I was so happy with my visit today at the port huron store. Usually I just grab whatever Im after and head to the checkout. Today I had some questions on what I should do and Rachel helped me so much! She was polite and very patient with me and my questions. She was amazing and a great asset to this store.

Went into Sallys to get some stuff for my sister then I saw they had signs for a 40% sale. It DID NOT specify exactly what products were on the sale it only mentioned the brand names. I found a product that I wanted and looked up the reviews online and seen the product was also 40% online as well. When I went up to the register it came up the wrong price. I told the cashier that it was one of the brands that was 40% off on there sign. She got an attitude and told me she didnt think it was on sale. When they had multiple signs posted. I tried to show her on my phone that it was also posted online she didnt care to look. She proceeded to grab a booklet they had at the register to check to see if the item was on sale. When she was checking I asked her if it was certain items from the brands that were only 40% off.. she ignored me and continued to flip through the papers with an stank look on her face. After she flipped through every page instead of going to check the sign I finally had enough and said I didnt want it. This is not the first time Ive experienced attitude from this employee. I dont know she acted like it was such an issue but I hope she is not working next time I come in because I make quick a few trips there because I love all the brands. My only complaint is with this particular employee.. not with Sallys.

I am one of those that do not like to be bothered while I am shopping, but here I no longer mind. I have been buying the same product for awhile, one of the girls stopped me last time and handed me a slightly more expensive product and said this one will work better for you. She was not wrong. I enjoy shopping for my needs here.

This is what you get when you buy clipper from #sallybeautysupply they send you used clippers.then when they send you used clippers they tell you to get ahold of the manufactor for the warranty. #andisclippers will be hearing from me. Not to mention that #sallybeauty wrote me on a saturday and then sent me the automatic message explaining there not open until monday. So your company messes up and blames #andis. So you dont check you merchandise before selling it. If all sales are final. After I spent almost 90 dollars. Smh#hair #clippers #beauty #supply

Excellent customer service. In-and-out in a snap when I tell them what I am trying to do. I get the right product & tools for the job. I am new to the do-it-yourself hair thing & I just love the girls at Sallys!

Love this place for hair color. Great deals all the time! Ladies are super helpful.Only reason 4 stars is because store is a little small.

Its a great store to have in town. They have so much stuff that is hard to find else where.

Zero stars. Worst customer service ever. I attempted to return a curling iron because it was falling apart after a few weeks. The assistant manager Alicia stepped in and said I could return it because it looked to used....yes...that was why I was bringing it back! I used my only day off to drive an hour to the closest Sally to do this as I purchase the product on vacation and was assured any Sally store could help me out. To top it off this day was my birthday. Dont give this store the time of day...there are enough retail outlets in the area to get the same products at much better quality.
