Mark and Denise bent over backwards trying to make our needs a reality! I cannot stress enough how much they did to find what we needed (even driving 45 minutes away to acquire one piece) and have everything delivered exactly on schedule. Both were kind, helpful, professional, and it seemed like their only goal was to make us happy. And we are! Thank you!

So Rude... And NON-Covid-19 compliant!!!The pick up crew came into my home after Florida had over 21000 cases of Covid-19/day with no maSks.They are rude on the phoneTrying to scare us.They are good for when ur in a pinch but i would reccommend Conns because you can buy there for waay cheaper than you can rent from Rent A Center.Overall, I would not reccommendThe Port Orange Rent-A-Center for anything but driving by it on the way to Conns or Aarons if you must rent.

Do not rent from this store. I had a late Friday delivery (6/25/2021) that went bad when the movers learned the furniture was going to my 6th floor condo. They made up some excuse about being told they couldnt deliver the furniture but I had security tell them they were good to go. They wanted no part of it.I was told I would get credited back my initial rental payment and be taken off automatic payment. I have not seen a credit yet (1 week later) and I was just notified of my first automatic payment happening on July 3rd.I dont like writing up bad reviews but being told something will happen and nothing does merits this review.Renter beware!

Hey everyone, I run Game Changers a nonprofit organization for student athletes. I came back to Daytona from Ohio to do some positive leadership programming fin the community. After going to a couple stores and almost giving up—I called RAC Port Orange and an angel by the name of Denise answered with an upbeat and helpful voice. I explained to her the situation and asked if she could sponsor a tv for presentation purposes—it may have been gloomy and raining outside, but it was all sunshine on the other end of the phone as she obliged our request. All that said, sometimes customer service turns into community service, and that’s just what happened here!!! Thank you Ms Denise B. (Store Manager) for your commitment to service to others. I whole heartedly recommend the Port Orange RAC team for all of your rental needs.

I just recently did a online review for for Rent-A-Center in Port Orange people check it the wrong way I have nothing bad to say or anything like that about the manager Denise she was a great person she talked to me as a friend and everything helped me through everything the problem I have is the people she has around her when shes not there they act like theyre gestapo its not her fault she been over backwards to help me and everything she even went so far as to pray with me on the phone one time so I dont want people to think that if when they read that when they read that review that I have ill will for her cuz I dont she is the best thing that ever happened to that store and if she ever goes away that store will go away too because no one can run a store like she can and I appreciate everything shes done for me

Renters that are just starting out needing furnitures Rent-A-Center is the way to go.The most convenient.outgoing and friendly staff are there to assist and help you decorate your new home while saving on out of pocket cost.

Was really in need of a computer and denise and the coworker did an AMAZING job assisting me and helping me on what i needed and wanted took the laptop out tp just show me and see thats what i wanted. Everything was easy and nicely explained to me. Great experience and great people! Will be back!

Everyone is always so nice love going in there. Ms. Denise, Kelly and Jesus are always happy to see me and always willing to help in anyway they can. We moved this past week and had furniture that wouldn’t fit through the door of our new house. They went over and above to help me out. They were at the old house to pick up the furniture that wouldn’t fit. Helped me figure out what would fit and waited to set up scheduling when I was ready. They go out of their way at that location to help in any way they can. They were in and out in less then 15 minutes! Thanks everyone for making my move that much easier!

5 Out of 5 Stars FTW!!! Just wanted to say how great this team is. Not everyone can afford a huge lump sum for the nicer things in life. This place breaks it down into a very manageable weekly or bi-weekly rate anyone can afford. The team here and their manager Denise are just awesome. As long as you keep lines of communication open they will work with you and do whatever they can to help you keep what you are working so hard for. If you work with them they will do what they can to help through lifes ups and downs. I would never ever consider going elsewhere, not even to another Rent-A-Center. Keep up open communication and these guys will always get your back! More businesses should be as dedicated to working with the customers who do their part as this team is with me. It is simply always a pleasurable experience no matter what curve ball I receive in a given week. On top of all this awesomeness, they give deals all the time and free weeks to returning customers, making the next improvement into my home all the much easier. Win/win

Do Not shop at this RAC location. I recently purchased out right a mattress from the lovely Denise herself. Only to find that she switched out mattresses on me before delivery. She sold me a bed that had been covered in stains from top to bottom from the previous renter. An uncomfortable amount of unknown specimen was left on this mattress. Once I confronted her about my recent discovery she denied having anything to do with the ol switch a rue. Unfortunately Denise did not practice the 3 values of the RAC company1 she did not have a winning spirit2 she did not act with a servants heart3 she did not treat others how you want to be treatedThis women did not fallow any of the RAC core values. I’m hurt and confused as to why these people did not find my concerns relevant to our business agreement. I was a reliable customer, who paid on time throughout our rental agreement. And also referred them another sale. Because I purchased my merchandise out right And am no longer a “renter” they believe they aren’t responsible for their actions. And that they have no obligation on making things right on their end. I will for now on be taking my business to AARONS!!

The people at Rent-A-Centre are very helpful and responsive. This is the second year I have used this organization and I am very satisfied.

Assistant manager just called my husband. Said we are 30 days late, we arent. They refuse to give us receipts with dates to confirm. He just told my husband to come to the store so they can fight! Ridiculous. Tried calling corporate, but they are a franchise so I am not looking for the owner. I got a first and last name. Issac and Denise will be fired.

Run don’t walk to a different rent a center!Hector Ramirez refuses to let us speak to the manager of the franchise. He identified himself as the “assistant manager “ he hung up on my husband.We never missed a payment and always on time, then when the store was bought out with different owners his threatening phone calls started. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL voicemails threatening us.Us. The customers who set up auto pay and were never late.I would love to play the voicemails for the new owners! When we call he refuses to let us speak to the manager and hangs up instead of putting anyone else on the phone.Like I said, RUN DONT WALK TO find a different branch of rent a center anywhere other than port orange.

I was supposed to get a packaged deal...i was told they no longer have it when delivered...also got 2 different contracts instead of 1 for the 2 tvs...could of put both on 1 contract...also was never showed how to use the remote for the tvs..also didnt know they were smart tvs....never came with manuals either

Denise an assistant manager are nothing but liars I was supposed to get a brand new PlayStation the day I got it six months later PlayStation goes down they give me use one it goes down to days later and have been fighting with them since I gave it back I don’t trust her in sooner I should just don’t trust her in sooner on this nova Road are they therefore is this the rip you off and make money I can actually buy PlayStation cheaper than what they were wanting me to pay for
