Dont waste your time. This dedicated Toyota dealership had only 12 vehicles on their lot. Went looking for a Tacoma and they only had 3 on the lot all 2 wheel drive base models in the same gray color. Not only that they were priced $3000 more than anywhere else. I could get a 4x4 TRD pro for $2000 more than what they were charging for a base 4x2!! The salesman didnt even have the decency to check their other locations to see if they had something else. Told us we would have to go to the other location ourselves or wait 3 months for more to be delivered to that location. They dont even offer a service plan or anything. If you want an oil change or filter change in the first year it comes out of your pocket. Taking my money elsewhere Furiel seems they dont want to take care of you and just want your money.

This auto dealership is very very nice. The showroom is built to keep you there and buy a new Toyota, if course. The employees seems to be nice and professional. Its well located, in one of the citys major avenues. We went there because a technician discover that our car had a pending service recall and he refer us to the dealer. Since early morning there was customer waiting for their car to be serviced. After a while, they called for us and we left the car in their hands. I guess it was good! The recall was something about the brake system, so the car even ended up with new brake pads. Overall, it was a good experience. We pickup the car later that same day.
Excellent service from the staff. Always nice and attentive. Got my car out and running in less than two hours with a packed house. And also gave tips on where to go for further repairs. I rarely give a five star rating. This is one of those rare cases.

Incredible how easily they are taking advantage of the situation in the country. Uncompromising manager with prices above suggested sales and unwilling to even meet the client in person. They sell exclaiming supply and demand, but they dont think about what might happen to the demand.

Terrible. Im taking my car for a factory recall. I arrive and the car is working completely fine. They work it. When I go to look for it, the radio doesnt turn on. Arrive listening as usual. Ive never had a problem. I consult with them and they tell me that they did not touch anything, that it is not the first time that something is damaged when the client picks it up. They did not take any responsibility. Now I have to find someone to fix it and pay for it out of pocket because they told me they are not going to do anything. And this complaint goes to Toyota Corporate. It is not the only complaint. One person had his car hit at the same dealer, one of the mechanics. The day I go shopping for a new car, it definitely wont be there.
