Did an Amazon return here, a young man was helping me but required the assistance of Andrea. I’m only assuming from other bad reviews that she’s the store manager. She tried to pack all items in a box I received one of my items in ( the others were in plastic envelopes).I was given only one return bar code for all items. The box was obviously too small for all items as they were all shipped separately. In her miserable attempt she stuffed and bent the items which were brand new (I was only returning them because they were shipped to the wrong address). I pointed out that the items could potentially be damaged from her careless packing and she responded with “Unless you want to pay for a bigger box they all have to be shipped together”. So either you pay for a bigger box or I’ll damage the items? Sucks to be a small business who use their services. It wasn’t so much her attempt at finding a solution but her response. I get it we all have bad days but you’re in customer service, check your attitude at the door. Thankfully two other members at this location came to the rescue and suggested using packaging tape to consolidate the items. Just a note to Andrea, Amazon does not tell their customers to pack items before bringing them to your location. And UPS please don’t make customers responsible for this miscommunication or maybe that’s just Andrea’s policy.

I have been printing and copying at this location for 2+ years. I send them the email and they print it then I copy it. I have always paid for the printed papers and copied papers. Today for the 1st time I had to pay $3 for computer use!! SERIOUSLY? I have never ever been charged $3 for computer use. That is rediculous. I can understand paying for the printing and copying but not computer use. Now I know better and will use my own ink next time. Why do companies like this have to nickle and dime customers? Pathetic UPS

Website says 830, store says 9. Its now 930 and still not open. Never again.Update - Google Maps Says that your location opens at 830 AM on Saturdays. That is what I meant by website and I apologize for any confusion.Your response makes me want to switch my rating to zero stars. Employee that was there around 9 could have simply communicated to the 6 people standing outside waiting that there was an emergency. Maybe left a note so others did not waste their Saturday morning. Instead, the employee turned on the lights, unlocked the displays and then left without a word. This gave the group a false impression that they still intended to open so we waited. Emergencies may not be your fault, but the failure to communicate 100% is. You do those simple things like addressing the waiting customers or leaving a note, you get 5 stars. You dont and you lose customers.

Posted hours should be honored. But? With Plandemic. Someone could of called in sick, availabilty of employees, etc. Im sure owners are concerned. Even banks have to adjust hours for staffing shortage. Everyone got too lazy with $300 Fed cash. Ive always experience great service from owner Andrea and staff. She just called to say signature stamp arrived. Thank you, Andrea.Reading below. EMERGENCIES Happen beyond ones control. Thanks for being human Andrea. I hope your employee was fine.

Very pleased with my very quick stop here just a few minutes before their closing time of 6:30pm.. Cynthia working here was super nice! She helped me ship out a large box (tv soundbar) and also two small Nintendo controllers, which she promptly packaged up in a tiny box for me. Very pleased with her service I spent only about three minutes here.. will come here next time!

Rude and unprofessional. Doesn’t cleary answer your questions. Delivery stated that I missed my delivery and left a slip, but there was no slip on the door. When I called to ask if I could pick up the package the employee talked down to me in a condescending tone.

The employees are pretty nice and helpful but if the store hours say you open at 0900 on Saturdays, why wait till 0910 to open the store? I see a few posts about opening late so I guess is the norm...

I sale items on poshmark and just moved to port hueneme but i decided to stop coming here because I get over charged most of the time depending on whos working . One of The last items I sent a face mask was lost or still hasnt tracked i got charged for it and lost my package she probably just threw it in the trash. 20 $ to ship a chessbox that weighed less than 2 lbs .Im better off going all the way to ventura from now on still cheaper even counting the gas.

Went to the Port Hueneme Store and was in a rush, but very concern about one of my pictures that needed to me laminated. I was greeted by Cynthia and she was professional, but very friendly. She went to the back to ask Dorothy to see if they could Laminate my odd size picture.Dorothy said yes, but then she did something I did not expect.......She cared about the picture being perfect and not ruined.You can not find this professional caring attitude anywhere.I WILL ALWAYS GO TO THIS STORE NOW, because of those two ladies.

Dont go here if you actually want what you ordered done on time. Wont do your print job until you arrive and watch them do it, and wont complete your order either. If youre looking to print something, go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Went in on 7/28 to ship a package for business. Buyer cancelled order so I called the store. I asked if the package had left the store and was told it was still there. Went all the way back to the store to get the package.Once I arrived, I was told the package wasn’t there. Tried to call back multiple times about the package and was hung up on.Name of the worker was Janetta

Convenient location, especially close to my bank. As far as mailing services, no real issues or concerns. However, the staff there isnt exactly professional- I needed to use the computer and three workers (all on their phones and without acknowledging me) simply gestured to the computer. I said Thank you - no response. They did not check in or ask if I needed any assistance. Again on their phones or talking about how boring their job was. After I finished, I again said Thank you... completely ignored. One of the customers joked Well Ill say youre welcome since they obviously cant. Poor customer service, but I was able to complete the task at hand.

To say I had a pleasant experience would be an absolute lie. I stopped by the UPS store to mail a textbook that had a PREPAID label, the service rep, Dorothy greeted me with a smile and stated I didnt print the whole label and said she could help me out. She never stated there would be a charge to re-print their shipping label! Turns out the to and from email and reprinted UPS label was $3.40! Next time I need to mail a package, Ill use USPS OR FedEx as UPS still is and will always be a joke.

Most everyone there is great and very helpful. However there is one very tall woman with long hair who is extremely unfriendly. I mean, she wasnt so rude that it was a problem but she acted as though she had much better things to be doing than helping us. We were new to the area and wanted to get a mailbox, since were living the RV life. As we asked questions, she refused to look up at us and was doing other things, even helping other people, as we spoke to her. My husband was straight out about the fact that he never wants to talk to her again. Everyone else though has been very nice and helpful.

I PAID them to mail four house payments for me while we were out of the country. Thank goodness I watch to make sure the checks are deposited.They didnt mail the first check, and it took 15 days for them to respond to my messages about it. Finally, they mailed the payment due on the 15th on the first of the next month!!!! We are talking a penalty, to me, of $200 for a late payment!Who know what will happen with the next three!Dont trust them with ANYTHING important!

I paid $14 to send a small letter to a PO box to its destination in 2-3 days (on a Saturday) via express and had to be sent through usps. But it didnt arrive until 5 days later so I basically paid extra for standard delivery. I cant get a refund, unfortunately, so I will do my best to avoid ups whenever I can and just go to fedex or directly to usps. Let this be a lesson to you to NEVER get the expensive option because its likely that youre going to pay for the same delivery date as the cheaper option.
