Fairmount is all about the fry case and it remains one of the best if not the best in the region by far. Difficult in and out although it is much easier if you are a local and use the back road. Employees are consistently good. Sometimes I get gas there and pay more just to avoid the zoo of the other local establishments.

Very clean more room... Wish the food was cooked consistent sometimes things are overdone... Day crew and night crew are not on the same page with that. but very friendly service

The staff was lovely and its super convenient place to have it there but the food I bought was 6 months expired and hard as a rock..they need to be checking for that and restocking with fresh items

I stop by Fairmont about twice a week and always great service and pleasant employees.

Fairmont grocery use to be my favorite corner store to go to as they offered low prices and great customer service. NOT ANY MORE. Unfortunately, THE NEW OWNERS that bought it that are obviously not from PA nor from anywhere around here, figured it would be ok to JACK UP THE PRICES because of SELFISH GREED. GAS IS EXTREMELY OVER PRICED. At times I cant tell if its there living room behind the counter with the kids Ive seen running around or a convenience store. If you want to pay high prices on everything you buy and give your money to people who immigrated here to buy this store so they could jack up all prices and not care about pinching extra money from the customer base that was already there, then yea this would be the place to go to get ripped off.The owners should be ashamed.

Good hot food

Always stop here for the deli food. Arguably the best deli food in town. The staff is AWESOME people. Highly recommended stop. Best breakfast selection in town We always stop for the breakfast Tornados and they are hard to get because everyone loves them. Lots of breakfast sandwiches whole big selection its easier if you just stop and check it out yourself. Highly recommended

Hot and good variety of cooked food and appetizers. Staff are spot on with customer service. Only issue is gas prices. Less than a mile down the road towards Port Angeles its 30 - 50 cents cheaper per gallon.

They have a decent hot case, good selections of snacks and drinks, they have a selection of automotive and household items as well. The service is good, the bathroom is kept clean.

My son has autism, and loves stopping at Fairmount on Wednesdays for breakfast muffins with no egg. The staff remembers and accommodates him every time. We appreciate it!

Staff was nice. Local customers were not. I looked homeless due to travel but was not and actually carrying a few bags of electronics. A customer zoomed into the parking lot past me. Then parked, and then I walked behind his car and he floored it in reverse and i had to jump out of the way. He gave me a dirty look and drove off. Some boney bald headed guy and his trailer trash chunky wife.

It was okay for a small, out of the way mini-mart. Had some hot food, and most of your usual snack foods and drinks.

Extremely overpriced convenience store! Theres only one reason/explanation for the outrageous pricing at this business -GREED. Some may think the pricing reflects the location, however with two other similar stores located 3 miles and 5 miles farther west, and both of those stores having much lower pricing, theres no excuse for the prices.Im sure the mobile park next door offers too much temptation for the owners of Fairmount-one lap through the mobile park shows the lack of personal transportation the residents have, thus giving one the temptation to take full advantage of knowing most the residents will be doing a large percentage of their grocery shopping right here at this IN-convenience store. So why not jack up the prices, they will be back no matter what. They have no choice.Shame on you....

Great for quick stops. Last fuel station west of PA until Shadow Mountain, then Forks if taking Hwy 101.

Good place to stop for a quick bite to eat on the go.

Horrible morning service. Counter lady is on her phone constantly and makes you wait for her to finish. She has clearly been sick and coughing then handling my items. I have been going there almost daily in the morning for over a year. No more. The minute she finishes and after a few annoying comments she goes right back to her phone. I honestly feel bad for the other lady working there as she is always the only one cooking and cleaning.
