They were very polite and professional when I walked in. They explain in detail about the procedure that they were going to perform on my truck . They fixed the issue in 45 minutes which was great

Went in for an oil change and a couple hours after noticed rattling under the vehicle while driving, could barely go 50 mph. Would slow down and it would stop. Checked under the car and I had missing bolts. And the under side of it was coming off, it was shaking from the wind going through it even had a zip tie holding it together. Took it up there again and they admitted to doing that instead of fixing it completely

Car broke down at work, had it towed to the Ford house to have it fixed. Explained what happened to the service dept. had it all checked out. Once they figured out exactly what was wrong they checked the recall list and found out it was covered 100% and went even further and fixed another recall problem on top of that instead of having me to come back another time. My car was fixed and given back on the same day it was towed. Thank you Port Lavaca Ford for your speedy service.

I had a door latch fixed that had broken. A recall item on my vehicle that I was not apprised of at the time of purchase. Took 3 months to get the part and it took 3 days to fix due to delays. I am satisfied with the work but not the service.

Sketchy.Took truck in for a possible issue, they recommended a repair for a separate issue.They contacted me asking how to drop my spare tire on my truck. That was the first indication that the recommended repairs were B.S. The second sign was recommending critical maintenance items that were already completed previously less than 1k miles at a nearby Ford dealerahip.Good luck if you use them.

Was not all the way vacuumed out. Parts of the car didn’t even get touched. Broke my cup holder. When asked about it didn’t get any apology or anything. They half way put put it back together. Didn’t even wash all the mud off. Did not even clean the seats. Still had stains on the seats. Will not be going back.

There was a recall that needed to be addressed on my vehicle, Port Lavaca Ford was so fast in getting me an appointment, my service was fast, and the employees were so kind.

I love the attitude, and the experience with Ford. This is my 2nd vehicle with them and it has been great and over the top every time.

Took 2012 Ford F-250 6.7L powerstroke in for loss of fuel pressure/ not starting.Technician could not find out what the problem was/ just guessing.Asked them to check the injectors and they told me that there is not an injector problem. Was told that ford technician did not have bench tools to test injector manually.After buying ford all my life, I am very disappointed that the cost of a new truck is $70,000 to $100,000 and ford can not find the problem with out wanting to change the entire fuel system! There is no water/metal / contamination etc.They should be able to test all and repair what is needed, not just guess and change out entire fuel system.Why buy $70,000 to $100,000 truck from them if they can’t repairHad to have the truck towed back home to fix myself, because they did not have a clue !!Waste of money!!

Took my wife’s car in for a recall that was months overdue due to the local Ford dealership being so swamped and slow. Took it to Port Lavaca and it was done in a day whereas it usually sits at the other dealership for about a week, or the appointment just gets canceled.

Isaac was very professional and kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle when it had a faulty Transmission Control Module. I’m a Corpus Christi resident and had to have my vehicle towed to Port Lavaca, due to a long 6+ week wait for them to work on my vehicle. However, when my vehicle was towed to Port Lavaca, there was virtually no wait. They did not finish on time, instead, they finished way ahead of time. It was worth having my vehicle serviced in Port Lavaca instead of waiting over 6 weeks in Corpus Christi. Well done, Port Lavaca Ford!

When we originally purchased our for F250 KingRanch truck we noticed that it had deep scratches on the middle console. Port Lava Ford was able to replace with new console which leaves out truck looking new!

Overall service was quick and we were in and out in hour and half. One problem they couldn’t duplicate. The only issue I had was with the service technician, he was all business. He didn’t want to discuss anything, answering my questions with short answers. In the medical field, it’s called bedside manner. His falls short, to say the least. To me the service after the sale makes the company on whether I buy again.

It’s been almost if not 2 months since I took my vehicle in for several recalls. My top railing which was only of of the recalls were removed but apparently are on back order. I’ve not heard from anyone on an update and have reached out several times leaving a message for a callback which I have not received.
