We are in a a city of an island that embraces a dictatorship kind of government, where businesses have to pay high taxes for its inventory of the merchandise. So, no one can find the items he/she is looking for. Now with the pandemia and the ugly politics, it is more difficult to find simple items, such as Matrix flexible hair spray. I have been looking for the hair spray for 8 months. No luck. Not to many great items available at the store.JCPenny is been affected by the lack of delivery of merchandise by trucks to the city of Ponce, caused by the last Mayor of the city: Mayita Melendez, that refused o open the port of entrance of small and big ships in Ponce.

I love JCPenney because they keep everything organized by area, which makes it very easy to find what you are looking for. They have a big jewelry area with lots of options. Also, their kids and babies section always has great-quality clothes and pijama sets. Moreover, when you download the app you enjoy more benefits and coupons shown there (thats what I do 😉).

Terrible service, I ask for a Columbia womans jacket and was told they had none. I found an entire rack of them. The cashiers super slow.

Store is Open. They dont allow you to try on clothes but you have 40 days to return the items. Customer service is friendly. Good sales

Its got a good selection of clothing, and accessories among other things. The main problem with this store are the lines and their wait times. Usually it takes 10 minutes to process the few items a customer is buying and with only five people ahead it can quite literally take an hour even with two people working the registers. Whether its an issue with their system or the employees fault by being slow, the fact is that waiting so long to buy a handful of things is absolutely ridiculous.

I sincerely believe this is the best stocked jc Penney in the area. found every thing we were looking for.

Need to bring more clothes for the tropics

The price in the shop is more expensive than online.Every person in Puerto Rico should stop buying there as they offer better prices in the United states. I ordered a blender for pick up in shop and waited 6 weeks.You dont like the clients from Puerto Rico JCPenny?
