Have gone to this store since I moved here two years a go. The problem with this store. There good but the self checkout needs some work. Many time I go to this self checkout, after 8pm dont use. The girl just stands around laughing with co workers, the guy tonight 08/12/21 stood talking to the bag boy. I was done and stood waiting for a bag, he looked at me two times and kept talking and sharing whatever on their phones. Another cashier came and helped me. Standing around and socializing not doing your job,does not look good.

Walked in there for a money order because it says online that’s a service y’all provide.I asked the lady by the self check out lanes where I can make this money order.She informed me the guy on line 5 does them.Yea the grocery store is busy. So I can see why you looked a little frustrated when I ask for a money order.But I ask if we can make a money order the guy said we don’t have no one here to do it at the moment. Next time just say y’all don’t want to get out your zone at the moment and give me a better time to come back so it can be helpful or a better option instead of the ugly attitude y’all seemed to have.Other then that this store is not that bad. Is clean, safe and there fruits seem to always be fresh.

Good organic food selection. Beer wine and liquor. Returned on 12/30/2017 and is well stocked, clean and staff is still friendly. Good store.

Stopped in to get sandwiches. At the deli we asked the lady behind the counter if they made sandwiches. Her response huh? Do you make 6 inch or footlong sandwiches? Her response huh? Do you make sandwiches?! her response huh? 😡😤🤯Theres a deli but I guess they dont make sandwiches 😠

I really like this Ralphs Store. Always clean, friendly cashiers, each department has someone to help you. Great produceFresh, appealing, clean, prices visibly posted. Mainly Fresh and a pleasant someone to help. Like this store above the others in my areas.

Went in today for the first time in 2 weeks and I was so happy to see that the fine people who work here have been really working hard. It brought me to tears to see the shelf’s filled. Bad service again at Ralphs. I was overcharged. Male checker was rude when price ran by machine didnt match the sale tag. Then he told me I must be wrong and I showed him the price. Very bad and unfriendly service.

Some prices are way to high but they have nutrition bars i cant find anywhere and cheap to and the boars head roast beef sandwich is sooo good... Noticed alot of flys last time i was in and look up too the sky lights are full of bird poop.. Disgusting 😷

Great store & staff but I HATE the self checkout! Its so cumbersome & slow to scan & bag each item. All that bending up & down, over & over again is very irritating. I HATE having to grab things from one side, scan, reach way over to the other side & try to get it bagged before the machine yells place item in the bagging area, especially without a purse falling off your shoulder, hair falling in your face, or your back protesting. I dont mind a few self checkouts but the current ratio of machines to human cashiers is distasteful & frustrating!Bring back the human cashiers!

No baked goods, 9 AM nothing put out. Poor customer service.

Wonderful store! Clean store and great options for households. Great customer service during my entire shopping. The atmosphere was clean and nicely decorated. Shopping in this supermarket was fantastic.

I always shop at Ralphs because I know where to get the best deals for the kind of way I live. Today I was disappointed as I was a few times before at whoever takes care of the eggs Department they were broken eggs egg yolks on the floor the shelves were the eggs are stored with completely in a mess with open boxes broken eggs just nothing was fitting together at all anywhere prices for extra large Kroger eggs wasnt listed medium eggs were all over the place in different places with other prices attached to the product that should be there talk to the meat department man he came out and he said he would call someone I said I know its the customers fault probably but somebody should be taking better care of our eggs there

That store is always clean everybody so nice and happy.. they have the best tuna sandwiches .. the movie tonight about that goes they have self-checkout its nice because they have brand new computers and they always have somebody there to assist you in case you need anything.. the gentleman show me how to use the computer.. they just got the new computer.. for self-checkout your groceries... We are here on vacation from Arizona. We have ran in twice for odds and ends for our room and a BBQ we had. As for grocery stores it was fine but I am leaving this very positive review for a stellar employee there. John was our cashier and he was very personable. He is the reason we chose Ralphs for our second trip. This guy is a stand out and made our Ralphs experience a great one.

This store is always clean and has super friendly staff who will help you in a heart beat. Even if you look like youre confused or lost in their isles, they acknowledge you and make it known that they are there to answer any of your questions. Wish I had time to look at an employees name tag when Im there as Id give them a thank you to their manager for just being ready to give the best customer service possible. We dont always shop at Ralphs but when we do, its this location. 💪

They have a reasonably good selection of products. Produce is pretty good. Recent checker changes seem to have resulted in less skilled staff. And I have had to return fresh nuts a few times because they were rancid.

I enjoy both Ralphs Oxnard & Port Hueneme store.

I like shopping here because the produce is very good. Plus they have a lot of cooking tools and spices. They just re-organized the store so its a new learning experience but its worth it.

You have certain expectations of your LOCAL grocery store and this Ralphs location meets them all. Clean, friendly, organized and fast. No long waits in the checkout and quick service at the deli and butcher areas. Questions are always answered and employees are polite and helpful. Well done!

Very unhappy that over the last month of me regularly visiting maybe 1-2 times weekly, I have had to use the self checkout every single time! I don’t like self checkout when I primarily buy produce and have to “item lookup” everything in my cart. If I wanted to go through the trouble I would order online and avoid the store entirely. Instead I’ll drive down the street to Vons where they have cashiers checking out their customers.

The selection is great but a couple of the cashiers really need to learn some customer service skills bad!!! Smile a little... maybe ask how the customer is doing.

Ive shopped, at the CI Blvd. Ralphs for the past 4 yrs., and alerted execs/mgmt. to accountability issues, w/o acceptable response. Pay close attention, to the product price labeling & what is charged at the register. Vons, Trader Joes, Whole Foods are further and my replacements to Ralphs. Done!

The best Ralphs in Oxnard! Huge selection of organic food and sushi. The manger is highly professional and on top of things! The store is always clean, the lines are short and the employees are always knowledgeable and polite.

I thought the flame throwers in the deli area were a nice touch. The childrens display in the same section might have been a mistake. After the fire department settled down the hysterical customers, and the show could finally go on, the napalm ran out and it was over anyway. Extra star for the excellent cheese samples.

Danny runs a phenomenal fish department. And Gloria & Mary go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Exceptional customer service!

I love this store. The prices are fair but I have been disappointed today. My sales clerk scanned my items. She gave me a total and I asked her to tell me why is it at this price. She ignored me. So I put in my pin, she told me the same previous price so I asked again how. She ignored me. I looked on the monitor and noticed that she scanned my item twice. One sticker clearance and one regular price on the same item. When I explained to her what happened with the total price. She replied Not my fault.

Awesome! They had 2 specialty liquors, saving me a trip to BevMo... Both on sale, and the night before Thanksgiving no wait in line... Because all Lanes were open! Nice job, Ralphs!

Always find what I need. The staff is friendly and prices are pretty good. I usually go for couple things at a time.

A pleasant supermarket to shop at which offers a fairly good selection of products. The Management and employees are extremely helpful and attentive to their customers. The only thing that would give them a 5 stars would be a better election of nuts, health food, and spices. Otherwise, this Ralphs is in a large shopping center that includes an optometrist, T-Mobile, Ross, CVS, several restaurants, Starbucks, and many more...

Another bad day at Ralphs non-supermarket. Good people for the most part but youd swear that they all came from big lots. As in they dont give a damn about restocking their shelves. I went for the second time in 2 days looking for a certain beverage and as before it was sold out with no further stock on hand... I hate to say this but Vons doesnt let this happen.

Ralphs was truely a great and enjoyable market to shop in. I found everything I needed and quickly checked out within about 20 minutes.

Aisles are compact, employees are friendly. Parking lot is a nightmare. Too much traffic. Alot of product, not enough space. Good selection with a deli, meat, and bakery. They are offering too much in the space they have.

This is my favorite ralphs to shop at. its always clean. They hardly ever have any holes. I drive an extra 3 minutes just to come here, amd they are very nice to top it off.

The organic salad bar is a horrible mess. I gave them a last try. The salad is either brown, wilted ir doggy. Ive never tried the baby shrimp or any other room temperature meat because, eww. Today, I just wanted a pretty plain salad, picking my way through the least objectionable lettuce and came to an empty crusty bottle marked Organic Blue Cheese dressing. When I asked at the counter, I was told, after some discussion with another deli employee We dont got nothing back here. You can ask up front. Imagine my surprise that a service deli in a grocery store doesnt know where to get blue cheese dressing. The pasta salad I purchased last time I was in was thrown out, inedible. No more chances.

Clean store with great selection. Have one the best selections of cheeses and everything for charcuterie!

Sometimes help is good but check out is stress full they make a huge deal about bags yes or no how many when you ask for bags and tell them how many it takes they still cram every thing like bread

Average grocery store with high prices. I only shop here when something I need is on sale. Otherwise I shop at Winco & Vons. I have repeatedly requested special orders on an item they carry but each time, they have always forgotten to order my requested item. There is no customer follow through here and none of the managers, assistant managers or person in charge ever follow through or place orders when requested. Ive given up ordering anything at Ralphs. I now order at Vons as I know I can count on them to order my product and then call me when its in. I gave them multiple opportunities to order my product but they dropped the ball each & every time. Im over it now..I shop elsewhere.

Everybody that works there is very helpful and its great that it stays open until 1 a.m.

Iv been shopping at CI ralphs for 6 years they have a great products and friendly checkers but the deli is in serious need for some professional help on customer service they are very rude and super slow no friendly greeting no thank you. Ive brought this to the managers attention twice and nothing is done I think its time to shop somewhere else
