Got basically what we wanted, I just wish there were more of a selection for infants... Not all parents want their babies to be fluffy animals, but thats just me. However!!! The workers were beyond wonderful with help and kindness and their selection for just about everything else was to notch!!

I came here twice this month and the second time I was here Me, my boyfriend, and his friend got kicked out for playing with they’re squeaky rubber chickens and for having a McDonald’s drink. No where does it state that you cannot have outside drinks in or outside the store. This is absolutely ridiculous and the manager was incredibly rude to us for no reason.

The district manager there is extremely rude at the port author store shes rude to her employees and rude to customers Ive spent a lot of money in that store since September and I will not go back

Bought a voice changer. Put a battery in it when I got home and the thing doesnt work at all.I have been trying to call Spirit to tell them about it and its been 3 days. I have not been able to get ahold of them for 3 whole days. Every single time I call I am put on hold for hours. The callback feature doesnt work either.

Employees say they are going to look for your size in the back and then never come back. When you finally find them again and ask if they had it they make excuses and say they got busy. This was a Friday with maybe 3-4 customers in the whole place.
