touched my vehicle to check the noise in the front tires since two weeks ago they put some parts that the cost was 2,300 and I noticed some faults, only The manager Mr. Jocian told me that a mistake was noticed, and that he had to wait for the one who arranged it to find out what he did to him, he did not know because they have records of the vehicle repairs, but if they never checked him out after almost 6 hours in the place, it bothers me so much that I decided not to leave because I was so disappointed, xq vehicles passed after mine and attended them first. I do not understand why they treat people in this way,. Im very sorry but it was my feeling.
One star and to be able to comment ... what a bad service I was speechless, I just took my 2011 ford f150 to do an inspection and they were not even kind enough to call to let me know that my pickup did not come out ... one of the things I miss from the US but this is Ford from PR ... 👎
Very bad service for repairs. We took two business cars to repair there (because the computerized system could not fix them anywhere other than the Ford dealer), and we are sorry. We should have sold them both and bought a new car from another brand, NO FORD. You have to call constantly or visit the center to let us know the status of auto and estimates, repair only half of the problems and the cost is very high. I do not recommend FORMA D to anyone. Cars that require too much maintenance, expensive and apparently difficult to fix (because neither the dealer can with them).

Recently my husband took the car on a Crane because he didnt start. He paid for the crane and for fixing it. The same day we picked it up the maintenance light came out. The next day he didnt turn on anymore. The work was such that even the wires inside the car are visible. Now they refuse to pick it up and you probably have to pay more for the same. Friendly people but the service was unacceptable.
The worst service I have received from a dealer. They do not return calls, you have to be behind them. My car was 6 weeks later to tell me that the piece is in backorder and do not know when they will have it. And to fill the cup, now I have to pay a diagnosis that they told me I didnt have to pay, if not, they handed me the car. I mean I take it for warranty work (I had told them it was the wrong thing), they charge me, and they return the car to me in the same state without making any sort of arrangement. They are first class cheats, what they tell you to give it in writing because they are first class cheats. THEY DONT HAVE A WORD. And beware, I bought several cars but I never come back.
Dolores my wife bought a car and now she cant do anything with the car after I pay it because she needs a declaration of heirs that the dealer did not manage. Tomorrow the tag will expire and he will not be able to use it. Tomorrow he will go to the dealer to return the car.
