Explain to me why if there’s 6 bays why only 2 workers? Took my truck for oil change and waited 3 hours and then they finally got it in the bay. Supposed to vacuum and check fluids. Nope and obviously how can they? With only two workers and cars going around the corner. It’s ridiculous! So I decided to go today to see if my car can get done. No way! The worker actually said three hour wait when there was only four cars smh

They need to hire more help. The wait for an oil change is 3 hours everyday?! Thats ridiculous

When theres only 2 cars in front of u and it takes 2hrs for a oil change. Then when uber in ur car theres grease tracks on the floor board. Not to mention they say that they open at 7am but in reality its 745am.. Not happy with this visit,but who cares nothing ever gets done about.

Just had to clean motor oil from my interior because the tech was to lazy to clean his hands before driving my vehicle.

Had an oil change and they were on time specified waiting period.

Slow it took me 2 1/2 hours to get a oil change

Sorry some employees pick an chose on the way customers should be treated
