Well I picked this place because my friend likes them and I needed new tires. I could see my car through the window sitting there with nothing at all going on. I could have been out a lot faster.

Jeff was the best!!! The place was clean very nice people there! for my oil change I was in and out and it was perfect! I couldn’t have asked for a better service!

I purchased A set of tires for my wife’s car there at tire Kingdom in Port Orange. Tire Kingdom has got to have the slowest service of anybody. You can have an appointment still wait two hours. My wife picked up a screw in a rear tire. And that’s covered for free repair when you get your tires there. We need to have them check it. And they said yeah leave it we will get to it sometime today. Like I have somebody follow me around to give me a ride back every time I drop something off with tire Kingdom. It takes five minutes to check it, and the guy cannot even get out from behind the counter to go look at it and see what was going on. Very poor service. Also six months ago, I took my van and her to get The oil changed. And they were supposed to top off and check all fluids. When I got it back the next day there is oil in my water. All through my cooling system. Now I have a brand new motor oil cooler ready and everything in this van. They change the oil and cracked my oil cooler. Allowing oil To get my cooling system. Which intern cost me over $700. It was the most expensive oil change known to man. I would not refer anyone to them. And I’m closing my account with them.

My son bought me 2 back tires from my car for Mothers Day. I went to Firestone on dunlawton to have them mounted and balanced. I noticed they were busy and they quoted me $65 but said they couldnt do it that day.I then went to Firestone at the pavilion. I waited in an empty waiting Room for 20 minutes before anyone ever noticed me. They quoted me $120 to do the same job. I felt like I was taken advantage of because they were charging so much more and it was same company.Today, My son took my car to Tire Kingdom where he got 1st class service. In-and-out all done in 30 minutes. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom for any of your tires.

A flat nosed screwdriver impaled my tire. They said we would like to sell you another tire but We need to sleep at night. They fixed, balanced, and mounted the tire at no cost to me. Thank you for such wonderful service!

No cars in the first 3 bays, I was told it would be a 4 hour wait or more to have tires put on my truck. 4 mechanics sitting up front discussing the local bar scene. Very unprofessional and completely oblivious to customer service. I was more than happy to take my money elsewhere.

I went in for a simple oil change, over the phone they said 59$ then when i get there he says 118$ we then cleared it up and i said just an oil change no rotation or anything. As we are leaving my car was pulling terribly to the right so we went back and it turns out they switched my tires out. oh and while we were there they come out to tell me my brake pads were shot and had no life left. The very next day we took my car to a trusted friend at the Car doctor off of ridgewood he then takes me out to look at the brake pads snd shows me a picture of what my brake pads would look like if they were shot and they were in perfect shape and still havs about a half life left. I will never go back there and do not suggest going there if you do good luck and make them show you before you agree to paying 300$ for something thats not even broke. Also always ask for the price before or they will charge you more than what you have :(((

I was Im the shop for an inexpensive, quick oil change. I was also there to get my tires rotated.The shop was not busy.My vehicle was on a rack for 3 hours with the wheels on the passenger side removed.After waiting for over an hour, a man came into the waiting room and acted like my truck was falling apart. He stated it needed new bearings and both upper and lower ball joints on both sides. He stated that he could make me a deal and the total charge would be around $700.00 and they could do it right away.I told him I just wanted the oil change.He then tried to convince me that the truck was unsafe to drive.I did not tell him that I JUST HAD THE BALL JOINTS AND BEARINGS REPLACED 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THAT AT PEP BOYS!!!THEY ALSO DID NOT ROTATE MY TIRES!!!I do not recommend this shop, as a matter of fact I recommend that you find someplace else for auto maintenance/repair.

Excellent first impression. I went to Firestone first to check a tire that had a slow leak due to a nail. I had to use fix a flat so I could get the car there . They told me that they cant fix tires once you use fix a flat because it messes up the tire. They told me the cheapest tire would cost me $190.00. I then went to tire kingdom and they fixed it up with no problem and balanced the wheel for $30. Very honest service and a pleasure to work with. I actually didnt pay anything for the repair when I applied for their credit card. Nice experience. Plus there is a very nice park with a large lake to walk around if you are waiting for a repair.

My husband & I have been here a few times, even sent our father in law to get his tires as well. Really competitive prices. They were pretty quick considering the line of people there, and the number of vehicles that were in the lot.

Had a great experience there today with Eric the manager. Highly recommend if you are shopping for tires be sure to check them out very nice group of professionals who know what theyre doing. Eric is also very experienced with larger tires and off-road type Vehicles like trucks and jeeps especially Wranglers.

Won’t ever come here again. Took 5 hours to do a patch job on my tire. Only for it to be flat the next day. Took it somewhere else and they said Tire Kingdom “butchered” it! And they didn’t even charge me to fix Tire Kingdoms mess! You should refund my money!

GREAT customer service. I had a flat tire when taking my granddaughter to school. I was able to fill tire and make it to Tire Kingdom. I happen to arrive at a slow time so they were able to bring me home and then pick me up when my tires were replaced. I really needed new tires and had been procrastinating. I feel like I got great tires at a great price with exceptional customer service. We are new to the area so it is nice to find a place that is close by that I like and can trust.

Although it took a week and a half to finish a tough job, I was able to call and get updates throughout the whole time. Also, Amber worked with me on pricing of a repair that cost more than my vehicle was worth. I was happy to get first rate customer service by Amber who provided me with a ride back to the shop when I couldnt secure a ride. Everyone I spoke to at this Tire Kingdom were extremely respectful and relayed the information I needed to make an informed decision regarding the repair to my vehicle clearly and concisely. Matt in particular did not make everything a rush decision or make it seem like I was about to miss an one time deal for anything. I would say this is a shining example of why I choose to do business with Tire Kingdom again and again.

Unfortunatly this is one of those places you go to because they have good reviews and say they have fair prices, I was quoted 540 for front brake pads, rotors and bleeding the brakes. I got the work done somewhere else they said that I didnt even need the pads for another 10k miles, and I didnt need new rotors. The best brake pads were only 47 and labor was 1 hour. If you want to pay way more for work you dont even need, go to tire kingdom. Very disappointed.

Very pleased with Tire Kingdom in Port Orange. The technicians are very knowledgable. The wait time is reasonable if you have an appointment. Appointment scheduling is an easy online process. The only negative is there may be some wait time when checking in. I will continue to be a customer.

Again, spoke too soon with my good review. I had to simply get my headlight replaced, had the part and everything and the guy at the counter wanted my VIN number just to tell me how much it would be and told me that it couldn’t get done within 2 hours when in actuality I left and went to Firestone across the street and they did it in 5 minutes for free. The store manager of this Tire Kingdom is great, but unfortunately he wasn’t there which lost them a customer to Firestone. I won’t be going back to any Tire Kingdom, ever.

The guys at this place (with the exception of one) are simply the best! I have had my vehicle in this location numerous times and the staff are friendly and explain everything that is going on with the car. They do not push for the little things they might detect, but make you aware to keep an eye on it for future reference. This is important because you never feel pressured or have the feeling they are taking advantage of you. I highly recommend this store and look forward to working with them for years to come.

Horrible shop to purchase tires! I can’t speak about anything else. I will be calling tire kingdom headquarters to figure out what just happened. Bought four new tires, less than a year later the car starts shaking so I take it in and they tell us it’s the tires, that will be 450$. I asked what about the warranty and get the craziest story I’ve ever heard. Since you’ve used up half the miles on the warranty we’ll give you a discount. Absolute horse poop. This place is a scam at least on warranties save your money and time and go some where else!!

As much as I liked the man guy Mr. “Bossman,” I had a bunch of knuckleheads work on my car. I saw them take out my airfilter for an oil change and blacked it up and slammed my hood real nice. We’ve been here a few times and service was much better than today.

They gave me a appointment I go there in time for the appointment when I arrive at tire kingdom,, they tell me no mechanic is available for the day and they Didnt Even Call me to let me know not to come in for the appointment that they scheduled, that they didnt have a mechanic to do the work. Very poor customer service also I forgot to add that when I did get the work done the next day, they told me that the work they would do would be affordable LoL I got charged$1475, I dont think thats affordable I cleaned out my account to pay for that affordable work

Really upset with the level of unprofessional quality of service. Had the oil drain bolt put on with an impact wrench by these guys and they straight lied to her(my mother) about it not being on there that tight. Just the work of laziness. Tried to change the oil myself with a friend who had proper tools and jacks. There was no way we were getting it off without risking stripping the bolt and ruining the aluminum cast pan. Could have cost us a great deal of trouble with the engine from this alone.No one else has touched the car prior to or after our attempt at removing the bolt.

Ran through some road debris on I95 and blew out a trailer tire. Had these guys check my truck, since there was metal in one tire their too. They did a full inspection, determined the metal hadnt punctured, and checked tire pressure all around. Then they didntcharge me a thing. Great folks to work with, and I will use them for everything in the future.

Well, since they had my car towed there, because the oil filter fell off, after they did the oil change, I wasnt all that happy. Luckily it didnt ruin my engine. I did get my tire fixed under the road hazard warranty, which the free tire replacement expired last month, but they covered it, since the oil filter thing happened. I will have to go back there, because now I have a vibration in the front end. The new tire must need rebalancing. I was also surprised that they didnt do a repair order, on the oil filter falling off.

I purposefully waited a few days before I wrote my review of TIRE KINGDOM in order to accurately assess this shop and the guy who worked with me BIG COUNTRY. The reason for the cool down period was because this was one of the most stressful times of my life and I had to separate emotion from reasoning when making my assessment. The truth is, after speaking with others who have gone through the same problems with their cars especially those that have gone to some other tire/car shops to get their cars worked on, I found that my experience was normal and even on the less stressful side of the coin because of this particular shop. One thing that separates this shop and their staff from others was the preparation they put in for all of the problems on my 2013 Cadillac Escalade IF ANY that came up at the end. They always had a plan B and kept me posted just in case we should go a different route. I must say, they had this thing in LOCKED from every angle. This could have been a much more stressful experience but they separated themselves from the rest right away. The service representative Big Country and manager Amber Stegall, they both had excellent customer service skills and practically called me every time there was another issue with my truck to update me and give me options and the things I needed to know about the work they were doing. They told me they would be available to answer any questions or address any concerns at ANY time and I tested those hours frequently just to make sure they were on the ball. These guys (Tire Kingdom Staff) never got impatient with me and babied me through the process, despite my lack of understanding most of the time. When I couldnt Big Country on the phone immediately, one of his staff members or even the service manager Amber always stepped up and fielded the call to assist me. The mechanics worked incessantly to make sure they met their deadline to get me back on the road and back to my doctors appointment. I wanted to review this shop honestly and fairly and not base my assessment on the level of stress during my vehicle out of commission time. The truth is, It is supposed to be stressful to an extent. Bottom line----If you want a car/tire shop that will go to war for you in order to help you get your vehicle back on the road and that knows how to treat you like an individual and not a prospective pay check, plus reasonable prices, this is the shop for you. HANDS DOWN!!!!!PS: They definitely got my business and I will assure you, I will not going back to their competitors.I remainTruly yours,ED

I saw how he interacted with other customers, and being a technician in the past, know when people are being scammed or ripped off. I did not get this feeling at all. If something was suggested to a customer, the customer wasnt interested, case closed. No fear-mongering or hard sells.Got my tires mounted and balanced without a scratch on the wheels and for a great price. Thank you.

I am a long time customer (about 15 years) of the Tire Kingdom/Merchant Tire chain. I am a long time customer because I like the service. The service desk is competent, thorough and friendly. That said, after having a recent 4-wheel break service/replacement, the car had not been test driven. I returned to the shop after driving less than a block because the rear calipers were dragging on the rear brake rotors due to rust build-up in the caliper release space.

I was very pleased with service . In and out . Had a 9:00 appointment for a tire rotation and was finished and on my way by 9:30 . Very pleased ....

They were able to give me an after-tax out-the-door quote over the phone to replace my AC compressor. Quote was a full thousand dollars less than the last quote I got. They got the new compressor in and fixed my car that afternoon in about 2 hours!

After going to 2 other places that told me it was impossible to help me they told me no problem! Yay! They saved the day! Friendly efficient and helpful. Will definitely be back!

They were just DOING THEIR JOB. I asked them to check one of my tire rims to see if the inside was bent. It was, Slightly, BUT I was told I needed new Brakes, then he walked away. AS A WOMEN car owner, I HAD A MECHANIC FRIEND CHECK MY BRAKES! He said, ALL cars NEED BRAKES, YOURS TOO, IN ABOUT A YEAR.6/2020 GUESS WHAT I GOT? NEW BRAKES AFTER I HEARD THE FIRST SQUEEK. I WENT TO TOTAL AUTOMOTIVE in Daytona Beach, I was told perfect timing!

I dont enjoy buying tires.. I feel like its a game between me and the sales person.. (Im in sales too)... But I phoned up Tire Kingdom in Port Orange as I have bought at least 6 sets of tires from in the past.. (Between my family and myself)... So when I called I spoke with Amber the Service Manager... Very nice.. I explained that my tires were old and balding and that I was starting to bounce at low speeds.. She informed me about how tires come apart and that I was at risk of a blow out.. I told her my expectations ..After educating me on a brand Ive never used... She gave me a price that i felt was their lowest and that it was a great deal along with an excellent value package... I have not had time to give a review of the tire yet but I will say my experience at Tire Kindom was GREAT as usual. Thank you Amber and thank you Tire Kingdom. Update... 7/25/19. I love the tires. I had been a customer of this store, in the past until today. I made an appointment to get my oil changed, and when they got there the said they could not find my car listed. I told them that I had just doubled checked on their webpage twice to make sure everything was right. They also told me that they were double booked also. When I started to comment that this happened to me the last time, they told me that I should have called ahead to make sure everything was alright. I asked why I should call ahead when I went to their webpage, they said that software has flaws in it, and that I should have called, making it sound that I was the person who was in the wrong. I asked them if the webpage wasnt working properly why have it up. Again all they said was I should have called. All this time they are telling me my car or my name isnt in their computer. At that point I told them that I could get this done quicker stopping at Take 5 oil change, and they told me that I could, and when I said that I would go to them instead of staying at their shop, all they said was by. They showed that they dont care about their customers and didnt care if they lost business. The owner of this place really need to talk to his workers and inform them how to treat a customer and also teach them how to use the computer because it seems like they dont know how and they dont care. I will never go back to them and will advise anyone who asks not to go. By the way I did go to Take 5 and was treated great and the the individuals were very professional and made sure I understood what they were doing, and also did this all while I sat in my car, and they offered free drinks and the cost was the same as tire kingdom.
