10/10 would recommend. We came to town not knowing where to eat and thought the name was cool. We were greeted by a humble atmosphere some much needed AC. Around $40 we fed two kids and two adults(with beer). We ordered two sandwiches which were out of this world and hit the spot. The girls got waffles covered in fruit. During our stay the manager stopped at our table to ensure we were satisfied. We will definitely be back!

This location is absolutely phenomenal! The menu is very unique and very interesting. It offers several tasty creative dishes not found in the island. The bar is beautiful and the art is mesmerizing. The customer service is absolutely great and a great family place for locals and tourist. They are full of great treats. Unfortunately, due to the public within the restaurant we could take more photos for review. We respect the public and we try not to include civilians on the photos.

Good food nice ambience. Kinda slow as far as getting the food though. Took 45 min to get egg samdwich and French toast. Was told by owner that it wasnt Burger King after asking why it took so long. Overall 3 but if not for slow service would be a 4

After and hour wait for two special of the day, my husband was served first and his food was cold. I was served when he was almost done. The waiters alegation was the he had nothing to do with the tardiness of the kitchen. Juge yourselves!!!

I love this place. Food is extraordinary. Coffee by baristas is one of the best. Easily sits around the top position of my best ever coffee Ive ever tried. Every detail on every corner(signs,figures)about coffee are great. And best of all, the quality of customer service is an example to emulate. Lighting condition is lovely. Easy access location. Handicap access is also welcome. Just Thank you. More places like this to relax and share some good moments with friends and family please.

Nice place to get coffee. I went on a Friday night to hang out with some friends and had a great time. The sandwiches were good and they have 2 for 1 beer specials on Friday nights which was awesome. The owner is really nice and put on some good tunes.

Excellent coffee and a growing and interesting wine collection. Always trying new things. Their Moscow Mule is one of my favorites. The staff will not let you go unhappy and will do their best to give you the best possible experience. Azuk is an up and coming Cofee/Bistro bar and they have the right idea and concepts. A must visit if you are in the area. The parking is abundant the area is safe and accessible.

Nice setup. Another place to get some coffee, eat some pasta and pastries. They have a small meeting room available and prices are a little high. It is located at a comercial center so do no expect any kind of view or anything like that. The common parking and sidewalk area are not well illuminated. Nice decoration and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The coffee was really good but the breakfast wasnt that good. I ordered a fried eggs with bacon and toast (the eggs cames with balck spots like they didnt cleaned the grill and the toast didnt tasted like butter they tasted like they put oil on it..They need to be more creative in the menu. But once again the coffee was really good. Maybe the food menu is better than the breakfast menu!

Another coffee house in Ponce that has excellent service, good variety in it’s menu. The place is spacious, modern and I love the sound system. Another gem hidden in Ponce. First time customer here and I plan to keep coming again.PD for those who like the ease of e-payments they accept apple pay, samsung pay and G pay.

Good and lovely place. Food is verry good. Coffee is great but cold. Only complain is that the owner tends to patronize his customers and has a verry defensive and kind of insulting attitude. Remember that good service is not only about serving good food, its also about treating the costumer with respect.

Hace been to this place a couple of times and service/food is very consistent. Place is spacious and modernly decorated. There are a few board games to kill to time while waiting for food which was nice. Coffee is always great and consistent with expected market prices. Waffles are amazing (especially red velvet). Fruit is fresh. Egg preparations are on point. Definitely a great place for breakfast/brunch/lunch. Owner is very attentive and accomodating. Highly recommend it

Very expensive, food was decent but cold. Also the owner harrased us when we left a Facebook review for the place. Seems to be a common practice. Prices are not listed. $40 for some steak & eggs, a panini sandwich and two drinks. One of them was supposed to be half off I cant say for certain that the discount wasnt applaid but it doesnt seem like it.

Today was my first time at Azuk and It was a pleasant surprise when I enterred the establishment. Clean, well decorated, adequate food portions and friendly service. It became a new favorite spot for me.Few things that can be improve: have a decent cable or satellite service, people enjoy watching sports events at places like Azuk. With that, add another ( are least) TV screen. A faster internet connection or service. And last but not least, have signs announcing the day of the week and times for all the different Happy Hours during the week.With that been said, I will definitely recommend Azuk to friends and family for a great time.

Saludos, aunque la comida es buena y las empleadas atentas, le doy esta puntuación por que mientras estuve allí la limpieza no fue la mejor. En estos tiempos en que se necesita estar desinfectando las áreas que los clientes usan, no ví tal limpieza. La mesa del lado estaba sucia, incluso mi mesa estaba sucia. Si se mejora esto, sería un lugar excelente para pasar tiempo. Gracias.

In the morning of today I visited the place for the second time and I choose from the menu the dishes that I show in photo. A tremendous portion that a service eats two. The dish had a good presentation and the best thing was the treatment given by the employee Carlos Javier. He even made almost a show by showing how he prepared and made the drawing at the coffee rate. In short, it practically made me start the day with the right foot.

So close that I live and have never been. The food is delicious. Great service. The super cozy place.Competitive prices...Recommended!

This place dressed up as a fancy restaurant with a very poor customer service. When you get there you dont know if they have servers or have to go to the POS to place your order. Then when go to the POS to order the employee pretends that you are non existent. I ordered tacos al pastor I felt that they were tacos without a pastor, they would break even when they evidently put two tortillas on each.The bottomless mimosas, haha, on an empty restaurant they would take longer than 20 minutes to refill them.Nobody threw the mask on your employee, unfortunately you did not hear when she murmured in the first instance that I leave the place, having masks for the clients and without even saying Hello, then she was asked what she said and she continued doing other things without responding, after he murmured the aforementioned with zero customer service ability, he looked for a mask, he gave it to me, but his lack of customer service made me change my mind, I left him the mask about the POS because she left the counter, she was very busy in an empty restaurant. I do not know worry that I will not return CoffeHouse seemed to me a much better option, they have many employees, better prices and they are more friendly. Thanks.

The place is cozy and the coffee and food are very good, the treatment is very friendly and professional. It is not a fast food restaurant so you get what you pay for.

The desserts are to die for 😍 I wanted to take one of each (though a chin $$). Delicious Utuado coffee! Good atmosphere, with many table games to enjoy and happy hours of various drinks. Excellent treatment.
