I went it on Tuesday September 21 at around 8pm I believe. It was 4 of us and the help we got was absolute amazing!! There was a guy cleaning and the store looked A1 spotless! KahootsTo him for letting me know they are a safe clean zone! It’s self serve again but Christina, I believe her name was, helped me choose and notified me about the vegan flavor!! Very sweet woman!! And then Leslie helped with toppings which I was so overwhelmed with the choices! And then my friend couldn’t decide on a smoothie and Vivian helped make a decision along with making it and it was stupendously delicious!! I wish I lived closer, I would go there 3 times a day just to have amazing service and a treat! Rate the experience 100000 out of 10! Aha thank you guys for working hard during these hard times! You are greatly appreciated!

I have gone 3xs now. First time was okay, very slow service and disorganized, the bowel and smoothie were average . The second was decent service and tasty smoothie and bowl. The third time, the counter agent acted as if i was burden to help, the smoothie was okay but the bowel tasty rotten. Not sure if it’s because she pulled it from freezer without making fresh or what but it was gross

First time experience and it was pretty good .. I got a kale smoothie and my niece got a frozen yogurt 😁

I love froyo and this is my go to! I just wish it wasnt so expensive... but make sure to register your number and get points per purchase for discounts!

I’ve been going to this red mango for years and their products and service were always outstanding. Lately, I have noticed that the staff is not as friendly and they are always running out of flavors or the machines are not working. A few weeks ago I went and told someone in the staff that one of the flavors was coming out very watery and all he said was “okay” and did nothing about it. This has become a trend with this location. The last several times I’ve been here the frozen yogurt doesn’t come out with the consistency as other locations, and is often very watered down. Some of the toppings such as brownies have also been very hard and stale.

Me and my daughter had the dark chocolate skinny flavor and both of us were sick with in 45 mins. With gastro probs.

The bathroom is pretty crazy. Just go check it out. The walls and the door are transparent glass, till the door locks! The frozen yogurt is good, and the smoothies are awesome.

Dirty. All the machines were out except two. The cashier wasn’t helpful at all. And the price was too expensive for what I got. Wasn’t worth it!!!

The chocolate is nasty. Vanilla was lackluster. And by the chocolate being nasty I mean it barely tasted like milk chocolate. It had this weird tart undertone to it. Go to Carvel instead.
