Wonderful, no pressure experience with the sales and finance team. They run this place like a well oiled machine. We bought our first subaru today with Cliffs help and we will return when the EV options become available.One single complaint, that was hardly notable- since everything else went so great, was the speed. We spend our entire day at the dealership.

Usually love the customer service, but I was disappointed today. I was running late to my appointment so I called to apologize and see if I should reschedule. They immediately put me on hold. After a couple minutes, I decided to just drive the five minutes it takes to get there while still on hold. I arrived and walked into the service area to then stand in front of the desk for another 10 minutes (while also still on hold on my phone). 17 minutes after I initially called, the desk representative looks up and says I am too late for my appointment. I replied that it would have been nice if you would have told me that on the phone. I walked out. A minute or so later, they picked up my call after being on hold for nearly 19 minutes. I said I was the customer that he just spoke with live. Instead of apologizing for the poor service or attempting to reschedule, he hung up. I am fully to blame for being nearly 30 minutes late to the appointment, but I was disappointed in how I was treated. I will have my car serviced elsewhere in the meantime.

We recently had a great experience at Koenig Subaru while purchasing and taking delivery of our new 2021 Forester, and salesman Pat Downs did an awesome job of making sure all our questions were answered and didnt try to pressure us as we made our decision. He also sold us our prior Forester, and wed definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a Subaru.

The sales department was fine, pretty much what I expected from the automobile industry. However, I wasnt very happy with the service department. We had things added, like paint sealer, leather treatment and I wanted a rear bumper guard installed. I was offered a 10% discount on any additions, like the bumper guard, so I printed that offer and gave it to the service manager. When I paid the bill, the discount wasnt included until I said something about. When the service was finished, the service manager couldnt give me a receipt for the paint treatment, because he couldnt find the paperwork. He said he would mail it to me, which he never did. When they sprayed the leather seats with the treatment, they didnt cover the inside windows and there was a chemical film all over them, which I had to clean off, when I got home. Unfortunately we purchased the life time oil changes and the 7 year maintenance plan, so were stuck with this service department for 7 years, If we keep the car that long.

He actually went out of his way to make us his number one priority. Such great service. We bought our new Subaru Ascent on 12/30, a Sunday. Theyre normally closed on Sundays but were open till 5 to close out the year. We got there at 4:40 and they stayed open until our transaction was done, about 7! They were patient with last minute questions we had and still spent time going over the features as they were closing down the place. Also, our sons were with us and they were hungry. They had pizza earlier and gave our boys pizza! Plus, our son left his wallet there. They called us to confirm it was ours and then mailed it back to us. Great customer service!

When I was trying to price the Crosstrek I wanted to buy, I emailed/called literally every Subaru dealership in Washington state to see who could give me the best price. Not only did Koenig Subaru give me the best price (by far!), they were also by far the best customer experience throughout the whole car buying process - of ALL of the Subaru dealerships.Buying a car can be so stressful - some of the dealers made me feel as if I had to fight them to get a good price, some acted as if they didnt care if I purchased from them, some were so pushy and persistent it bordered on harassment, some were clearly only nice because they were trying to sell to me. But working with Nadean from Koenig Subaru made me feel as if she truly cared about my car buying experience and made sure I got the car I wanted at a price that worked for my budget. It was well worth the drive from Seattle to Port Angeles to pick up the car - both for the price and the experience.Im not in the market for a car now because Im so happy with the one I bought from Koenig, but if I needed another one Id definitely start my search with them!

They have serviced my 09 Forester since we moved here 9 years ago. The service department has always been efficient and thorough, keeping me informed at each step. I have always felt they are honest, never selling unnecessary work. I just bought a new Forester from them----the sales department is knowledgeable and relaxed, never pressuring. The sales team was helpful and never competitive with each other for sales. The final price was reasonable and easily agreed upon. Good dealership.

Went in for an appointment that was supposed to take an hour and a half. It took three hours and twenty minutes. No one came to explain that there was going to be a delay on getting my vehicle back. Did not feel like a valued customer. I wont be going back and would advise you to avoid this dealer if at all possible.

This is the dealership that is closest to our home, and we needed to have some warranty work done. The Service manager on duty that day could not have been more pleasant to work with. I had an additional issue that I explained to him and asked for his advice. The question was answered and he went above and beyond what I expected. I also have to say that I did explain to him we were new to the Subaru family. He had the warranty issue solved, and my additional issue resolved with an explanation of how avoid further issues. He needs a raise!

I had the service department attempt to diagnose what I suspected to be a transmission issue in my 05 outback (a hard thump during gear shift, first thing in the morning til warmed up, worse in the cold). They kept the car overnight to test it first thing in the morning, the car performed the issue, and they confirmed it was the transmission. They replaced one of the modulators and flushed and replaced the transmission fluid. They kept it again for another night to make sure the problem was solved and I picked it up later that day. At first it seemed to be solved but within a few days the problem was back and worse. When I called them I was keen to bring it back and have them give it another go, we scheduled for me to drop it off and get a rental car. I then asked if I would have to pay for the diagnostic work again, and told that I would - for the same problem...that their diagnosis and solution had not solved. I would happily take the car back to them as I was pleased with their service (kind and courteous, complementary rental car), but I am not happy to spend that kind of money for another round of diagnostics for a problem that wasnt solved the first time around.FOLLOWUP MARCH 27: the manager (Randy) reached out to me after making this review and we arranged to have me drop the car off tomorrow to be kept overnight for another diagnosis (at no cost to me for the first hours worth). Randy said he spoke to the technician who worked on it originally and he said he thinks it may be something internal to the transmission. Fingers crossed they figure it out this time and its nothing too outrageous. I am pleased that the management was willing to work with me on the follow-up diagnosis. Will keep updated.

Was quoted 45 minutes. It too 90 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall software fix. All but one person who came in after me was done before me. I overheard they had oil changes and recall as well. $92 all in.

We purchased a 2018 Forester Touring from Koenig Subaru. The whole experience from start to finish was awesome. We visited the dealership a year before we bought as we were doing research & knew we wouldnt buy until this year. David was no pressure and answered all our questions, so we went back when we were ready to buy. John & David helped us and we got the Forester we wanted. Mark the financial guy was awesome also. He was very easy to work with and was helpful. Our first experience with the service dept (had a bumper protector put on) was excellent. They provided a free loaner Crosstrek while they had the Forester. A couple side notes... the sales tax rate in low in P.A and if you are a Costco member use your card to get a great price, takes the pain out of negotiating! If you are going to buy a Subaru go to Koenig! Oh, the time they took to show us all the cars features was invaluable! The ride, in our car on their off road area was a great education in what Subarus can do!

Richard our salesman was extremely accommodating, I wanted to test drive the car by driving to Port Orchard so my granddaughter could view & test drive as it was for her. He made it happen! My wife was researching purchase of a Subaru Crosstrek and she found a slightly used (1,000 miles) one at Koenig in the color she wanted, but it had some extra features she didnt need or want. After the test drive, Nadean, our sales rep, actually found a brand new car on the lot (but not yet in the inventory search system) in the color my wife wanted without any extras--exactly what she wanted! Sales process was painless and at a very fair price all written up a few hours after our test drive on a Friday. We came with a cashiers check on Monday and took delivery of the car with a quick walk-through of features and pairing her phone to the cars Bluetooth. We had an outstanding car buying experience and would recommend Koenig to others looking to buy a Subaru near Port Angeles.

John, our salesman bent over backwards to get us the right car that fit our needs. After a laps in judgement, which we totally forgot to check to make sure our car seats would fit in our new car, we sadly were left in the parking lot scratching our heads, trying to figure out how we’d get the seats in the car we’d already bought and make it work. John came out with water and assurance that he would speak with the sales manager. He invited us back in, offered our hungry kids pizza and and helped us get into a car that would work better for us. Koenig subaru.... does a fantastic job in customer satisfaction.... however my problem with my 2017 Subaru is the molding around the sunroof does not hold and when I open the sunroof it comes off... very distracting when driving.... Koenig ordered and replaced the molding ..... but the molding continues to come-off.... not something Id expect from a quality vehicle such as Subaru... . I am told they are researching this and will replace when the engineers figure out why snap molding doesnt work..... this will never influence me to not buy another Subaru as I figure Subaru is the best vehicle on the road.

Worst customer service. Over charged. Charged for diagnostic that was incorrect. Made me file an insurance claim for damage they could not find. Charged for parts that I didnt need. Had attitude on the phone and insulted me as a woman. Will never bring anything I own here again. Recommend going somewhere else for service... unless you enjoy being ripped off and lied to about problems and time schedules.

I just moved to WA and thought I had found a home for my Subaru, but no. The first appointment I setup for this week because I am concerned about vehicle, they just called and cancelled - they did not offer any help, other than to say they can see me next week. I explain that I am concerned that my vehicle is making unusual sounds and that this really hurts me as I had planed my week around getting the car to the shop.I was really disappointed, but after that the service guy, Kevin, please reach out if we can help you?? REALLY?Koenig was at fault - they could not honor the appointment setup through their system and offered me no help in dealing the issue. I ended the call knowing that Koenig did NOT care about the me and my Subaru. Given that that I know I need to look for a service home for my Subaru elsewhere.

I bought my Subaru Imprezza at Koenig Subaru in Port Angeles last year. One year later, I am still thrilled with the car and the service at this dealership. Every time Ive taken my car in, they are fast, friendly and comprehensive in their service. I bought the car and was given a discount from Costco that I wasnt even aware existed before the dealer offered it. I shopped around at all the area Subaru dealers before selecting Koenig. I have bought from Koenig twice. The first time I was financed through a predatory lender (Lobel). My bank had to call Lobel in order for them to receive my car payment. I recently purchased a P. T. Cruiser from Koenig for 4,500; it didnt last me for 3 months. I am a single mom who travelled with two kids over the Christmas holiday. The car blew a head gasket over the Bakersfield grapevine. I was stranded on the highway with my two kids. Eventually had to sell the car to an autoshop for 160 dollars. A relative drove from Port Angeles to pick us up.
