I just have to say that the customer service is AMAZING at this store! Andrew was extremely helpful with my son today who was having issues with his car battery and he literally saved the day! Probably one of the best customer service experiences in a very long time! He went above and beyond in helping us while we were broken down in the parking lot.

This store is always above and beyond any other parts store . They have good prices, the availability is always there or at the least they get it there fast. James is and has always been a good help and has not hesitated to give his best when it comes to knowledge of the store and even parts in general. Me, my wife Melissa, and our daughter are in there atleast twice a week shopping for parts and looking at the newest sales . This advanced auto parts has become a normal for us just like grocery shopping. Thanks for everything James

I ordered 2 products online for store pickup. After checking out I noticed I did not receive the offered 25% off on the products ordered. I immediately cancelled the order. One product wasnt eligible, the other product was available at another big box store for a cheaper price even after the discount of only 20%. Will not be returning to Advance Auto Parts. They dont honor the percentage on offers e-mailed to you.
Very clean and very helpful. I walked in and was quickly greeted and assisted by the worker (didnt catch his name) . I told him I needed a wiper and he found what I needed right away and installed it for me! I was literally in and out in 5 minutes. And have a nice new wiper.

My local store is observing the proper Covid CDC rules and I thank them for it. Im a high risk individual due to age and medical problems. The woman who waited on me was extremely helpful and guided me to windshield wipers that fit perfectly and work great and a savings of $15 no less and to top it off she installed them in a professional manner for me at no extra charge. Another reason to continue my patronage with this store.

Helped me get the correct 10W30 oil I needed for my new lawnmower and advice about fuel stablizers vs ethanol free gasoline.
Arrived at 8 am ordered online didnt receivemy part until after 12 noon and they had the part there. It was all over a conformation number! Then didnt receive my credit back at all very displeased. But good customer service at front desk kim was very helpful with getting me in contact with the customer service provider to tell me they werent doing their jobs and i was screwed for the whole day and its the next day and my money hasnt been refunded
Associate Victor wasnt very knowledgeable to begin with but what made it worse is he sent me to the Beville store to get a part that absolutely no store in the area has. Neither store had the sense to know or explain to me that my car is a foreign car and they have to order my part regardless. It took someone at Best Buy explaining that to me and I feel like associates at an auto part store should know that better than those at an electronics store. This was my first experience with Advance Auto Parts and I wont be back.

It a good place to buy your car parts
Went in to return a defective belt. Went right to register. Other than having to wait for a while for a staff to come to the register, they appeared to both be stocking, the cashier swapped the belt out. I gave 3 stars because for the cleanest inventory control and loss statement he should have used our receipt to track things in their system. Instead he tossed everything right in the garbage in front of us. Maybe they do things different there but Ive never seen any audit go well when inventories are mismatched.

Always do a partial order online, find a 20% or more discount. Then pick up a few 50% off in-store. They always look for ways to help me save. Love the sea foam and other treatments that are on the end caps and for sale.

Said they had but when I arrived they didnt. Wasted trip this time. Better really check into hard to find part info first next time.
Id expect more from a parts place, told the counter help exactly what i needed and he insisted that the belt was the right size. I thought otherwise but hes the part guy and should know better. Long story short, ended up returning the wrong sized belt and went to Toyota for the right one.

Ive been a long time loyal customer, which means I spent alot of money at AA. My situation is that Im a over the road truck driver and out for months at a time, so you can imagine the Honey do list I get when Im home. Well my fiances trailblazer needed shocks, struts, and ball joints, so I went to my local store and waited at the counter for a while with people behind me. Well I was told someone will be with me from a worker laughing it up with another employee. Ive decided I waited long enough and drove to the Holly Hill store, where I was sold the wrong parts. So since the Chevy was apart in a garage in Palm Coast I went to the AA there, and exchanged the shocks and struts with no problem, if anything Oscar was very helpful he even helped me to check my receipt to see if the ball joints and oil pressure switch were right. Well it wasnt, so being it was late at night Ive went home to PO and tried to return the items in the morning. Well... Turns out they dont accept parts from another AA if the little bag that holds the accessories to the ball joints is dirty, and told me to go back to Holly Hill. So all you DIY mechs clean your hands before you touch the package, and dont open it, because they also said it was opened. They told me that its new store policy that started this year, that you need to return parts if they been dirty and opened. So a hour ago Ive called corporate to tell them my dissatisfaction, and was looking into it. Then called me back and confirmed what the store said was correct. So Ive cancelled my account and will never step in a AA again, Ill go across the street to Oriellys from now on.

First i go there they sell me the wrong part. Then i go back they wont return the part for an exchange for the right part, while Im even buying more parts. Unbelievable. Terrible customer service. Go across the street to AutoZone or whatever is over there. Thats the problem of Corporations today theyve lost the customer service aspect of the business they think theyre too big to fail
