Very professional. Frank, the owner took the whole time listening to my issues without rushing like some other shops, he ordered a new bumper from Ford and painted it perfectly. The price was more than fair, and finished as promised. I have been in the auto repair business for more than 45 years myself. THE GOLDEN WRENCH in Naples and Miami . With that in mind I know how to recognize a quality run shop. My repairs on my truck did not need the full extent of Franks capabilities, door handle and hinge pins. But as I looked around the shop I saw the well-cared for spray booth, the paint mixing line and their frame machine. So from a simple repair like my door handle to a major collision this is where you should take your car. Thank you Frank and staff for a very good job.

I took my Toyota 4 Runner to the shop to have some dents and scratches looked at. The 4 Runner runs like a champ but the paint was in serious need after 200,000 miles. I was pleased at the thoroughness of the shop and the expertise and courteousness of the owner and staff. I was also extremely pleased with the quality of the work. The shop has a sealed painting booth and the paint job turned out great. I was surprised to find that the shop has a full computer diagnostic, and the owner is well skilled in using high tech equipment. My thanks to Frank and his great staff.

The service at A1 Frame & Collision is top notch! Someone hit my car just before Christmas and I went to 4 different places before picking this shop. Out of those 4 Frank, the owner made me feel the most comfortable and assured me my car would be repaired properly even though its probably the worst time of the year to get in an accident. Even though I did not have to pay out of pocket for the repair I wanted to make sure my car was fixed right and not just rushed because the insurance company didnt want to pay for my rental anymore. Frank and his team worked during the holiday even though they were going to be closed for a week to finish my car. I felt even better about my discussion after Enterprise picked me up and the driver raved about the work the Frank and his team did for him! I brought my dodge viper to them for an issue with my clear coat. I had them wet sand the car and polish it and it came out beautiful. I had a momentary lapse in judgement and I thought I could repaint and do some body work on my own motorcycle and long story short, I could not. I brought my tank and fenders here hoping they could fix the damage I’d done. I had very low expectations because I REALLY f@&ked it up. I figured it would take a few weeks but it was done within days and the final product.....simply amazing. The paint and finish were perfect and I mean FLAWLESS! Bottom line: if you need something painted, bring it to A1 first!

I turned into a concrete pilling in my 2003 Ford F-150. It looked terrible and paint was scratched to the metal. Through word of mouth I was sent to Frank and his crew. I am a resident of Maryland and was going on a trip to Port Orange, Florida. Right before my triip my car was in an accident with extensive.work. I had an estimate in Frederick, Md and they wanted to keep my car 3 weeks. My insurance carrier told me that I could take it to A-1 Collision and Repair on Herbert St. In Port Orange. Very convenient. Frank, the owner, looked it over and said he could do all the work in one week. My insurance company worked with him and he did a magnificent job in one week. He even came in on Sunday. It looked like a brand new car and was even cleaned and vaccumed.. i would recommend A-1 Collision for any type of body work to be done. Frank is dependable, trustworthy and very professional. I cannot say enough good about this ompany. I rate it a 10 or 5 stars. If you are in the area, uou must use A-1 Collision.
