They are the only store in the are so they have no competition and therefore no standards of service. They will dispatch whatever product and provide you whatever information without any validity with regards to the availably of books. I am removing the one star and downgrading to zero stars.Siempre esten pendientes del despacho de la mercancia ya que a los empleados no les interesa ni les motiva dar un servicio. Los terminos de evolucion son irrazonables y onerosos. Definitivamente un lugar para ser evitado a menos que no cuentes con ninguna otra opcion.

Very bad experience buying online. I paid for a new Tripper package $ 150.00 and they sent me a package, I understand the display one or a used one and when making the claim by email I am still waiting to be called. Also they dont answer the phone. Definitely horrible. I will not buy again.
