It would be a lie that I was negotiating to buy a 2011 Endeavor that they offered me for $ 7,000 dollars and then they tell me that they do not want to sell it because they offered it to an employee. Very professional! They need to learn customer service! Unbelievable! Bad experience.

At all times they were told the amount to finance with the specific unit we were interested in. They always said yes to that amount. Because of that we agreed to credit verification. The amount was confirmed again, they said yes, sign up. When we arrived it was all Lie. Denying that they had been told the amount we wanted, that unit could not be given that amount, they always said yes. That bad! WATCH OUT.

I give him a star because he wont let me give him any ... You get the worst customer service at that dealer. If you need any part for your vehicle, go elsewhere because they do not know what they are doing and leave you waiting months and they do not even give you a decent treatment for your wait when you make the relevant claims ...

Update December 13 2018. Do not change only one car before mine from 3.00pm to 5:20 pm to change the oil.It takes a lot for a simple oil change. The average is always 2 to 2 hours and a half. If it werent for the warranty, I took it elsewhere. Yes the staff very attentive.Update 2019 December. They continue to take 2 to 3 hours to change the oil.

A terrible service I would not give a star but I have no choice if I had known that other people have the same opinion that I would not even have done any business with them. to me it happened worse they sold my tredein after three days without having approved the bank they gave me a new unit under their own responsibility and after using it they take it away from me and they dont want to give me back what I gave for my tredein nor a car of the same value . be very careful to fall into this trap
