Store associate had feet up mask down and refused to help us start a new service. He printed out 15 pages of the company website, highlighted the top sentence and gave it to me which stated to go onto the website. While I called the main company, he spent his time on his phone. Not helpful at all and I can see why this location has no foot traffic.
The sales guy told us my iPhone ( with a crack on the back, which he knew about) would qualify for the trade in. After getting new phones I took my phone for trade in and his story changed He said it did not qualify and it would need to be fixed first. You need to watch what they tell you. They will do anything to get you to buy a new phone. SCAM!
We went to AT&T store at Port Hueneme it was good customer service but we didnt get the name on duty yesterday, Sept 18 at around 5pm. He was able to explain and assist us very well. Thank you.
I visited this store a few days ago & got the best service I have ever received in all my years dealing with phone stores, I currently have T-Mobile & was looking to switch to AT&T. I went in on a somewhat busy day & was greeted by Troy. He was so kind & patient with me, he answered all my questions I had gave him & all the details I needed. What I liked the most is I asked him a few questions & he just wasn’t 100 percent sure & he mentioned he wanted to give me the correct answer because he is still some what new. So he called who I think was his boss to make sure he gave me the correct answer. The fact that he did that & didn’t guess or tell me what I wanted to hear just shows I can trust AT&T. They picked a great person to represent their company. At the end of my time there I switched 2 lines from T-Mobile and went with AT&T walked out with two new phones, two apple watches (Great Promo) and AT&T TV. If you visit this store trust they will take care of you. Great personalitys great service & friendly as can be. Troy if you see this, thank you for helping a old woman like myself with all my questions.
Stephanie is phenomenal. Troy is at the Port Hueneme, CA store and is a gem 💎 and his sales and customer service skills are done with sparkles. He is very knowledgeable and him and his family are with AT&T.I had to switch our T-mobile account since the service is very spotty in a lot of places. We do not have service at Silver Strand Beach in Oxnard.Troy helped me in purchasing 2 phones and accessories. I will be coming back for the $800 credit for my unlocked phone.I came back today for an AT&T TV free trial and we are switching from TVision.Troy gave me my military discount and was greatly appreciated.I will make a cheesecake one of these days and give the staff one. Good and knowledgeable service definitely deserves some cheesecake!!

Very rude will only help you if you’re looking to buy something. Was trying to unlock my phone after paying it off, and they wouldnt even help me in the app that was crashing to do it. They made it overly obvious they didn’t want to help and told me to go do it at home. Even with me being the only person in the store....
Bought a new Samsung S21+ and it was quick, simple and effortless. The associates knew what they were doing and helped us do a cross upgrade and we encountered no issues.

Bad bad bad costumer service. Bought a phone, they added some charges that i did not approve. They did everything quick just to get me out of the store because it was getting late. I come a week later, same thing. They couldn’t help me out till tomorrow and because the girl had to go to lunch. Really? Don’t come to this at&t.
Needed help with my husbands phone today, we had the pleasure of meeting and working with Natalie first and then both Natalie and Stephanie. These girls were great, we were struggling with a phone they correct our problem, made it look easy. They were both pleasant and new their stuff.I would give 10 stars if I could.
Easy phone upgrade with friendly employee. Explained plan options and billing clearly and took care of transaction in reasonable amount of time.
This store offered the absolute worst in customer service. The Manager was offensive, as well as, his employee. They sought to cancel on-line orders to restart the process for their store stating the online order was bogus even after AT &T online took payment already. They would not offer privacy or personal information protections and blurted out customer social security #s loudly and now we have to worry about fraud during a pandemic and during this holiday season. They are BOGUS & just there to take your money without caring for the customer. Go somewhere else!! Terrible experience!!!
I added a line to my account and got a new phone and now I received a bill for $400! None of the items added on to my account were discussed with me by the representative. I was told it would be cheaper for my mom to be added to my account rather than her get her own plan but now my bill is more than 4x what I was paying! I am ready to close my ATT account ASAP.

Dear AT&T, I am happy to tell you about your employee at the Port Hueneme store, Alexandria Cuevas. She is an employee extraordinaire! My husband and I purchased new phones and Direct TV under her guidance. She spent so much time helping us! We are 84 and 79 years old and need all the help we can get! She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, professional, sweet and happy! She was so wonderful to work with!

The sales person (a dumpy portly fellow) is completely inept, although hes personable, and will, if allowed, completely screw up not only your order but your account as he tried to salvage his mistakes into a sale.The manager is a complete douche, whos answer to his staffs mistakes is yeah, we screwed up but youre going to have to go to a corporate store or call yourself to fix itSave yourself some time and aggravation, just go to the AT&T corporate store on Rose.
I came in to the store looking to upgrade my mom and sisters phones. I had no idea what to get them all I knew they needed phones. I was greeted by Karen, a kind and super understanding individual. She recognized and recommend what I should get based on how my mom and sister used their phones. I bought a Samsung S9 and a Note 9. Absolutely amazing recommendation. She was able to make the entire experience and transaction smooth and without a single hiccup. She was an absolute professional representative for this ATT location. Would highly recommend anyone this location and especially to Karen. Fast, courteous and highly knowledgeable.

The process and helped I received was 5 stars. Im leaving this low review because either att is compromised or they sold my info. Almost immediately I started to receive robocalls and spam emails. I find this very unacceptable.
Movie playing loudly in store, couldnt hear person who may or may not have worked there (regular clothes, no name tag) apatheticly explain how customer service over the phone can do way more than she can. Really not impressed. Expect your breakup letter in the mail chumps.
